Great Location! Close to downtown Fish Creek and Peninsula State Park
If you are looking for a home that is close to downtown Fish Creek but where you can also enjoy the wilderness, come stay in this newer 3500 sq. foot home! It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Bring the extended family because this home can sleep many. (One King Bedroom, 1 Queen Bedroom, 1 room with 2 Queen AND a twin, and also a 4th Bedroom with Two Bunk beds).
It has a Living Room on the main floor with a fireplace and a Great Room with additional seating (huge sectional) with televisions/DVD/cable in each. Free Wifi is also available to guests.
The kitchen is stunning with a handmade wooden countertop (bar seating) and open shelves to easily view and access everything you need to cook. Amenities include stainless steel appliances, coffee bar and an open concept so you can socialize with the cook. The dining room table can sit 10 people.
There is a screened patio area off of the dining room that leads to the backyard where there is plenty of seating for all! There is a gas grill for your use as well as a picnic table, camping chairs and fire pit for roasting marshmallows and enjoying your favorite beverage!
Parking Information:
This is a residential property with a shared driveway and no marked or designated parking spots. Up to 4 guest vehicles are allowed, and double parking will be required to accommodate them. Please coordinate within your group to ensure smooth access in and out.
The property also includes an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), which is a separately rented unit. Parking for ADU guests is located on the far right side of the driveway, and that area must remain clear for their use at all times.
Please note: The garage has 1 stall that is available for guest use and you can park in front of the garage stalls.
Additional parking available downtown Fish Creek, behind the Post Office.
*We do supply items such as paper towel, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, etc. However, we only provide enough to get you started.
*Please do not move the furniture.
*The upper balcony is for the attached two bedroom long term rental. Please refrain from using.
**Please note that this home has a 2 bedroom unit that is attached (not accessible). This 2 bedroom unit is rarely occupied but on the occasion that it is, it is typically for our only personal use. Separate areas are designated (for example: There are two outdoor firepits).

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please be sure to take all of your personal belongings with you, as we do not return items left behind. Also, be sure to place the house key back in the lockbox—$75 fee key not returned by check-out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Troy has been building/renting property for over 20 years. We like to say that we are the 'perfect team.' Troy's strength is in the building/real estate area and I like to add that special touch to the home with paint colors and decor. We enjoy working together but even more, we love to spend time with our family and friends.
Why they chose this property
Troy and I both love the Fish Creek area. We have three children and together we like to go boating, snowmobiling, golfing and camping together. We are family oriented and fell in love with Fish Creek when we visited. It has that small town feel (like we were use to growing up) and it has so many opportunities for family activities. I personally love the beach while Troy enjoys the wooden wilderness. Here in Fish Creek, we can enjoy both…thus the name of our home 'The Treeport.'
What makes this property unique
This home is unique in that it was built with our own sweat and love for the area. Troy put many details in the home such as inviting lighting, huge deck and cedar accents. I personally decorated the home- with decor that makes you feel like you are in a beach home from the seahorse made from driftwood to the pictures that were purchased from downtown Fish Creek.
