We have another studio condo in Gulf Shores across from The Hangout, and we have been renting since 2012 with great success! Please go to www.condeauxproperties.com to see our other units & great reviews!

Welcome to our vacation home, 'Condeaux on the Beach II.' Our condo is the perfect romantic get away for 2, or a fun visit for a small family (2 adults & 2 small children) retreat. You will simply love the white sugar sands of Orange Beach! Our condo is located on the 1st floor of the building on the left side of the Sugar Beach parking entrance. We have taken great pride in updating the beachy interior, and to ensure that every comfort of home is accommodating to you.

Our cozy beach side Studio vacation home is freshly painted, and has a comfortable wicker queen sized bed for a restful night's sleep. There is also a new sofa that converts to a shorter in length double bed, and a chair for relaxing while watching the 43'' HDTV with MediaCom Cable access. There is ample space for your clothing with a full size closet, a chest of drawers and a nightstand. The bathroom is serene and stocked with many amenities. Our kitchen is very vibrant and fully equipped with a single serve coffee maker that accepts kcups and has a reusable filter for grounds, toaster, and everything you need, making it a joy to prepare meals, or a romantic dinner! For your dining indoors there are 2 bar stools at the bar and 3 nesting tables by the sofa to be used as individual tables.

The balcony is accessible from the living area and provides beautiful relaxing side views of the gulf and beach from our relaxing outdoor patio set. Enjoy dining outdoors, having coffee or tea, or taking in the beach views, and realize there's no other place you'd like to be! Additionally, our vacation home has FREE wireless internet and cable television! All linens are provided with the exception of beach towels. There is a covered entry, covered parking, and luggage carts are available to assist in loading and unloading your vehicle. A $35 parking pass is required, which you must obtain and pay exact cash for at the guard house upon arrival. It is good for the duration of your stay. This is a non-smoking unit.

Our building and location really is the best! Parking under the building, steps to the beach, a seasonal hot food/snacks building, also selling beach items, and drinks! 3 beautiful pools, a kiddie pool, bbq grills, and very close to many attractions, stores, etc. We love our cozy Condeaux!

It is on the beach and has many amenities. Also, our 1st Anniversary was spent in Orange Beach a few buildings away, making it a very special place!

There are 4 swimming pools, a BBQ area, 3 covered gazebos, lounge chairs, the Sugar Shack snack bar, tennis courts, 2 elevators, covered parking, a security guard and a boardwalk leading to the beautiful white sandy beach!
