Leuk huis! Ideaal voor vriendengroep met kinderen +3 jaar. Airco in bijna alle slaapkamers. Eerder kleine keuken (niet evident om voor grote groep te koken), maar heel wat eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Daar hebben wij dan ook van geprofiteerd. Leuke terrassen met prachtig uitzicht! Aanrader!

Villa très agréable et très bien située

Très agréable villa idéalement située à quelques minutes à pied des criques et des plages. Les 2 villas et le studio indépendant permettent à chacun de trouver sa place. Ensuite, tout le monde pourra se retrouver sur l’une des terrasses ou autour de la grande piscine et profiter du calme et de la vue splendide. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sauront vous guider au mieux pour profiter au maximum de votre séjour.

Misleading, dirty, expensive, and challenging - but great view!

After paying for what we expected would be the full use of 8 rooms, we were told that because we were “only” 9 people, only 5 bedrooms would be opened to us. The ad clearly stated that our fee would open up the entire property. In the end, the host conceded that the ad was misleading and opened both houses (but to our surprise, not every bed). We paid a fee for linens that were insufficient and dirty. The beds we could use were pre-determined for us by the host. One set of sheets had hair all over & another set had urine, which caused the whole room to smell. The mattress protectors and top blankets were dirty with stains. The main living room smelled of urine. We paid a fee to use the AC with a limited amount of electricity. We were told to keep windows closed at night due to break-ins, which left us sleeping in hot rooms (not every room has an AC unit). The fear of incurring additional fees was not the “vacation” experience we hoped for. We paid a cleaning fee for a house that wasn’t clean. There were ants in the kitchen and a few bedrooms. Food was left in the pantry. There was old water in the tea kettle, trash that had not been removed, old food in the freezer. The bathrooms all had bars of used soap. We had to wash every dish before we used it. The egg cups still had egg on them, old, crusty food on glasses, plates, silverware. We received used, smelly sponges to use with dishes & had to purchase new ones. Several light bulbs were out. The pool light was broken. In a time of a deadly virus (Covid-19), to know we were in a completely unsanitary house was disturbing. We were also surprised in the days leading up for a request of a lot of $ to be transferred to their bank account as a deposit. We left a US check, which was returned to us upon departure. The Internet was HORRIBLE. If I had a call, none of the other 8 people could the internet at all, and even then it was bad. The smaller house had NO wifi at all. Finally, while there ARE 8 bedrooms, the set up is a bit strange. Three of the rooms are conjoined, with one room being between the other two. No privacy. We have pictures of proof of everything should we be allowed to share them. So while the view is incredible, the location perfect, and the space sufficient… the other elements of our experience were so challenging, we can’t in good conscious recommend the house without making you aware. We regularly stay in vacation homes & this was by far the most challenging.

Je vous remercie pour votre retour. Je vois que vous avez apprécié le site comme 90% de nos vacanciers qui nous ont évalué à 5/5. Nous avons échangé de nombreux mails avant que vous effectuiez la réservation et tout ce que vous dites vous le saviez auparavant. Je vous ai accordé une remise commerciale pour la totalité de la propriété. J'ai fait revenir ma femme de ménage pour vous satisfaire bien que la maison ait été faite à fond. Elle n'a pas compris car tout était parfaitement propre y compris les draps. Elle vous en a quand même donné d'autres. Quant aux mauvaises odeurs elles devaient être liées à un dérèglement de l'odorat car ma femme de ménage n'a rien senti. Pour ce qui est de la caution nous l'exigeons à tous nos vacanciers c'est stipulé sur le site et dans le contrat de location.

Apres avoir trouve les maisons, ce qui n'etait pas facile parce que les numeros sur les portails ne correspondaient pas a l'adresse qu'on nous a donne, nous avons fait un sejour agreable. La piscine etait super, la quantite de chambres et de salles de bains en suite etait ideal. La cuisine etait assez petite pour notre groupe de 15,mais tout le necessaire etait la. Nous aurions apprecie quelques info concernant les epiceries et restaurants locales, le recyclage des dechets etc, aussi quelques parasols autour de la piscine . Mais nous nous sommes debrouilles et avons fait des vacances tres agreables

Nous ne mettons plus de parasol autour de la piscine car il y a des arbres qui apportent de l'ombre et lorsqu'il y a du Mistral les parasols s'envolent et c'est dangereux.

dream holidays...

We enjoyed a wonderful week in this location, each member of our group of 9 adults and 6 children (aged 0-4) had a blast in the pool and surrounding. This location (seperated in 2 houses on one ground each fully equipped) is ideal for large groups or families, the vicinity of several beaches and possible visits to cities nearby (St.Tropez boat trip, St. Raphael, Ste Maxine, etc.) make this location stand out. We'd love to come back - and we will :-)

"English: Great value for the money, we were in 14 and everybody was happy with the villa. Nice balconies where you can eat you dinner and two internal dining rooms, excellent pool, ping pong etc.. as in the announcement...nice surrounding. Italiano: Ottimo rapporto di qualità e prezzo. Eravamo in 14 e tutti erano contenti. 8 stanze da letto, 2 sale e tanto spazio a disposizione. I bagni non erano all'ultimo grido, ma erano tanti e comodi.. la piscina è bellissima. Il posto è molto bello, visibile anche con google street view.."

"DEUTSCH Sehr sehr schönes, grosses und gut möbliertes Haus mit grossem Pool. Sehr sauber, augestattet mit genügend Küchenmaterial und Küchengeräte. WC&Dusche für alle. Geeignet für Familien aber auch jüngere Gesellschaften.(: Plus: kleiner Laden ganz in der Nähe mit frischen Croissants, Baguettes und Schoggigipfeli jeden Tag (und allem was man sonst noch braucht.) Sehr schöne Gegend mit schönem Strand, grossem Einkaufzentrum aber auch kleinen Toursitenlädeli. FRANCAIS Tres tres belle villa de vacance. Meublé tres joliment et avec assez des douches pour tout le monde.(: Le pool est tres rafraichissant et dans la cuisine il y a tous qu''il faut pour preparer un bon diner. Tres sympa et super pour des vacances de famille mais aussi pour des vacances des groupes (jeunes). Plus: Un petit magasin tres proche avec des patisseries et pains fraiches/frais (et tous qu''il vous faut d''autre.) Le lieu est tres jolie avec des magasin toursitique et la mer tres proche.(: ENGLISH Very nice mansion with pool! The kitchen is very well equipped and there are enough showers and toilets for everyone. Very good to stay there with family&kids but also for a groop of younger people.(: Plus: Small shop around the corner with fresh bread and pastry every day (and anything else you need.) Nice environment with beach, shopping mall and little tourism town."

"Nous avons été enchantés...

"Nous avons été enchantés par la maison, le cadre, la vue...Nous étions 19 dont 17 adultes et tout le monde a eu une vraie chambre et une bonne literie. Les SBD et WC sont en nombre importants aussi personne ne se gêne. Nos 6 voitures ont pu être garées à l'intérieur de la propriété. Les 2 cuisines sont très bien équipées...bref nous recommandons cette maison à tous ceux qui veulent profiter de la Côte d'Azur et de son soleil."
