This Mexican-Style town home is a fully furnished three-level home with three bedrooms and three & half bathrooms with marble floors throughout the unit. The first floor has a full kitchen, living, dining area, laundry area and half bathroom; on the second floor are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms with showers. The upper level has the master bedroom and bathroom with a large balcony. Located in a small private island at the Marina. Overlooking the swimming pool and the Marina area. this is the perfect place for either a short or extended escapade to the tropical warmth of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
Isla Iguana is a secure, quiet, gated community located in the Marina Vallarta.
We have a 48ft. Yacht, that you can charter, for Whale watching, or visiting a small village across the bay, for lunch! If in decide to rent our town home, you can talk to us about the details of chartering the Yacht, for four or six hours!

Great stay

We had a great stay at Isla Iguana. The townhouse was spacious with a beautiful view of the pool. The complex is simply fantastic and the location quiet but with lots to do within easy reach. Highly recommend the Thursday market, which was a great tip.from our hists

The community is very safe and the unit was very clean and well stocked in regards to the kitchen. Was great having coffee overlooking the pool each morning. A very shirt walk to the marina made grabbing a drink or food very easy!

Beautiful property in gated Marina community

Beautiful, 3-story townhouse property, with walk-out to private patio and community pool. Top floor, covered balcony with a table, off the master bedroom, was especially nice to do some in-vacation activity planning.

Isla Iguana is a very beautiful Mexican style complex. We appreciated the patio and the pool. Nice size condo for 6. The condo is also Mexican style, the beds are comfortable and the couches are acceptable. Unfortunately the plumbing is in need of considerable work, on the last day, the kitchen drain leaked all over the floor; we cleaned up and re-connected it but it needs to be replaced, as well, there are issues with plumbing in the rest of the condo. Also, the refrigerator leaks and the phone is out of order. In our opinion these issues need to be resolved prior to listing the condo for rent again.

Wrongfully Accused and Charged, Uncomfortable rooms, Poor management.

We were wrongfully accused of having a "missing towel" and were wrongfully charged for it. The showerhead in one of the bedrooms only had drops of water coming out, you could not even shower. Beds were uncomfortable, A/C units made loud ruckus sounds which made sleeping tremendously unbearable. Let alone, only having one controller for three A/C's which made it difficult to navigate. Management never came to fix the problems we had, very poor communication on managements end. The only good part of this experience (other than how incredibly uncomfortable and difficult our stay was with no one acknowledging nor fixing our issues) was the pool. Do not recommend.

Beautiful and safe

This townhouse is quite vertical, with big luggage, it’s pretty tight going up the narrow steep stairs! Other than that, this place was perfect! We love to be in or by the marina, so it was a great location with a quick walk to all the restaurants and shops. Very friendly and quiet community . The owners were great and responded quickly to any questions we had. We really loved how all 3 bedrooms had their own bathrooms, so well laid out. Thanks again!!

Four of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nancy and Terry are the best hosts we have experienced using VRBO/Home Away - very nice people and fun to be around. Loved the secure and quiet property. The little community was very welcoming, as well. They made it a point to introduce themselves to visitors such as ourselves - most of whom are property owners. That was special! We look forward to our next stay - hopefully at this property!

Wonderful Location and Great Hosts!

This was our first time to stay in Puerto Vallarta and we could not have found a better place! The Marina location is great and close to wonderful restaurants. Our Townhouse was clean, and well appointed. Nancy and Terry are very welcoming and great hosts. They were available for our questions and anything they could do to make our stay a great experience. This property needs major maintenance.

Future renters beware! 8 out of 11 nights most or all of our bedrooms had NO air conditioning. Nights here were very warm and humid. Made for miserable sleeping. The listing advertises air conditioning. It also advertises "near marina" ... it not too near - have to walk a mile to get to it - Bathrooms are grungy; refrigerator leaks water - we were mopping it up daily; only a few dishwasher pods for an 11 day stay. This owner is obviously afraid a renter will run off with their soaps, their old kitchen towels, their silverware (as there is not even a full set) and maybe some of their chipped dishes. The plus is- the neighborhood is convenient - the neighbors and workers are fabulous - PV is a fabulous area which we will visit again. However; next time we'll throw a few more $$ into the pot and find a place that is comfortable. And bring a hair dryer - there is only 1 for 3 bathrooms Good luck

Isla Iguana waas a perect location for our family. We were walking distance to grocery stores and and Marina for restaurants. Complex had a great pool and the grounds were always well maintained. Property manager was is easy contact and text us to ask if all was well. I would reccomend this location to friends and family.

