The apartment was perfect for our stay, the view and the morning sun was wonderful.

Everything was there that we needed, restaurants and bars to have wine and watch the sunsets. It was very quiet, the off season which was very nice. Groceries close by and more selection a short distance in Portimao. City bus stop close and access to taxi and Uber. Perfect all around... Antonio was very helpful in providing accurate information before we arrived.

Cozy little apartment

We really enjoyed our stay. There was a little confusion at check in but that was my fault for not having already gotten my phone working. We didn't spend a lot of time at the apartment as we were there for the races and spent a lot of time at the track, and exploring on non-race days. It was the perfect home base for us as it was close to the marina to catch the track shuttle.

"The view from the apartment was very good,over looking the beach.The sun on the balcony from 0800 to 1300 hrs was also very pleasing. Overal the complex,the apartment and the staff could not be faulted. The added bonus was being able to park the hired car off of the street at night."

The person that watches over the apartment Nuno is a very nice guy I had a hard time finding the apartment and he drove to where I was so I can get to the apartment As for the apartment there is no heat just a little plug in heater and you can really cold when you go on off season times

Well located comfortable apartment.

My wife & I stayed in the apartment from Jan18 - Mar21, 2020. We were to stay until Mar 26 but had to return to Canada (Covid19). We enjoyed the apartment and the new mattresses made all the difference. The apartment was clean, well equipped and perfectly located. The private underground parking was a big selling feature for us. Never coming back & worrying about finding a parking spot. The host, Mr. Rodriguez and the manager, Nuno, were very approachable & easy to deal with. The following is not a complaint but a friendly suggestion. Although we knew the apartment didn’t have an oven, as time went on we wished we had one. Mr. Rodrigues was very generous & helpful to us, so maybe he would consider including a small toaster oven in the kitchen. As always, we had an enjoyable holiday in Portugal up until Covid19 became real...

Perfect in every way, minutes from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants.

Can highly recommend this property, lovely view of beach, and the swimming pool was spotless. We will be staying here again.

Ideal Beach Apartment

Beach apartment located right in Praia da Rocha, convenient to everything including restaurants and entertainment. Across the street from the beach and with a nice ocean breeze. Apartment had all the basics for cooking, and a nice balcony to enjoy the evening. Check in was wasy and Nuno was very responsive if anything came up during the stay. My only critique is that the bed/mattress was a bit small and uncomfortable. Other than that the location is ideal and I would recommend it for couples or small groups (2-3).

Beautiful home, Comfortable and Well Equipped

The apartment was lovely, the sea view was perfect to watch the sunset from the balcony, and it was lovely to have breakfast outside too. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of extra blankets available, though we didn't need to use them. The kitchen is very well equipped with utensils, and though we were slightly surprised about the lack of an oven, we had no problem with this overall. The bathroom was clean and fresh, and the shower had a good pressure, with plenty of hot water as long as you didn't waste time. We had a lovely stay and would definitely consider re-booking for our next visit!

Praia da Rocha, Algarve Mor, clean and quiet property right where you want to be.

Antonio e Virginia's apartment is perfectly located in Praia da Rocha, near the east end of the Av. Tomas Cabreira, it's promenade, the access to the beach promenade and the river side walk into Portimao Centro. The #33 bus across the street also gives you access to Centro, and the Train station and the local inter-town buses -Alvor,Lagos. A big Pingo Doce is in the Centro, a two block walk from the bus stop at Largo do Duque, but there is a suitable small mercado, Pao Quente, behind the Hotel Rocha just a block away. With all the cafes and restaurants and bars, nearby you may not want to use the well equipped kitchen. The apartment was clean, well equipped and was cleaned during my stay. Absolutely perfect, and a parking spot down below for my one-day car rental. I wouldn't hesitate to rebook for a return visit.

Great place to stay.

We loved it in your condo,very comfortable and cozy. Loved the fact that it was cleaned every week which gave us more time to explore. It was also in the perfect location for all the shops, restaurants and the beach. Would definitely rent again if we were coming to Portugal. Nunu and his dad were there every time we needed them. Appartement bien exposé mais de construction pas récente donc un peu bruyante, Praia Da Rocha en Octobre et les les Algarves sont pas trop surpeuplé avec beaucoup de soleil et de beaux endroits à découvrir et visiter
