Très déçue de notre séjour

L’appartement mériterait d’être remis à neuf. Les chambres (sous les combles) ne sont pas adaptées à des enfants et pas d’accès direct à une fenêtre… en pleine canicule, je ne recommande pas du tout.

Notre appartement est loué par 2 sites depuis 2005 sans problème (voir les appréciations). Je veux bien entendre que notre appartement NE VOUS CONVENAIT PAS. En effet nous privilégions la location à la semaine, vous vouliez 10 jours ce que j’ai accepté. Après paiement vous vouliez le linge de lit, ce que j’ai encore accepté SANS surplus. A votre arrivée vous cherchiez un rehausseur soi-disant mentionné dans l’annonce (erreur de lecture). Le lendemain à 11H30 vous m’informiez que tout était ouvert et qu’il faisait très chaud : un appartement exposé sud, il va de soi, doit être au maximum fermé, recommandations météorologiques lors de canicule. De nombreuses familles avec des enfants en bas âge (locataires suivants toujours en période de canicule) ont été très satisfaits de leurs séjours. Face à la situation, une seule solution : vous proposez de chercher un autre bien et d’effectuer le remboursement des nuits manquantes (faveur accordée car non prévu au contrat). Par contre je ne peux pas vous laisser dire que l’appartement doit être rénové : les ouvertures sont récentes, les sols en très bon état, la salle de bain a été refaite il y a 4 ans, l’électro-ménager est en parfait état de marche (par contre vider le lave-vaisselle avant le départ est la moindre des choses) les peintures ont été refaites avant l’été, les literies sont impeccables matelas neufs.

Calme et proche de tous ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour

Proche à pied des petits commerces, de la plage et d’un espace boisé pour le footing du matin. Secteur calme, avec en prime une place de parking privative hors rue. Location conforme à la description propre et fonctionnelle. Merci.

Appartement bien situé, à 5 minutes de la grande plage, dans une rue calme mais dotée de toutes commodités (boulangerie, épicerie, boucherie...) Bien équipé et fonctionnel. L'étage n'a pas de fenêtres, mais les ventilateurs rendent la chaleur supportable!

la mezzanine est limitée par un balcon de bois elle profite donc de la luminosité de la fenètre de la pièce de vie qui est haute et permet aussi son aération la chambre ( au départ autre mezzanine qui a été fermé ) possède une fenètre située face à la seconde fenètre de la pièce à vivre très bonne remarque nous allons ajouter quelques photos complémentaires pour préciser la situation des pièces de l'étage par rapport aux ouvertures
