Quiet setting. Okay pool. One bedroom has (as advertised) no window; therefor it is very warm in summer. One working fan available (only). Communication was ok (French). Kitchen quite okay, but fridge struggles to make food cold at max setting. Bathroom needs maintenance (doors, tiles). House feels a bit damp.

On à passé un excellent séjour :-). Le logement est tel quel que décrit dans l'annonce. Très fonctionnel . Wifi ok . Nous étions un couple avec deux enfants ( 7 et 12ans) . La piscine est un vrai plus! Les enfants étaient ravis. La propriété est grande. Il y a deux chiens et 2 chats. Les enfants ont adoré jouer avec Oscar et Tessa qui venaient tous les jours dire bonjour. La propriétaire est très réactive aux messages. La vue est superbe et on est proche de tout! ( mer, restaurants, Spar, boulangerie,ballades, ..) Le logement n'est pas loin d'un aéroport mais pas du tout dérangeant. On a vraiment adoré notre séjour chez vous. On reviendra en Corse c'est sur :-).

Leider entsprechen die Bilder nicht dem tatsächlichen Zustand - ein abolutes NoGo. Der Pool und die Liegen waren leider in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Pooldusche ist nicht mehr vorhanden, zudem schwarze Ablagerungen im Pool. Bei dem Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster handelt es sich um ein muffiges und feuchtes Kellerloch. Bad ohne Fenster und Entlüftung. Störendes Klimagerät an der Terrasse, welche für die Wohnung im OG ist.

Bonjour Bruno, Désolée que vous aillez rencontré des difficultés pour rejoindre votre location. Vous avez du recevoir quelques jours avant votre départ les informations de localisation, envoyé par le site et préparées par mes soins ainsi que le point GPS. Vous avez accès également une fois votre réservation effectué aux informations de base. Il est vrai qu'il y a beaucoup de constructions sur la route peut être que cela vous a perturbé, j'en suis navrée.

Ruhige Lage aber trotzdem nicht abseits

Hat annähernd unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Alles da was man benötigt in einer FeWo. Alles recht sauber. Pool gepflegt. Liebe Hunde und Katzen. Vermieterin sehr leicht und schnell via Chat zu erreichen. Schöner Familienurlaub..

Logement au rdc d une maison occupée par le père de la propriétaire charmant discret. Au calme entre mer et montagne. Reposant . Belle vue Très Jolie piscine où il fait bon se rafraîchir après les visites . Calvi n est qu'à 10min en voiture Idéalement situé pour visiter la Balagne . Proche de l aéroport mais aucunes nuisances . nous n'avons qu'une envie . c est de revenir . Merci à Caroline et son père pour leur accueil. Sans oublier oscar A bientôt Carole Sylvie Daniel

Schöner Urlaub

Wir wurden nett empfangen. Die Übergaben waren sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Wir waren die einzigen Feriengäste und hatten den Pool so die ganze Zeit für uns allein. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß mit den Hunden und Katzen vor Ort. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut. Nahe an Calvi und die schönen Stränden sind auch gut erreichbar. Ein Auto ist aber notwendig. In ca. zwei km Entfernung gibt es eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit.Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und bedanken uns!

Location conforme mais sans plus

L’emplacement de la location est nickel. Très proche de Calvi et des plages. Une vue magnifique et une piscine agréable. Le logement est un garage aménagé en appartement et 2 pièces n’ont pas de fenêtres, une chambre et la salle de bain. C’est dommage que ce ne soit pas précisé. L’absence de climatisation est dommage car il y a peu d’ouvertures et on peut difficilement aérer. Il y a des animaux qui peuvent rentrer dans l’appartement et tout le monde peut ne pas apprécier même si les animaux présents sont très gentils. Je pense qu’il pourrait y avoir des améliorations pour que le logement soit plus agréable. Contact rapide et efficace avec la propriétaire.

saubere und gemütliche Wohnung

Wir genossen den Aufenthalt sehr. Mit Kindern ist es ideal und auch der Pool, der mit 2 anderen Wohnungen geteilt wird, ist sehr schön und genügend gross. Die Aussicht ist herrlich und mit dem Auto ist man schnell in allen Richtungen. Das WLAN funktionniert nur am Pool. In den Zimmern hat es Lüfter, hingegen keine Klimaanlage. Auf dem Areal hat es einige Tiere, diese laufen frei herum, unsere Kids hatten Spass am Hund und den 3 Katzen. Danke für die schöne Zeit, die wir bei euch hatten.

Un emplacement rêvé

Excellent séjour au r de chaussée d’une belle propriété arborée. Pas d’autres locataires en même temps que nous, ce qui a fait de nous des hôtes privilégiés avec la piscine ( superbe) rien que pour nous. Emplacement en dehors de Calvi mais proche de tout très agréable. Propriétaire des lieux prévenant et vraiment charmant. Appartement très propre et bien équipé. Merci !
