ONE OF FEW 2 BR FLOOR PLANS AT AQUA WHERE BOTH THE LIVING ROOM AND MASTER BEDROOM FACE THE OCEAN...IF I AM STAYING ON THE OCEAN I WANT TO KNOW IT WHEN I WAKE-UP IN THE MORNING....

WE SPECIALLY RESERVED 2 PADDED BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLA FOR YOUR USE WHILE AT AQUA RESORT ABSOLUTELY FREE!! (chairs available March 15th thru October 31st)

Our Luxury unit has upscale furnishings and all the amenities you could want. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. The living area has a 70”
Smart TV. The Gulf-front master bedroom has 55”and guest bedroom both have 32' tv, dvd player, and a king size bed. Both bedrooms have top of the line plush pillowtop mattresses for a great nights sleep. Our separate bunkroom has 2 twin beds, flat screen tv and dvd player to entertain the kids.

Aqua is Panama City's newest resort situated on 250 feet of sugar white sand and aqua blue waters. Enjoy a spectacular sunset and sunrise from your private balcony that overlook the pools and ocean. Watch the dolphin and parasailers while listening to the ocean waves come ashore. The amenities are first class, it is truly the BEST!!

As you enter the lobby you will see beautiful cascading waterfalls leading to two fabulous outdoor pools. The oceanfront pools are surrounded by palm trees and tropical lush landscaping, one pool is an indoor/outdoor pool that is heated. Enjoy a refreshing drink at Tiki Bar and internet hot spot. There is a fantastic workout room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the gulf. The parking garage is across the street with an air conditioned walk-over to take you to a bank of elevators leading to your unit.

One block from the new multi-million dollar PIER PARK, that will host many Live Theaters, Live Entertainments, shopping mall, restaurants and much more.

This beautiful condo is conveniently located close to Pier Park. One of the things we loved most was that the resort isn't overly large, so the pools and beach area never felt overcrowded. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! Be sure to check out the guest book as it had some fantastic dining recommendations from previous guests that were well worth trying.

Upon arrival the condo was spotlessly clean and cool. It was very spacious and my grandson loved the bunk room. The views from the condo were amazing. Beds very comfortable. Easy to get on and off beach. pools were awesome. Having the reserved chairs on beach saved dragging chairs down.Location was convenient to lots of activities, restaurants and Pier Park. Would definately recommend staying here and will be staying there on my next trip to PCB.

We loved everything about this condo and the area. Becky was very responsive and helpful. We had everything we needed to make our meals. The washer and dryer was nice. The beds were all very comfortable. We had beach supplies and towels. We had a great time. The beach was beautiful. The water here is a little rougher than other places we have been, but we still were able to get in the water a few days. The pier was really nice. We saw two turtles and what we all think was a shark. We had a fun birthday dinner at McGuires Irish Pub (delish), Walked to Diego’s many times ( so good and cheap). Walked around Pier Park. Played at Top Golf. Enjoyed an expensive and fancy birthday dinner at Saltwater Grill and it was fantastic. We danced at Coyote Ugly and played pool Donovan’s. These were the only places we found to be open past 10 pm. We sang karaoke at Shukums. My kids said their food was delicious. We visited Disco Pizza and it was soooo good. Most of all, we enjoyed hanging on the beach. We loved the pool and hot tub, too. The property was clean and quiet. We never heard any neighbors or loud noises. The condo was cool and felt great on super hot days. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. We can’t wait to return.

Wonderful place to stay

The property was great. The room was exactly as described!! We stayed for a baseball tournament and it is very close to Frank Brown Park and about 25 minutes to the Publix Sports Park. It is a great location. Close to Walmart for shopping and we walked to Pier Park several times.

We had a great stay. The owner was very easy to work with. This condo is clean and looks as advertised. We enjoyed all of the extras: throw blankets, beach towels, plenty of hangers, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of bath towels and beach service.

Perfect location - very nice condo

First off, you cannot beat the location of this property! It is within walking distance to Pier Park and several great restaurants. Second, the condo was exactly as described and very well stocked both in the kitchen and with beach toys and beach towels. Plus, the owner was very gracious explaining everything! We thoroughly loved this condo and will stay again next year!

This had been our first time in PCB. The condo we rented was perfect for four adults. You’re right in the middle of everything. A few bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The pools are well kept and the beach access easy to get to. I would definitely recommend property to anyone. Becky was easy to reach and the condo was in as advertised condition. Thanks!

Great condo!

We have rented many condos in our life! This was a very well stocked condo! Beds slept well! And the owner was super & communicated well at all times!! We were all very satisfied! I do recommend a noise machine or use of phone app for fan/noise in the street side bedroom. And Aqua did have issues with the elevators all week which was very frustrating for all....hopefully that is something that will get resolved.
