Apparence trompeuse
Vue magnifique du balcon, mais appartement vieillot, literie défoncée et chambre située à 5 mètres de la route principale sur laquelle défilent jour et nuit touristes et surtout fous du volant en voiture de sport et autre engins très très bruyants !! donc impossible de dormir dans la chambre même fenêtre fermée, la chaleur tropicale sous la dalle de l'immeuble pas isolé est insupportable et le bruit passe quand même !
reste le petit salon cuisine avec le clic clac d'époque...la baie vitrée donne sur la mer c'est jolie, mais entre 8H du matin et 21H vous assistez sous votre fenêtre à un défilé permanent de jets ski et de hords bords tous plus bruyants les uns que les autres ...et la nuit à partir de 4 heure du matin la flotte d pêche de Roses s'égrene jusqu'a 8H du matin dans un vacarme de diesel qui font trembler la vaisselle de votre appartement !
Bref sauf si vous êtes sourd et habitué aux tropiques ...évitez !
