Schoolboy Bay, 3 ***, 6 people, old school in Mont St Michel

In 80m area, the cottage consists of a large living room with fireplace and exposed beams (lounge and kitchen) overlooking a private 50m² terrace. Enjoy the view over the bay, the polders, the village in against-low. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, the one overlooking the terrace (bed 140) and the other (twin 90) facing south. To complete the ground floor: a separate bathroom and toilet. Mezzanine, a large bedroom with exposed beams (160 bed).
The property is fully secured by an enclosure wall. The cottage is attached to the property. We are happy to advise you if you wish, but we know respect the privacy of our guests.
Ideally located on the heights of the town of Saint-Broladre and overlooking the bay of Mont Saint-Michel, this former school transformed into a cottage in part is appealing to you
Halfway between Saint-Malo and Mont-Saint-Michel, Saint-Broladre is a typical Breton village. His village flowered account traders: butcher, baker, pharmacy, shops and restaurants open on Sundays.
A mountain bike trail is proposed near the house and for the more adventurous a walking tour takes you up to Mont Saint Michel.
We are 5 minutes from the beaches. You will find many activities: sand yachting (Cherrueix), angling, horse riding on the beach.
At 15 minutes, the port of Cancale and its famous oysters.

We stayed 10 days at this location in August and we had an absolutely lovely time. The house is well-equipped, clean and you're well looked after by the hosts. There is a forest nearby to walk your dog. The location is also excellent for many day trips (e.g. Mont Saint Michel and bay; St Malo; Dinan; Dinard; Cancale; pointe du Grouin; etc). After 10 days, we had still many places on our list which we did not have a chance to visit. Would really recommend!

Summer Trip to Northern Bretagne

We had booked the residence on a short term basis and were very happy with the house. It was very clean and the check in was uncomplicated. There was everything provided in the cottage and the terrace was large and surrounded by a low stone wall. The view to the Baie du Mont Saint Michel and the sea was wonderful as the house is located on a hill. Very comfortable if you travel with a dog as there is a nice walking area close by. We would definitely book this residence again:)

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und der Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer (wenn auch in der Ferne) wunderschön. Chantal und ihr Mann sind fantastische Vermieter. Sie wohnen nebenan, ohne das man dies merkt. Bei Fragen und Wünschen sind sie jedoch immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sauber und der Kühlschrank bereits mit Milch, Wein, Wasser, Cola und Butter für den Start gefüllt. Auch Kaffeepads und Tee lagen bereit. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Bäcker, Metzger und einen kleinen Laden - 8 km weiter sogar LIDL und einen großen Supermarkt. Essen waren wir im Ort abends nicht, da wir meist mittags während unserer Ausflüge gegessen haben. Das Restaurant "Le Point" hatte leider am letzten Tag vor unserer Abreise abends geschlossen, daher vorher die Öffnungszeiten prüfen und reservieren. Es gibt aber zahlreiche Restaurants an der Strasse in Richtung Cancale, z.B. "Mio Mondo".Wer die Ruhe nach einem aufregenden Tag bzw. Ausflug in die Bretagne sucht, wird sie hier finden.

Logement impeccable très bien situé

Logement parfait pour notre semaine de vacances en famille (6 adultes). Maison propre, fonctionnelle et très agréable, bien équipée, bien fournie en vaisselle et accessoires de cuisine ( ce n'est pas tjrs le cas en location). Très bonne literie. Très bien située entre le Mont Saint Michel, Cancale, Saint Malo.A proximité de commerces (boulangerie boucherie Supérette restaurant), chemins de randonnée, char à voile à Cherrueix top. Belle vue depuis la terrasse avec grande table et transats. Devant la maison, cour où se garer agréable et sécurisée. Nos deux petits chiens étaient aussi les bienvenus. Propriétaire très accueillant, sympathique et attentionné. Merci encore pour vos cadeaux de bienvenue.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in toller, ruhiger Lage. Terrasse mit Meerblick

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in St-Brolarde, zum Mont Saint Michel und ans Meer kommt man super mit dem Fahrrad. Die Wohnumg ist in einem tollen alten Schulgebäude, bestens ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir haben den Blick von der Terrasse bis zum Meer sehr genossen.

Liebe auf den ersten Blick!

Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft, man sitzt lange vor den Möglichkeiten und kann sich nicht entschließen, aber mit dieser Wohnung haben wir einen echten Glücksgriff gemacht. Am Ende eines Dorfes liegt die alte Schule. Schon bei unserer Ankunft waren wir begeistert. Es ist alles da, was man für einen wunderbaren Urlaub braucht. Man kommt auf die eigene Terrasse und sieht in einigen Kilometer Entfernung das Meer. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, die Betten bezogen, Handtücher liegen bereit und auch die Küche ist mit allem voll ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sympathisch und zurückhaltend. Man kann immer die Glocke läuten und bekommt Rat und alles was man braucht. Sehr schön ist auch, dass man zu Fuß den Bäcker, den Supermarkt und die Apotheke erreicht und es drei Lokale im Dorf gibt, ohne, dass man nochmal ins Auto steigen muss. Das Grundstück ist völlig umzäunt, was schön ist mit Kind und Hund. Für Hunde gibt es direkt oberhalb des Grundstücks schöne Auslaufmöglichkeiten mit Wiesen und Feldwegen. Ich kann dieses schöne Haus für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in der Bretagne nur empfehlen. Es ist ein Katzensprung nach Mont-Saint-Michel, Dinan, Saint-Malo und Dinard und auch die Côte de Granit Rose ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar und unbedingt sehenswert. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben...und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Familienurlaub an der Baie Mont St. Michel

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Ferienwochen in der 'Ecoliere de la baie' verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist weitläufig, gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit einer tollen Terrasse mit Blick über die Bucht. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen und haben die wunderschöne Umgebung am Meer und im Inland erkunden können.

Cette propriété est remarquablement bien placée (vue mer) et très fonctionnelle. On y arrive avec sa trousse de toilette et ses vêtement. Le reste est sur place. Les propriétaires sont des gens très très charmants. Je le conseille à tous le monde.
