Villa Gilda Bracciano with private Pool & A/C

Thank You Mr. Gavin, I appreciate you have really enjoyed your stay. Yes, I try to do my best to let my guests relax and discover Rome and its countryside. Being helpful makes me feel good and satisfied about my job. Waiting for your coming back... Best regards, Anna.

Good morning Mr Artelius, thank you for your review. The price includes 2 large and comfortable apartments for 8 people, a private pool lid at night (10X5 mt), private garden, free air conditioning all day long, outside area, free Wi-Fi, all appliances included ( electricity, water, washing machine and dish washer), free parking area outside and your Homeaway fees (almost 400€) plus mine for the advertisement! There are beds for 8 people and it was your decision to open the sofabed. Our mattresses are all orthopedic with wooden slatted frames and iron structure. Why didn' t you call me? My colf saw the mattresses on the floor and it seemed a bit weird... I asked a blacksmith to come soon and check everything. We are in a residential area surrounded by a Natural Park (PARCO DI BRACCIANO-MARTIGNANO) and downtown is 2,4 kms far (30 minutes by walking). Best regards, Anna.

Thank you so much Mrs. Ann. I'm so excited and moved for your nice words.. If you decide to come back in the next future, I will advise to visit the northern area and 3 italian REGIONI (LAZIO/TUSCANY/ABRUZZO) for some daily trips. Greetings from Bracciano, Anna.

Thank you Mr Mark for your review. From the Lake, you have to climb to the hilltop to reach the Village through a pedestrian street (via del Riposo); that's also the Beauty of this place. Trains run every 30 mins to Rome and Viterbo; while public bus transport from Villa Gilda to the Village has 7 runs during the day, but if you prefer more comfort, you'll want to hire a car, as I suggested you, so you can visit different gorgeous places in the surrounding. City centre is 2,5 km far (1,55 mi) and Lake Bracciano is 3 km far (1,86 mi). Grateful and saluti from Bracciano, Best regards, Anna.

Thank you for your detailed review in which you have highlighted the amenities of our property. The garden lights turn on automatically since they are set in early summer and we have the twilight lights at night. On request, we can modify the time manually. I will add another set of cutlery and a sharp meat knife. Best regards, Anna.

Grateful for your reviw. Yours sincerely, Anna.

Thank you Mr. Schlomo for your review and I'm very happy to have welcomed a great family with 6 children and to know that our property fitted all our needs. Grateful, Anna.

Hi Mrs. Pernilla, thank you for your nice words . Villa Gilda is located in a green and residential area, surrounded by "Parco di Bracciano-Martignano", it's 2,5 Kms far from Bracciano center, a medieval village built with cobbled stones . Lake Bracciano is 3 kms away. We live in the hills and suggestive paths with climbs and descents are available for hikers and nature lovers. Best regards, Anna.

Grateful for your nice review and I wish your family the best!

Thanks a lot. It's been my pleasure to host 8 nice guys. Best regards, Anna.

Grazie Sig.

Thank you Mrs Pamela for your review; the apartments are 5 meters away (there is a reception in the middle) and both are facing the pool. This year we have decided to add part of the small apartment (usually kept closed during summertime) to the larger one, in order to offer a second bathroom plus a junior suite to relax. The large apartment is very spacious (115 square meters) and can accommodate up to 7 people, so even if your children did not sleep there, you had more services (2nd bathroom and a further room) for the same price. The comfort of our guests is very important to us. Best regards, Anna.

I'm so grateful for your wonderful opinion about me and on our property and it would be great if you could come back here to visit many other spots closeby. Thank you for having had such special guests like you . Yours sicerely, Anna.

Thank you Mrs Cecilia for your great words and when you want, we are here to host you anytime and let you discover so many other gorgeous spots in the surrounding. This area is rich in history, culture, traditions and local and typical events that take place in the roman countryside. Saluti da Bracciano, Anna.

Thank you so much Mr Till and it’s wonderful to know that there are customers who share my same passion: walking between paths for many hours to discover our landscape. And you all (8 people ) are well trained! Grazie mille e sinceri saluti, Anna.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR REVIEW AND I TRY TO DO MY BEST TO MAKE MY GUESTS' STAY AS ENJOYABLE AS POSSIBLE. ARRIVEDERCI, ANNA.

Thank you very much for your review and hope to see your family again at VillaGilda whenever you desire. Yours sincerely, Anna. Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung und ich hoffe sehr, Sie wieder als meine Gäste zu haben.
