nice duplex, perfect for visiting Gran Canaria with family or friends., located in a quiet area, and easy parking, it has a spacious and very bright living room, a fully equipped luxury kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a terrace where you can enjoy our weather, located at the Arinaga crossing, 5 minutes from the beach from Arinaga and playa del cabròn, where you can practice different water sports such as: diving, windsurfing, fishing, diving ,,,, a few minutes away you can find a spa center with indoor pool, gym, sauna., supermarkets, pharmacy, doctor, restaurants , post office ,,,, the house is very central, 7 km from the airport. 4 km from the shopping center and 20 km from Mapalomas, tourist area.

Gran Canaria die vierte unseres Kanaren Urlaubs

Alles ist da,In Haus hat es uns an nichts gemangelt und wenn dann haben wir nur Bescheid gegeben und es wurde geregelt. Mit sechs Personen super zu bewohnen. Zwei der Schlafzimmer haben ein Fenster in den Lichtschacht oberhalb des Essensbereichs. Das nächste Lebensmittelgeschäfte ist drei Blocks entfernt. Auf der Dachterrasse lassen sich nachts auch prima Sternschnuppen suchen. Immer ein Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Super Verkehrsanbindung nur 15 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt und 25 Minuten zum Sand Strand. In einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit vielen Reihenhäuser gelegen.Bis bald Familie Würfel

Wir waren von der Wohnung in unserem 5-Wochen-Urlaub absolut begeistert – sehr netter Gastgeber mit unkompliziertem Kontakt über Whatsapp, ruhiges angenehmes Wohngebiet mit spanischen Nachbarn, sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort, tolle Küche mit sehr guter Ausstattung, Top-Sauberkeit – alles vorhanden, wie in der Beschreibung. Obwohl man auch zu Fuß vieles erledigen kann, sollte ein Mietwagen vorhanden sein, denn dann ist es ein prima Startpunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden.

++ Kein überfülltes Touristenviertel ++ Alles im Inserat war auch vorhanden (Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Duschen, Parkmöglichkeit vor de Haustür non-stop, ...) ++ Außergewöhnliche Tageslichtlösung mit nach innen öffnende Fenster über den Wohnraum. ++ Große gemütliche Küche mit Kochinsel und viele Verstaungsmöglichkeiten ++ Ausziehbarer Esstisch (bis zu 10 Personen) ++ Großer Kühlschrank ++ Große Gefriertruhe ++ Zusatztisch für Computer, Tablet, Dokumente ... etc. Steckdose und Verlängerungskabel vorhanden. ++ Wäschetrockner auf dem Dach ausreichend für 5 Personen ++ Der Hausherr hat uns auf Anfrage eine Garderobenständer zur Verfügung gestellt. ++ Zwei Hausschlüssel für die Gäste + Satellit Fernseher (nur standard Auflösung, kein HD) + Genügend Schränke in allen Zimmern o Könnte mehr Gabel, Löffel und Teller geben um die Spülmaschine effizient zu betreiben Ideal für Familien mit 2..4 Kinder. Ich habe für einen Krug (für Tee, Sangria, etc.) und einen Messerschäfer gesorgt um die kulinarische Gemütlichkeit zu vervollständigen.

Tolle Unterkunft, ruhige Umgebung, total-relax-holiday

Sehr netter Vermieter - freundlich, entgegenkommend, hilfsbereit. Das Objekt liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung, schon fast wieder am oberen Ortsausgang, der kleine Ort ist nicht touristisch. In diesem Haus haben wir nichts vermisst, alles war sauber, sehr gepflegt und liebevoll über 2 Etagen eingerichtet. In ca. 5 Min. Gehweg gibt es einen großen Supermarkt, die Busstation für alle Linien liegt am Fuß des Ortes, ca. 10 Min. Fußweg den Berg runter. Wir konnten alles mit dem Bus erreichen - mit der App (Guaguas global https://guaguasglobal.com) und Google Maps eigentlich kein Problem. Wer einen absolut entspannten Urlaub sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben, Kneipen und Cocktailbars findet man in Cruce de Arinaga aber nicht, die Restaurants sind übersichtlich. Was absolut empfehlenswert ist, ist die Bäckerei/Konditorei gegenüber der Busstation "Pastelería La casita del dulce" und das "Burger House". Das Meer kann man von der Dachterrasse aus zwar sehen, zu Fuß ist es allerdings nicht gut zu erreichen (Playa de Arinaga), weil es keine nennenswerten Fußwege gibt. Aber - wie erwähnt - die Busverbindungen sind sehr gut und die Fahrpreise sehr günstig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir waren zu zweit erstmals auf Gran Canaria und suchten eine komfortable Unterkunft abseits der Touristenhochburgen in günstiger Lage. Das „Happy House“ hat diesbezüglich all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt: Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, modern eingerichtet und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. In Laufweite befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt, in dem es alles gibt, was man braucht, und die Lage ist perfekt, um von dort aus mit dem Auto die Insel ausgiebig zu erkunden. David und Natalia sind freundliche Gastgeber und wirklich liebenswerte Menschen. Sollte es uns noch mal nach Gran Canaria verschlagen, kommen wir sehr gern wieder!

Cruce de Arinaga - great location to see Gran Canaria

The property was lovely and very well equipped with all you would need. David the owner was really kind and helpful - even leaving some provisions for us for the first evening. The location is in the suburbs of Cruce de Arinaga and very quiet but close to motorways to make it easy to see the sights of the island and to visit Las Palmas. Also it is only 15 mins from the airport. There are some lovely towns nearby - Arinaga beach is very nice and very low-key, Aguimes is very picturesque. We also enjoyed Puerto de Mogan and las Palmas and everything was in easy reach so perfect for sightseeing. There are plenty of supermarkets within a short walk so it is a very convenient location.

Tolle Ausstattung in ruhigem Wohngebiet!

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, die über drei Etagen geht. Unten: tolle Küche mit Wohnzimmer und WC (inkl. Dusche), 1. Etage: drei Schlafzimmer und WC (ebenfalls mit Dusche), 2. Etage: Waschmaschine und Dachterasse (mit Gartenmöbel). Es ist alles da: Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Fön, Küchenmaschine, frei stehender Herd mit Ceranfeld, Kindersitz. Für Familien ideal. Auto ist ratsam. Es liegt am Rande von Cruce de Arinaga - in einem Wohngebiet, das überwiegend von Einheimischen und wenigen Touristen bewohnt wird. Großer Supermarkt 350 m entfernt. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die immer erreichbar sind.
