L'appartement est très bien situé, très belle vue et au calme. Propre.

la situation, proximité de la plage, la vue, le calme, l'accueil à l'agence . Changer le canapé lit du séjour car complètement HS. . Installer la climatisation, indispensable pour un appartement sous les toits début août ! . Ou à défaut, mettre à dispo des ventilateurs dans chaque pièce... Car 1 seul ventilateur de dispo alors que sur l'annonce il était écrit qu'il y en avait 2 ! . Renouvellé les verres à pieds car seulement 3 de dispo et tous les 3 fendus !

Bonjour, climatisation manquante et équipements de la cuisine très rudimentaires. Emplacement très agréable au bord de la plage, bien d'avoir une place de parking, même si trouvée occupée à l'issue d'une sortie. Dommage de ne pas mettre un livret à destination du locataire regroupant les informations telles que la localisation des superettes, poubelles et autres infos nécessaires (promenades...). La personne en charge de la location a été disponible et agréable.
