Confort e qualità in un nell'angolo di Sicilia

Due belle settimane passate nella villa Anna ad Avola, nel siracusano. Caloroso il benvenuto ricevuto dai proprietari (Anna e Giancarlo) che ci hanno accolti in una casa completamente indipendente ed autonoma dotata di tutto ciò che è necessario (cucina attrezzata, biancheria ed asciugamani forniti, ombrellone per il mare, ed altre cose ancora). Utili le informazioni ricevute per orientarsi nei primi giorni del soggiorno. La casa ha ottimi spazi sia interni che esterni dove un porticato permette di rilassarsi al fresco. La macchina si parcheggia nel vialetto antistante la casa dando quel confort in più quando si rientra da gite o escursioni o più semplicemente si rientra dal fare la spesa. Poi l'estrema comodità nel raggiungere il mare. Basta attraversare la strada e percorrere un breve sentiero che scende al mare (il tutto in un paio di minuti). Punto ideale per scoprire o riscoprire luoghi della Sicilia sudorientale (Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa, Porto Palo di Capo Passero, Marzamemi e tanti altri bei posti) Insomma una più che positiva esperienza che consigliamo certamente. Ancora un grazie ad Anna e Giancarlo.

Vacanza relax

Vacanza perfetta... luogo bellissimo e rilassante... Accoglienza SUPER... Lo consiglio vivamente a chi ama il mare e il buon cibo... e che dire della struttura, villetta stupenda e accogliente, parcheggi l'auto all'interno e ti muovi liberamente a piedi... Soddisfatti della bella esperienza.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen: geräumig, sauber, ein wunderschöner Garten, sogar Gesellschaftsspiele und Bücher für Klein und Groß. Leider ist keine Klimaanlage vorhanden, aber dafür zwei Ventilatoren. Der schöne Strand liegt direkt eine Häuserreihe weiter, was besonders mit Kindern praktisch ist. Auch Caffes und Restaurants sind zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Avola selbst hat nicht so viel zu bieten, aber ein guter Standort um tolle Plätze in der Umgebung( Noto, Sirakusa, Ätna, Catania,...) zu erreichen

Familien Urlaub mit Hund xxxl.

Der Garten sehr geflegt, 10 Sterne an Giancarlo, unser Hund war außerdem sehr willkommen und durfte das ganze Anwesen genießen. Das mare nur über die Straße ist traumhaft . Giancarlo e Anna sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir hoffen wieder kommen zu können.

Lovely villa by the sea

We stayed in this lovely Avola villa on the coast for a week in September 2020 and wished that we could have stayed longer. Our hosts Anna and Giancarlo were very welcoming and there was a bottle of the local red wine waiting for us which was very welcome. The villa itself was all we could have wished for. Spacious and well equipped with a lovely veranda where we spent a lot of our time when we weren’t on the beach and garden area with a gated drive way which was perfect for the car that we had hired. There were a few restaurants within a short walk which we ate at thoroughly enjoying the fresh fish on the menu. Overall a great holiday and a great place to stay - we hope to be back before too long!

Pure Erholung bei herzlichen Gastgebern

Wer die Erholung sucht, ist bei Anna und Giancarlo absolut richtig! Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Es gab eine Flasche Rotwein aus der Region und Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank. Am Tag darauf brachte Anna Tomaten mit Basilikum aus dem Garten und Kakteenfrüchte. Die Anliegerwohnung mit der großen Terrasse und Garten ist absolut sauber und gemütlich, noch besser in Wirklichkeit als auf den Bildern. Die Betten waren bequem. Es gab vom Geschirr alles da, um zu kochen. Grillen kann man auch. Giancarlo gab uns zahlreiche Tipps, wo wir frische Lebensmittel, Fisch oder Fleisch kaufen konnten. Lidl und andere Supermärkte gab es 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Der Strand ist gleich über die Straße. Die anderen, etwas größeren Stände mit Bars und Restaurants erreicht man in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Avola ist ein guter Anhaltspunkt, um die historischen Städte wie Siracusa, Noto, Ragusa, Marzamemi zu erkunden. Wir haben uns bei Anna und Giancarlo absolut wohl gefühlt und werden wieder gerne kommen. Liebe Grüße aus Berlino Sergio, Veronika e Christina Grazie di Cuore!!!

Magnifique séjour

Very friendy hosts and a cosy accommodation

Wir waren mit 2 kleinen Kindern für eine Woche Gäste von Anna und haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Der Garten war perfekt für die Kinder, die Unterkunft war liebevoll eingerichtet und gemütlich und es ist ein kleiner Strand direkt über die Straße. Anna war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat immer schnell reagiert wenn wir irgendetwas benötigt haben. Wir können die Unterkunft vollstens empfehlen! Alles liebe euch und danke nochmal für die schöne Zeit.