Isla Iguana is a lovely, quiet gated community on the Marina - nice walk to the Marina proper, with lots of restaurants and boats to view. The community has a very nice salt water pool (loved it) and the mixed age crowd was very friendly. Loved the welcome from the permanent residents and long term renters. We had our children and young grandchildren with us for some of the time and they also loved the location, pool and community. We found Casa Rhonda to be too dated, or a little tired, as I like to say for our 4 week stay. Light bulbs, and remote batteries burnt out, throughout the house (we were buying and replacing), Master had several issues, TV not working properly, sheets too worn and not fitting bed, lamp light so low it was difficult to read. lamp in living room sometimes threw a spark when turned on. This would be a lovely property if it was updated. Listing promotes and previous reviews state owners provide a ride to and from airport, and possibility of Whale watching on owners boat. No offer of airport transport extended - they were out of town when we arrived, we did not know this until we sent our arrival information, they were in town prior to our departure. I inquired about Renting their boat and Captain for excursion and before we came mentioned something could be put together, but it didn't happen. Would have like a more direct response, we don't rent the boat or we aren't taking people out anymore.not something we are doing anymore etc. In summary loved Isla Iguana and would love an updated Casa Rhonda, Kathryn and Joseph

This is a lovely place to stay. The home suited our needs perfectly. So nice to have a beautiful pool right outside the home. The location was great, gate staff so helpful answering our inquiries. We slept like babies in very comfortable beds and luxury bedding. Our hosts were top drawer. Very much appreciated the “extra mile” our hosts provided and were so friendly and helpful. We will be back.

Great Town Home, Awesome Location!

Nancy and Terry were perfect hosts. Casa Ronda was a very well maintained home and cutely decorated! The pool was right outside the back patio and there was always space for all guests.The complex was gated and felt very secure and the walk to the Marina was short and pleasant. I brought my parents and was nervous because we recently had a very poor AirBnB experience but they LOVED staying here and are already talking about booking for a future date!

The hosts were excellent and very friendly ensuring our stay was also excellent. Having the pool outside your back door was extremely convenient. Short walking distance to marina and transportation. Was also within walking distance to mall and cinemas (that had shows in English). Although it wasn’t in the downtown area it is a short enough bus ride or taxi if you wish. Neighbors were all friendly. Not a disappointment.

Casa Rhonda at Isla Iguana.

Casa Rhonda was wonderful.Terry & Nancy were the perfect hosts from picking me up to taking back to the airport. The townhouse made us feel at home as soon as we walked in. Loved that it was furnished with everything we needed and each bedroom had a full bath. The pool was heated and just steps away from the patio. The complex felt like a small secure village where most everyone knew each other. Met some of the nicest people and never felt alone. I will definitely book again!

Great place to spend youre family vacation,

First time we used VRBO, and it was an excellent first. Terence and Nancy were very friendly and easy to talk to and in constant conunication for any question. Casa Ronda was the perfect home away for our 4 boys who really enjoyed the balconies and the pool, which was right in front of the back door terrace, super practical to have your kids in the pool while you have a coffe or a snack.....you have all the commodities and all the space to enjoy your stay to the fullest. Location was great, near wallmart and right in walking distance from the main avenue....no more than 10minutes from the airport. Would stay ther again.....thanks Terence and Nancy

Terry and Nancy have owned a town home for twenty two years, in Puerto Vallarta. We are both retired antique dealers from Colorado. Terry is from England, moved to Colorado and has owned several businesses. Terry now lives full time in Puerto Vallarta and is truly enjoying his life.
Nancy helped run the businesses and still does outside Antique shows in the summer in Colorado. Nancy is from Nebraska originally, lived in Colorado over forty years. I have two children and five grandchildren, so I go back and forth from PV to Colorado. I want to enjoy the children while they are little and I want them to know their grandma!!!! It works out well, we own a home in Colorado, a little bit of both worlds.

The three bedroom town home, is located on the small island by the Marina. There are Yachts that surround this gated complex. We live in this same area.

What makes this property unique

This is beautiful location on a small island, in a gated community. The swimming pool is steps away from your patio. The quaint walkways and the many yachts surround the complex. It is very relaxing, a wonderful get away place. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
The Marina is a ten minute walk through the gated complex. There you have many great restaurants, shops, massage spas, starbucks, hair and nail salons, gym and pick up you fishing or sightseeing tours. The Galleria Mall is a ten minute walk, with great shopping, large gym, movie theaters, restaurants, and a large Casino. You catch a taxi or bus to downtown which is a fifteen minute ride.
This is a very special location and you will love it!!!
