This 2 bedroom/2 bath Gulf View Home has been newly remodeled in 2016 steps away from sugar white sand and crystal clear water. Sleeps 8 with large shaded porch and sun deck with plenty of room for family gatherings. 150 foot walk to the whitest sand in the area. Fantastic views of Gulf from the front porch and Mobile Bay from your private sundeck! Shower off with outside shower or totally remodeled bathrooms upstairs. There is a BBQ/Picnic Area downstairs with more shaded areas under the house. A short walk to the bay side (accross Hwy 180) has an inlet perfect for launching Kayaks and excellent fishing on the Gulf or Bay side of the peninsula. 50' Flat Screen TV mounted on wall in Living Area and 32' Flat Screen TV in Bedroom #1. Living Area and Breakfast areas both face Gulf of Mexico! Shopping and Restaurants are only minutes away.

* At certain times of the year (spring break and Hangout Fest) We do not accept reservations from groups of travelers under the age of 21, All members in group should be of legal age (21yrs+) Primary renter must be (25+) and provide valid state issued ID prior to arrival. Payment in full is due at the time of reserving, and there are no cancellation refunds for reservations to a person under age 25. *

Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
1. Check out is at 11am on your day of departure. 2. Please do not wash towels or bed linens as our cleaning team takes these and has these professionally cleaned at a dry-cleaners in Gulf Shores.
3. Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher. 4. Please take trash down to the large cans at the street. 5. Please put any wet/dirty towels in one of the clear garbage bags to reduce mildew.
6. Please return keys to the lock box (if you haven’t already) and put the other key on the key hook where it was when you checked in. Have a safe Trip Home!!!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
During Spring Break and Hangout Fest, all members in party must be of legal age (21+) Primary renter (25+) No cancellation refunds for rsv under age.
Weddings require additional an $2,500 deposit AND additional fees.
It is recommended that trip insurance should be purchased upon booking .

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very nice, clean and it was just a short walk to the beach! We loved the front covered porch and the back deck facing Mobile Bay. We would definitely stay here again!

The kitchen & bathrooms where fully stocked with whatever you might need. It was nice to have extra towels. The walk to the beach was SHORT and convenient. There was an outdoor shower with HOT/COLD water. We would stay here again.

Just leave your stuff on the beach and enjoy an 'Old School' Beach Vacation with family and friends! Most Beach Vacation Spots have turned into 'Las Vegas on the Beach'... not this one! Return to the original beach vacation with an emphasis on family without having to be 4-6 people deep to find a spot on the beach! Excellent Fishing out front in the Gulf or on the Bay side just a short walk across the street!