Una vacanza all'insegna del relax e della cultura.

La casa è esattamente come descritta, completa di tutto quel che serve. Un giardino lussureggiante ed un patio in cui mangiare e leggere. I proprietari sono persone deliziose, premurose, disponibili ed estremamente rispettose della privacy degli ospiti. La spiaggia davanti casa è molto bella e relativamente tranquilla. Di fronte c'è la strada litoranea che genera logicamente un poco di traffico e rumore ma il tutto é ampiamente ripagato dalla possibilità di fare il bagno la mattina presto in totale tranquillità. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere vari luoghi di jnteresse. Quindi la consigliamo sicuramente.

Basta attraversare la strada di fronte a casa si scende da una scaletta e si accende direttamente sulla spiaggia libera che è dotata anche di doccia Gratuita! Diversamente se si preferisce a 300 metri c'è una spiaggia attrezzata! Consiglio vivamente!

Schönes Apartment in ruhiger Lage

Das Apartment von Anna P. ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles ist super sauber. Auf der Terrasse konnten wir morgens im Sonnenschein frühstücken, die Sonnenliegen haben wir am späten Nachmittag im Garten genutzt. Anna und ihr Mann Giancarlo sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation klappte einwandfrei. - Der Ort Avola selbst ist nicht so spannend, aber ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. An der Marina in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Apartment gibt es eine Handvoll ordentlicher Restaurants. - Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. - Avola verfügt auch über einen schönen Strand, den haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt.

Very satisfied!

We (2 adults and 2 kids) have spent a very nice vacation in Avola staying at this location. The house is situated less than 1min of walking from the beautiful sand beach. Everything in the house was clean and ready for use. The terrace and small private garden (patio) were a very big advantage for us with kids playing there safely. Anna, the owner, was very helpful and made a very warming welcome for us. The photos on the site are 100% actual. The location consists of two spatious rooms, one bathroom, a small kitchen with gas stove and, of course, the terrace with charcoal BBQ. Avola is a very good starting point for exploring the east and south of Sicily (from Messina to Agrigento), so the car is highly recommended. I would certanly recommend this location and myself would like to come back. Warm greetings from cold wintery Russia to signora Anna and all her family!

Casa incantevole

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima casa dal 17 al 24 agosto 2013 e ne siamo rimasti incantati. Ottimi gli spazi all'aperto, giardino rigoglioso a disposizione degli ospiti e verandina dove consumare i pasti o passare qualche ora in relax, sempre ben ombreggiata e fresca durante tutte le ore della giornata. L'appartamento e' gradevolmente arredato e dotato di ogni confort, ottima la pulizia e le condizioni in cui viene messo a disposizione. Antistante la villetta, a pochissimi passi, la spiaggia della loggia, bella, pulita e con un bellissimo mare trasparente. Anna e Giancarlo sono eccezionalmente ospitali, accoglienti e disponibili, li ricorderemo con molto affetto e gratitudine, due belle persone! Consiglio questa casa senza ombra di dubbio. "casa incantevole, proprietari gentili, non invadenti e molto discreti, sempre disponibili per informazioni sulle bellezze locali. LA casa è vicinissimo al mare e con 2 bambini è molto comodo. "Abbiamo trascorso la nostra vacanza in un paradiso,la casa è spaziosa,accogliente,colorata,pulita,dotata di tutti i confort,non mancava niente e c''era anche di più.I propietari,persone splendide,ringrazio ancora per la meravigliosa disponibilità.La mattina ti svegli fai colazione nella grande veranda con il profumo del gelsomino,attraversi il verde giardino e sei con i piedi sulla sabbia(con due figli non è poco!!)Il mare pulito,la spiaggia tranquilla.Da vedere I laghetti di Cava Grande del Cassibile,la Riserva di Vendicari,e le città barocche Noto,Modica,Siracusa.."

"L'alloggio è spazioso e molto confortevole con tutti i servizi necessari anche per un lungo soggiorno. Posizione ottima, fresco in estate, affacciato sul mare, un grande giardino con possibilità di soggiornare anche in veranda. Mare stupendo e ampia spiaggia adatta per i bambini e per chi ama nuotare. La Sig.ra Anna che ci ha ospitato è sempre stata disponibile per qualsiasi necessità, a dir vero poche perchè nell'alloggio non manca nessun confort. Sicuramente una piacevole esperienza da ripetere!!"
