Philip is an attentive and thoughtful host. He was readily available the entire stay and offered helpful tips and anticipated any questions. The property and pool are beautiful, clean, and well kept. Will be back!!

Beautiful Bridgehampton Getaway

The pool & backyard were fantastic for lazily spending an afternoon. Sag Harbor is conveniently located 10 mins away and Bridgehampton is 5 mins. The house was exactly what we were expecting and would love to rent again in the future.

Everything about this stay was fantastic... perfect location 5-10 mins from several main street areas. Pool gets great sunlight all day. House was very cute and very clean. All in all, highly recommended.

Lovely, Scenic and Comfortable. Wanted to Stay Longer

The property is beautiful and comfortable and easy. Location is scenic and convenient. House is well-appointed with what you might need, but also not cluttered. Host is responsive and very helpful. As our stay was coming to an end, I couldn't help myself but to check to see if there was ongoing availability—we didn't want to leave! You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful Country House!

My family stayed at the house for 2 weeks in august. We had an amazing time! The location is excellent. The house is absolutely charming. It had everything we needed. We spent most days enjoying the pool and taking advantage of all the property and space. Couldn't have asked for a better host! Philip was quick to respond and very helpful regarding any questions we had. We would definately stay here again!

The house was a charming traditional Hamptons house in beautiful farm country and was clean, the bedrooms were spacious, the backyard and pool were beautiful and the owner was very responsive to all of our needs.

Great Hamptons Retreat!

We had an amazing stay at Philip's home. It's a cozy house with a great pool that we spent a ton of time lounging at over the course of our week there. The BBQ also received a lot of use! Location was incredibly convenient—easy drives to Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor. Philip was a dream host! He was so quick to respond regarding any questions we had and helped us get the pool cleaned mid-week as it gets a bit breezy there. Would love to go back!

Great location and Pool

Great location, the outdoor area is really nice and the pool is great (only negative for the outside is that the chairs are a little old without cushions). The house is old, but still really nice. The master bedroom has an extra ac unit which is great and makes that room really cold and the central ac worked great. The siting area downstairs is great and comfortable The kitchen is a little small, but has every appliance you would need. The owner is very nice, responds very quickly and was a pleasure to deal with. Overall if you are looking for a house with a pool in a good location, I would highly recommend this place.

Great stay

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. It was literally the perfect location - 5 minutes from both bridge and sag harbor. Pool was lovely. Philip was also very easy to communicate when we had questions during our stay and quickly answered us. Would come back again!

Great House, Property and Location

We have been renting in the Hamptons for many years and have stayed at many different houses. This house was very centrally located with easy access to many of the great towns restaurants, beaches and entertainment. The house was on a good sized property with a nice sized pool. The owner was very available and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

In the heart of Bridgehampton farm country, this lovely house and pool with back yard privacy provide the perfect serene setting to relax. Quick drive to Bridgehampton town, beaches and Sag Harbor make the location unbeatable.

Charming, wonderful house!

We were here for a week and I wanted to stay for a month. The house is situated away from the road, so there is a wonderful front yard. The pool area in the rear is very private, gets sun all day, and abuts a reserve. The design of the house capitalizes on great air flow and light. The decor is simple and comfortable-perfect for the beach. And one of the great farm stands of the area is a short walk. Highly recommend!
