Our lovely Nihilani Home is situated ideally in the center of the complex, far away from the noise of Ka Haku Road and just steps to the swimming pool and barbecues. And good news, there is now wireless at the pool! This 2,200 SF, 2 story home has undergone a renovation, is beautifully decorated, and is deliciously air conditioned providing respite from those humid north shore days. Beautiful Pua Poa Beach, overlooking Hanalei Bay, is 1.2 mile walk via 1 Hotel Hanalei for a restorative morning walk and swim. Or 1.5 mile walk in the other direction, via the Westin Resort, brings you to Wyllie's Beach, at the end of the 2 mile long Anini Beach.

The moment you walk through the front door you feel at home. The living room is inviting and comfortable, the kitchen is open with stainless appliances, a spacious Island with counter seating adjacent to the formal dining table, and the bedrooms upstairs are a delightful haven for you and your family. The home is thoroughly cleaned between every stay.

There are 3 lanai's. The first floor lanai is directly off the living area, a perfect place to enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening. The sound of the breeze through the palm trees is so relaxing and a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. The other 2 lanais are private, one off the Master bedroom with a beautiful view of the pool, and the 2nd bedroom lanai has a street view and just a glimpse of the ocean.

Downstairs is the living/dining area, with plenty of room for everyone, comfortable furniture, and a 60" Flat Screen Smart TV. It is the perfect setting to relax after a long day in the sun. The dining table seats 6 with additional seating at the spacious Island in the kitchen. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with everything you would need to create a meal for you and your family. There is direct access to the single car garage and a half bath rounds out the downstairs.

Upstairs, the Master bedroom suite is very large with a king size bed, 48" flat screen Smart TV, and a relaxing window seat nook which can convert to another sleeping area. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. And of course don't forget that private lanai.

The 2nd bedroom suite consists of a queen size bed, direct access to the shared Jack & Jill bathroom and has it's own private lanai.

The third bedroom comes with a queen bed and shared access to the Jack & Jill Bathroom. All bedrooms are well appointed and comfortable, with spacious closets.

There is a fourth room upstairs, which contains a large twin/full bed with a trundle bed underneath and a 42" flat screen Smart TV.

A 2nd floor laundry room with full size washer and dryer is directly across from the den area.

This home comes complete with extra linens, towels, beach towels, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, in room safe, and of course free wireless high speed internet.

Right outside the front door you will find a beautiful pool with waterfall and 2 Jacuzzi's.

A feature unique to Nihilani that affords easy parking and access to the condo is the garage parking for 1-2 mid size or smaller: car, SUV or minivan. To pro-actively avoid surprises, garage space is limited to: 1 midsize or smaller SUV or mini van with 1 standard or smaller car. Renting either 1 standard or 2 smaller cars is suggested, to avoid tricky, guided maneuvering required to park 2 vehicles in the garage. Please note, there is no parking available outside of the garage or elsewhere in Princeville. Yes, space is at a premium on this small island in the middle of the Pacific. :) Garage is stocked with Beach Chairs and Beach Toys to enjoy during your stay.
