Escape to a tranquil retreat at this 4-bedroom house in Pawleys Island. With 3 king beds, 1 full bed, and 2 twin beds, guests can unwind in fantastic comfort. This serene property offers an expansive back porch with comfortable rockers and only steps to the beach! Fantastic for relaxation and getting away from it all on Litchfield Beach! Only a mile from Ocean Highway yet seems miles away! Included with your rental are all beds made and towels placed along with a laundry room downstairs for convenience. Also downstairs is a new outdoor shower and plenty of room in the large driveway to throw a football, draw a chalk picture or head to the beach!

My husband is from Asheville, North Carolina while I am from Chattanooga, Tennessee. Our adult children call Pawleys Island their second home. We loved having a vacation home here that we decided to move here permanently and in the meantime, open a property management company.
