The Cliffs Resort charges a $15 parking fee per vehicle per night. We have included the charge for one vehicle in our nightly rate, so you don’t have to pay it at check-in.

From the moment you enter Cliffs 6302 and see the breathtaking ocean front view, you will feel the stress melting away. Relax on the ocean front lanai or the very private lanai off the master bedroom. Watch the migrating whales (Nov to April) and enjoy the year-round antics of roosters, Nene (Hawaiian geese), albatross, cardinals and other birds on the green belt below the condo.

This stylishly decorated 2Br/2bath condo includes updated kitchen and master bath, fresh paint, new ceiling fans, 3 flat screen TVs, Blu-Ray DVD players, combination CD player, AM & FM Band radio & Bluetooth capable, binoculars, entertainment center and luxury Tommy Bahama linens. Washer/dryer, Smart TV’s allow for the use of your streaming subscriptions (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) Free WiFi and telephone to mainland are also provided.

The full kitchen has everything you need and gas grills are steps from the condo. Go deep sea fishing or one of our fine fish markets and grill your catch for dinner. There are also 2 well-stocked supermarkets in Princeville, Kilauea and Hanalei.

Master bedroom with ensuite walk in shower has a lovely, very private, lanai surrounded by tropical trees inhabited by birds who serenade you each morning. There is a second bath in the living area and two queen beds in the upstairs loft. A new sofa bed in the living room provides another sleeping option. Very comfortable for 4-6 guests.

All the comforts of home with all of the amenities of a top notch resort: swimming pools, hot tubs, a practice putting green, tennis and volleyball courts, and playground for the small fry. The Cliffs has one of the best activities director/concierge who can assist with any need.

You never have to leave the resort (except for food!), but there are great shops and restaurants to explore in both Princeville Center, Kilauea Market Center and Hanalei. Go a little farther to Opakapaka Grill & Bar and beaches on a north beach (Kapuhi Beach) or east toward Kealie Beach & Kapa'a. We provide everything you need for a great day at nearby Hanalei Bay, Black Pot, Annini, Kalihiwai beach or many other beaches a short drive away: sun umbrella, sand chairs, boogie boards, mats, towels, coolers and other toys. Is golf your game? The beautiful Makai course is 5 minutes away.

Please note that this is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator and no A/C. Three inside ceiling fans, two outdoor fans on the lanais, floor fans, as well as trade winds, cool our hale.

The hosts had a beautiful floral arrangement and Kauai treats waiting for us. They were very thoughtful in their messages about their favorites on the island. Honestly, we have stayed at many different resorts in Kauai, but the view from the land of the ocean at The Cliffs is just breathtaking. The whales started breaching. I spent most of all my time when we were at the condo sitting there and taking in the view. They had many kitchen staples in fridge and cabinets-seasonings, sauces, salad dressing. The Cliffs pool is nicely segmented for families with young kids and adults with waterfalls and foliage so kids can play on one side while you float your worries away in peace on the other. A new plus for us on this stay at The Cliffs was food trucks! They had rotating food trucks that made eating out so easy and delicious. We truly loved our stay. Mahalo.

Our stay was amazing. When we checked in the guy at reception said we were in the best unit, to which i said, he probably says that to everyone. He was right! Top floor, out on the end with an unobstructed view and an ocean breeze that kept the place nice and cool. Unit was just as described and owners were amazing.

This was our 2nd time staying at Charlene and Roger’s unit and we always enjoy the fabulous accommodations and spectacular views from the lanai. It’s comfortable, clean and Charlene and Roger are excellent hosts who pay attention to details to ensure your stay is top notch. We feel the north shore is the best place to stay on the island in the summer time because there are the most beautiful beaches, hikes and the town of Hanalei is lovely. We will keep coming to Kauai and book with Charlene and Roger again I am sure.

The property location is great with some beautiful ocean views and a nice breeze that’s almost constant. In addition the grounds around the area give plenty of space to feel like you’re not cramped. I walked quite extensively through Princeville and passed many other properties and was always appreciative when I returned to our location because of its view, quaintness, and proximity to some amazing snorkeling just off the cliff.We used the kitchen extensively and had just about everything that we needed.

Great vacation stay

We had a great time at this condo in Princeville. The location was amazing - with great views of the ocean and lots of benches/chairs in the back to watch sunrise and sunsets. It never felt too hot with the glass doors open and fans running. We would definitely want to come back to this condo!

The true meaning of Aloha

Charlene and Roger are the ultimate hosts. Their Hale/Condo is perfection. We are return guests and will return again and again as our funds will allow us. I cannot speak more highly about the hosts. Throughout the whole booking process, arrival, check out they were amazing communicators. We have not one negative things to say about the unit or the hosts. The Harpers have become Ohana to our family!

Kauai the Garden Island

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Cliffs. The ocean view from the lanai is spectacular rain or shine!! The condo is welcoming, kitchen is well equipped for cooking in and the location is close to many great restaurants. The pool and hot tubs are lovely!!! The hosts are wonderful and communication was very helpful!!

Perfect Stay on the North Shore

The unit is exactly as described. Well maintained and very clean given the challenges that the tropics/proximity to the ocean create for keeping a clean/functioning place! The owner was fantastic and communicated quickly and frequently when needed. The property is great with tons of offerings, including a lovely set of pools and hot tubs. You won’t regret staying here!

One of our favourite spots

It was our second stay at Roger and Charlene’s hale with our family (parents and teens) and we will definitely be back a third time. The deck with its fabulous view is a great place to eat, relax and play cards. It’s central to many beaches and activities and the pool and hot tub area is lovely.

Older property in Princeville

Roger and Charlene were very attentive and helpful, so they were great. It is a great location in Princeville an the beds were comfortable. The property is definitely older an a little run down. The pool is small and when we were there the pool water was cloudy so we didn't use it. It was definitely hard not having AC, not because it was too hot at night, but because you have to leave you windows open so it stays cool and the roosters are so loud starting around 1am most nights. It was hard to get a good night sleep because of that.

We are recently retired after careers in Robotics, Computer, Microwave, Communications, Network & IT Engineering (Roger) and Finance (Charlene). I have been to Oahu (3 times), Big Island (twice), and Maui (numerous times). While they each are beautiful in their own way, I began to see why Kauai was my Roger's favorite. It's name as the Garden Isle is well deserved and the lush verdant landscape comes at a price--frequent rain showers. The weather is never boring!

One day, we were driving around and, on a whim, stopped at an open house. We met our real estate agent AnnMarie Hamilton that day and started to dream of owning our own place. Over the next 2 years she sent us many listings and we realized that our dream was affordable if we went the vacation rental route. In December 2013, we bid on our beautiful ocean view condo, Cliffs 6302. On New Year's Day 2014, our offer was accepted--we flew over 2 weeks later to inspect the property and the view was so amazing, we got chills!

As Bloody Mary in the musical South Pacific so aptly sings: 'You've got to have a dream, if you don't have a dream, how you gonna have a dream come true?' From inception to realization, our condo in Kauai is our 'dream come true'. We love sharing our dream slice of paradise with our guests.

Why they chose this property

Our property at the Cliffs has it all: View, amenities, privacy, and spacious living space. No one above us and concrete building construction which really limits noise.

The property is gorgeously landscaped. The pools and hot tubs are newly constructed and there are tennis courts, volleyball courts, a playground for the kiddies, putting green, shuffleboard and pickle ball. Gas grills, oceanfront gazebo, picnic tables, and hammock complete the idyllic picture.

What makes this property unique

Private unit away from parking lots. Close to the amenities, but tucked away from traffic.
