Goede ontvangst door de verhuurder . In de advertentie is er geen nota van waarborg . Wel is het buitenmeubilair versleten.de tafel en parasol is aan vervanging toe.

Parfait !

Logement atypique et tellement mignon, entouré de roses trémières et de petites maisons de pêcheurs. Idéal pour donner de l'autonomie aux enfants grâce aux deux logements. Très propre et fonctionnel, tout se fait à pied. Allez-y les yeux fermés !

Wonderful week!

We had a wonderful stay in this charming nautical house in Fouras for a week in July. The house is spacious, comfortable, stylish and has everything you could need - a home away from home! We travelled with our 4 month old baby and very much appreciated the additional care that the property managers had put into providing items for his comfort. The house could accommodate 2 couples comfortably, but was perfect for us as a pair with a child - the outhouse is a lovely bedroom with shower and utility room/toilet, and the main house has the kitchen, another bathroom, dining/living area and a second bedroom on the mezzanine. This meant that once we had put our son to bed we could cook and eat in the kitchen, or shower in the main house bathroom, without fear of disturbing him. There is also a lovely outdoor patio area with a table, chairs and parasol, which is ideal for eating outdoors. The house is a short walk from the shops, fort, car park and beach - extremely handy for everything Fouras has to offer, but is situated in a small impasse which means it is very peaceful at night. We can't recommend it highly enough!

Ein märchenhafter Aufenthalt

Die lage ist sehr zentral zum Zeitung und Baguette holen, aber trotzdem außerordentlich ruhig! Das Wohnen in einem denkmalgeschützten Bezirk ist sehr besonders. Die Räume sind sehr gut eingerichtet- es fehlt an nichts. AUsgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Fazit: ein sehr besonderer und wunderbarer Ort für Ferien! Danke !

Excellentissime

Accueillis par des propriétaires exceptionnels de gentillesse, nous avons apprécié pleinement cette magnifique propriété, pleine de charme, agréable, très pratique et au calme. Et si proche de tout ! Des plages, du centre ville piétonnier, du joli marché quotidien . Fouras est une station balnéaire qui a ravi petits et grands, dynamique sur le plan culturel et de l'animation. Une adresse à garder à coup sûr. Et un grand merci amical à nos hôtes. Loïc et Marie Pierre.

Belle surprise pour cette petite maison de pecheur

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location avec cette impasse piétonne magnifique et le gite qui nous donnent l'impression d'être au cœur de Fouras. Les propriétaires ont pris le temps de nous accueillir et sont très investis dans leur gite, ce qui le rend chaleureux et agréable à vivre. Nous sommes ravis.

Calme et plein de charme !

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce logement. Ce dernier était conforme aux photos et à la description, plein de charme. Le lieu est calme et reposant, tout en étant très proche du centre ville et de la plage. Le seul bémol fut de ne pas y être resté plus longtemps...

Au calme et près de tout: plage et commerces!

Propriétaires très accueillants pour cette charmante location décorée avec beaucoup de goût! Nous avions laissé l'annexe à nos adolescentes, ravies d'avoir leur "appartement privé"! L'endroit est très calme, car situé tout au bout d'une venelle, et pourtant à 2 pas des commerces. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié de tout faire à pied: la plage et les courses (les 2 halles sont ouvertes tous les jours dont une dédiée aux poissons-crustacés). Il est ensuite possible de faire de nombreuses balades à vélo (quel bonheur de pouvoir délaisser la voiture!) : Fouras, ses 3 plages et la pointe de la fumée, les bords de la Charente, le marais d'Yves et bien sûr l'incontournable île d'Aix! Un petit conseil : la visite du Fort Vauban au début de vos vacances vous donnera un éclairage intéressant sur Fouras et son Histoire!

REPOS A GRAIN DE SABLE

Propriétaires accueillants et très arrangeants . La location correspond en tous points au descriptif et aux photos. Décoration en adéquation au thème de l'océan.Endroit très calme et reposant mais proximité immédiate avec tous les commerces , très belle halle aux poissons et crustacés + halle aux terroirs juste à coté. Sans voiture on peut tout faire à pied ( plages et courses ). C'est le point de départ idéal pour de nombreuses visites ( la Rochelle , Rochefort , Oléron ...).Location que nous recommandons fortement.

Notre récent séjour à Fouras

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans votre maison grain de sable. Vous nous avez réservé un accueil très chaleureux et vous êtes aux petits soins pour vos locataires. C'est très agréable. Votre maison est très bien équipée et la chambre parentale a été rénovée avec goût et avec des matériaux de qualité. C'est avec plaisir que nous relouerions car la qualité de la location associée à la station balnéaire de Fouras que nous aimons tout particulièrement nous incite à y revenir. La localisation de votre location est idéale car nous avons tout pu faire à pied pendant une semaine, le marché avec ses produits frais, l'accès à la côte en 2 mn, les balades bref en une semaine nous avons vraiment pu nous ressourcer merci beaucoup et bonne saison locative estivale. Un petit coin de paradis

Eh oui , encore nous , c'est la deuxième année que nous revenons à Fouras et nous avons eu le plaisir de découvrir une partie du logement rénové avec énormément de goût. L'accueil de Mr et Mme Duverger fut exceptionnel tant par leur gentillesse que par leur disponibilité d'ailleurs nous avions l'impression de retrouver notre résidence secondaire tellement l'endroit nous parait familié et accueillant.Le voisinage est charmant.Seul bémol,nous y sommes restés que 2 semaines.Nous attendons avec beaucoup d'impatience les vacances prochaines pour pouvoir y revenir .Encore un tout grand merci et à l'année prochaine.Mr et Mme Durand et leurs enfants

"Wir waren mit der Unterkunft vollstens zufrieden. Bei der Ferienunterkunft handelt es sich um ein idyllisches und ruhig gelegenes Fischerhaus. Die originelle Raumausstattung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Raumaufteilung der Wohnung war für uns etwas Besonderes. Eines der Schlafzimmer der Unterkunft war über einen Gartenweg gut zu Fuß erreichbar."

"Cette cabane du pêcheur est parfaite pour un séjour avec un enfant. Idéal pour se reposer, lieu trés calme, les voisins sont charmants. cette maison est bien équipée.Les propriétaires sont trés accueillants et à l'écoute de ses locataires ."
