"We were very pleased with our accomodation. We were two families living in the apartment, four adoults and two 1 1/2 years old. We had everything we could need and were amazed by the view. We liked it a lot!!"

Penthouse with views

We very much enjoyed our 11 night stay. We were four adults and there was plenty of room. We had a car and off street parking was provided. It was easy to get to Palermo center by bus, but we used the car and could find parking on the weekend. It was a good base to visit segesta, trapani, Scopelo, Erice and Cefelu. We didn’t find any good restaurants in walking distance (except for pizza), however, there is a good bakery and gelato!

Lovely flat overlooking Mondello Beach

This lovely flat was perfect for our needs, with easy access to taxis and buses to get into Palermo and views of the sea from every window and two rooftop decks. The owner Salvatore could not have been more helpful or kind. Would highly recommend his flat in Mondello.

Appartement plein de charme

Appartement avec beaucoup de charme et bien équipée. Situation idéale ( 50 mètres de la plage) avec vue sur mer et montagne. Seul point négatif bar à proximité avec concert tous les soirs (prévoir les boules quies!!)

Mi dispiace per quanto riguarda la musica serale, abbiamo provveduto a denunciare il fatto alle autorità competenti che stanno prendendo provvedimenti. Naturalmente, entro certi limiti, bisogna anche capire che in località balneare, a fine luglio, si concentra il massimo dell'affluenza e della voglia di divertirsi che spesso non tiene conto delle esigenze degli altri. Maggior valore ha quindi la recensione comunque positiva per quanto riguarda la casa e la posizione che mi ripagano di tutti gli sforzi fatti per renderla appetibile ed indimenticabile. Grazie ugualmente da Villa Gregorietti.

Consigliatissima

La casa è bellissima. Dalle terrazze io è la mia famiglia abbiamo goduto ogni giorno di una vista sulla baia di Mondello unica. La casa è fresca e sempre ventilata fornita di ogni comodità. La vicinanza al mare è tale che in men di 1 minuto sei in acqua. Il proprietario il signor Gregorietti Salvatore è sempre pronto ad aiutarti in ogni necessità e prodigo di consigli per godere in pieno la vacanza. Consigliatissima a tutti amici famiglie che vogliono trascorre un soggiorno a Mondello da ricordare. Spero di poterci tornare.

"Varcata la porta rossa, ...

"Varcata la porta rossa, l''ambiente che si presenta sembra uscito direttamente dal secolo scorso. L''imponenza della casa, la dimensione artistica che la pervade e l''eleganza del contesto fanno di questa abitazione una delle più belle ed affascinanti nelle quali abbiamo soggiornato. L''attrezzatura di cui è fornita la casa è superiore alla media, e il panorama di cui si gode è superlativo. un solo sguardo cattura la visione del mare di Mondello e le alture che si stagliano sul lato opposto. Cuore pulsante di tutta la casa sono tre magnifici terrazzi, tutti attrezzati con lettini, sedie a sdraio, barbecue, gazebo, doccia. Il sig G. si è dimostrato affidabile, cordiale, disponibile."
