Great Location! Close to downtown Fish Creek and Peninsula State Park

If you are looking for a home that is close to downtown Fish Creek but where you can also enjoy the wilderness, come stay in this newer 3500 sq. foot home! It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Bring the extended family because this home can sleep many. (One King Bedroom, 1 Queen Bedroom, 1 room with 2 Queen AND a twin, and also a 4th Bedroom with Two Bunk beds).

It has a Living Room on the main floor with a fireplace and a Great Room with additional seating (huge sectional) with televisions/DVD/cable in each. Free Wifi is also available to guests.
The kitchen is stunning with a handmade wooden countertop (bar seating) and open shelves to easily view and access everything you need to cook. Amenities include stainless steel appliances, coffee bar and an open concept so you can socialize with the cook. The dining room table can sit 10 people.

There is a screened patio area off of the dining room that leads to the backyard where there is plenty of seating for all! There is a gas grill for your use as well as a picnic table, camping chairs and fire pit for roasting marshmallows and enjoying your favorite beverage!

Parking Information:
This is a residential property with a shared driveway and no marked or designated parking spots. Up to 4 guest vehicles are allowed, and double parking will be required to accommodate them. Please coordinate within your group to ensure smooth access in and out.
The property also includes an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), which is a separately rented unit. Parking for ADU guests is located on the far right side of the driveway, and that area must remain clear for their use at all times.
Please note: The garage has 1 stall that is available for guest use and you can park in front of the garage stalls.
Additional parking available downtown Fish Creek, behind the Post Office.

*We do supply items such as paper towel, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, etc. However, we only provide enough to get you started.

*Please do not move the furniture.

*The upper balcony is for the attached two bedroom long term rental. Please refrain from using.

**Please note that this home has a 2 bedroom unit that is attached (not accessible). This 2 bedroom unit is rarely occupied but on the occasion that it is, it is typically for our only personal use. Separate areas are designated (for example: There are two outdoor firepits).

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please be sure to take all of your personal belongings with you, as we do not return items left behind. Also, be sure to place the house key back in the lockbox—$75 fee key not returned by check-out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Check out 10am sharp. $150 charge for late checkout. No early check-ins please.
No event bookings and No more than 4 vehicles allowed at home during stay.
Please keep the key in the lock box. Lost keys or keys that are not returned by check out time are considered lost. $50

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location and the layout worked really well for our combination of 5 kids and 4 adults. Plenty of space for relaxing but also good spots for the adults who needed to do some work. We loved having a table big enough to eat together and the kitchen had everything we needed. The kids loved just hanging out in the back yard.

Family getaway

This was the perfect house for our first visit to Door county. Location was central to so many great spots like the peninsula state park. We had 4 families staying in the house and appreciated all the indoor and outdoor seating and rooms. Kithen well equipped ad a central place for eating and chatting. Room were spacious, well designed and cute decor.

Great stay. Easy check in and out process. Appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of seating and lounging areas for large groups indoor and out. Only thing, the backyard is essentially the front yard to the house behind but there are some trees to separate. Would definitely book this beautiful house again!!

Enjoyable stay

The place seemed to fit our family of 15 fairly well. Sleeping arrangements were a little snug, especially the room with bunk beds with a family of 5 (parents and 3 adult children). All in all we enjoyed our stay in Fish Creek.

Great location…

We came to Door County to participate in the Fall 50. The location was great and steps from me of the exchange points. The house was well equipped and a great fit for our group of runners and crew. Everything was as pictured and the outdoor gas grill was perfect for preparing a meal for 10.

Great Stay!

This is our second time staying at this property and we loved it. Amazing location and plenty of room to spread out. Carolee is super helpful and quick to respond. Love the big table and outdoor fire pit area. Note: There has been development behind the property and next to the property which isn’t reflected in the current photos.

Amazing Weekend!

This house was amazing. We went there to celebrate my mom's 50th birthday and had the best weekend. We were close to downtown Fish Creek and Peninsula State Park, and the house comfortably slept all 10 of our guests. With it's beachy decorations, outdoor fire pit & grill and spacious kitchen we would definitely recommend this house!!!

Perfect Spot for Group Get-Away

The accommodations for our group of 11 were perfect: clean, tastefully decorated, well-stocked kitchen with working appliances, and minutes from restaurants, shopping and sight-seeing. The owner was quick to respond to my questions about the property and made adjustments to our reservation when we requested, in advance, to add another day to our stay. I would recommend this beautiful Fish Creek home to other groups our size!

Holiday Stay

This house has a great layout for families, with 2 living rooms - the kids hung out upstairs, and the parents were able to cook and talk on the main floor. Everything was clean and updated, with charming decor. The location across the street from the state park (entrance to the trail system) was great for hiking, biking and nordic skiing. We would love to visit in the summer and take advantage of the porches and outdoor dining areas!

Property was beautiful! Very clean and well decorated. Back yard was very inviting with a grill and fire pit. Huge dining table that worked well for eating and playing games. Well appointed with 2 coffee pots plus a Keurig.

Troy has been building/renting property for over 20 years. We like to say that we are the 'perfect team.' Troy's strength is in the building/real estate area and I like to add that special touch to the home with paint colors and decor. We enjoy working together but even more, we love to spend time with our family and friends.

Why they chose this property

Troy and I both love the Fish Creek area. We have three children and together we like to go boating, snowmobiling, golfing and camping together. We are family oriented and fell in love with Fish Creek when we visited. It has that small town feel (like we were use to growing up) and it has so many opportunities for family activities. I personally love the beach while Troy enjoys the wooden wilderness. Here in Fish Creek, we can enjoy both…thus the name of our home 'The Treeport.'

What makes this property unique

This home is unique in that it was built with our own sweat and love for the area. Troy put many details in the home such as inviting lighting, huge deck and cedar accents. I personally decorated the home- with decor that makes you feel like you are in a beach home from the seahorse made from driftwood to the pictures that were purchased from downtown Fish Creek.
