It is a small and well-kept apartment equipped with all comforts.

The strong point of Casa Stella Marina is the splendid veranda overlooking the sea, where you can taste and sip a good Salento wine accompanied by fresh seafood, caressed by salt and dazzled by the blue of the sea.

The owners are available for any request.
A few meters from Casa Stella Marina are the various coves for swimming: "Argentiera" with its relaxing and invigorating spring water, "I Fiumi" to stay in a quiet place, "L'Acquaviva", a fantastic natural inlet, "Le Sorgenti" descent to the sea near the center.
Many points of interest can be visited: the Zinzulusa cave, visited every year by thousands of tourists, the Aragonese Castle dating back to the XII century, perched on the highest point of Castro, the Parco delle Querce, oak forest of suggestive beauty and the many Piazza di Castro such as Piazza Dante, Perotti, where on warm summer evenings, tourists are welcomed by many themed events such as the Fish Festival or the Jazz Evening and other gastronomic evenings.
Also you can visit, behind the Aragonese Castle, the excavations where the statue of the goddess Minerva was found (preserved in the premises of the municipality of Castro).
All this confirms the thesis that Aeneas the mythical Trojan hero has landed in Castro.

Great views in Great location

Our stay at Casa Stella Marina was fantastic. The property is perfectly located within a short walk of Castro Marina and offers a panoramic sea view. Lovely Stay

We had a fantastic time staying here, Tommaso and Maria made us feel very welcome. The property is comfortable and well equipped, with the terrace and the view beyond making the place very special. The property is very close to plenty of great swimming spots. We would recommend! :)

Beautiful location with a stunning view.

We were stunned by the beauty of the view from the terrace, overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Our hosts, Tommaso and Maria, were always available for anything we needed. It was quiet at night. The swimming, food and beauty in Castro and the Salento region is second to none.

Highly recommend!Just a perfect location if you have a car. The sea views are always interesting.

Tommasso and Maria are fabulous hosts who go out of their way to help. They came one day with pastries for us and there were refreshments and snacks for us in the refrigerator. The bed is comfortable, kitchen very well equipped! Loved the morning sunrise on the balcony with a visiting cat who greeted us everyday. The only negative was no wifi but Tommasso brought us a modem. And the thirty stairs to get to the unit. It’s not a problem for most but I have mobility issues

Proprietari gentilissimi, disponibili e attenti al cliente. Bellissima vista sul mare e posizione comoda sia per andare al mare (accessi al mare solo con scogli, tipici della zona) che raggiungere il "centro" di Castro Marina, con bar e ristoranti. Comodissimo il parcheggio privato per una vacanza di completo relax. Appartamento ben attrezzato e fresco. Qualche miglioria nel bagno e nel soggiorno consentirebbe di essere un po' più comodi, soprattutto per soggiorni superiori a qualche giorno. Noi abbiamo soggiornato per 2 settimane con i nostri cuccioli che sono stati molto bene anche loro, anche se la zona non presenta molti spazi per farli girare.

Le logement est très propre et bien équipé. Sa vue est fantastique. Sa situation à Castro est parfaite. On peut se baigner en contrebas sur des petites plages de roche et se balader dans le centre en quelques minutes. Pour le reste des Pouilles, il faut un véhicule. Si vous êtes en voiture, attention aux ZLT.Ne parlant pas bien l’italien, la communication a été un peu compliquée mais Tommaso et Maria sont très sympathiques.Notre séjour a été très agréable.

Bellissima settimana in Salento grazie alla casa "Stella Marina" che ha veramente tanti punti di forza: Ha una bellissima vista sul mareUn terrazzo vivibile e frescoLa casa all interno, pur essendo piccolina, è dotata di tutti i comfort.Maria ha un tocco molto personale relativo al design: tutto è curato meravigliosamente nei minimi dettagli. La posizione della casa è strategica: una manciata di gradini la separano da una delle calette più belle di castro: la cala dell'Argentiera. Ad un paio di km c' è anche cala acqua viva con acqua sorgiva. Castro ci è piaciuta molto: i luoghi, il mare, il sole, il vento, il cibo, la disponibilità e la gentilezza dei suoi abitanti....speriamo di tornare presto!Monica e Stefano

Een ruim appartement met prachtig uitzicht op de zee maar wel voor mensen die goed ter been zijn.

Fijn appartement, ruim, stil, donkere slaapkamer, prachtig uitzicht over de zee, smorgens lekker in het zonnetje ontbijten, in 10 minuutjes lopen in Castro Marina, vele restaurantjes, wel veel dicht in het laagseizoen, en je moet wel goed ter been zijn vanwege de vele trapjes. Eigen parkeerplek aan de bovenweg, ook heel fijn.

Maria et Tommaso sont très intentionnés. L'appartement est nickel,la vue sur l'adriatique du lever au coucher du soleil est fabuleuse. Petit dejeuner et diner toujours dehors en Mai. Otrante,Gallipolli,leuca etc..accessible par la magique route de la côte . Bref parfait pour decouvrir le Salento en couple. Quand à la poissonnerie Mare vivo,à 500 m,je vous laisse découvrir !!!

Fantastico pernottamento con la famiglia

Abbiamo soggiornato con una bambina di 6 anni. Il posto è stato fantastico e tranquillo. Vista spettacolare abbiamo cucinato più di una cena in terrzza godendoci una vista mozzafiato. Siamo stati ospiti di Tommaso e Maria nelle due settimane centrali del mese di agosto: tutto come da descrizione ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. Un excellent séjour

Maria et Tommaso sont d'excellents hôtes d'une grande gentillesse. Ils ont fait de tout pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Ils nous ont offert des produits de leur potager, des petits gâteaux, du vin. Toujours prêts à nous rendre service.
