This Luxury villa France with pool is situated in the beautiful surroundings of St Laurent de La Cabrerisse , set in the foothills of the Corbieres mountains and close to the Mediterranean coast.

The Space
The house is a 4 bedroomed 3 bathroomed house on a beautiful resort. There is a large family sized lounge with every facility and a very modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle etc. It has a nice enclosed pretty garden with a private pool.
There are tennis courts, and a playground a skateboard rink near by which can be enjoyed during high season. The house is within walking distance of the local village where there are restaurants, a pharmacy, a shop and a bar. The villa is in the middle of a vineyard which you can walk through, There are many beautiful walks in the area including a river walks , hill walks and many beautiful walks through the surrounding hills. There are beautiful beaches 25 mins away. There are many adventure sports in the area, kayaking, canoeing to name a few.


Superbly situated on a 20-acre riverside site, The Villa is near magnificent vineyards and a spa estate in the heart of the Corbières region of the Languedoc. With its pedestrianised streets, squares and fountains, Beside the picturesque village of St Laurent de Cabrerisse.

A new dining experience has just opened in the village, name of restaurant is Bonbonne, it is a short walk from house. There is an ice cream bar which is a cool place for younger people to hang out, enjoy the WIFI, outside seating, listen to music and talk all day. The menu features items of reasonable cost and appeals to both young and old. Our meet and greet lady will help you with loads of recommendations for walking, entertainment, trips, restaurants, medical emergencies etc.

Great place to stay

We were staying in the house with 4 adults and 3 children. We had a great time in this house. The pool is nice and we liked the sofa outside and the dinner space. The house is well equiped. The airconditioning is a bit noisy so we had to put it on some time before going to bed.

Lovely Spot

Nice comfortable house, lots of showers and toilets, great kitchen. Pool nice, perhaps couple more sun lounger’s would have been good. Town is small and quiet with a few nice restaurants. The Spar is well stocked and has excellent meat counter. Swimming spot is great in the river. Sean was communicative and responsive, thanks for a great stay.

Lovely villa, quiet location

This is a lovely, well furnished and stocked property and a quiet, idyllic and scenic setting. The private pool was well used during our stay (while the main pool was closed, that did not detract from our stay). The upstairs rooms really benefitted from the air conditioning and the downstairs was a comfortable and spacious place to lounge, both outside and in. The owner was very responsive when contacted prior to the stay and had provided very helpful suggestions for restaurants and day trips in the surrounding areas. The site managers were also very friendly and managed the check in and check out process well. This villa is clearly a well loved/maintained home for its owners and for its guests, we felt very welcomed.

Wonderful house in a beautiful part of the world

The property is on the outside of a classy secure holiday village development overlooking open fields and mountains. It is very well-appointed and comfortable, with plenty of space for a large family to relax. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the air conditioning in the bedrooms works very well. Although there is no A/C downstairs, leaving windows and doors open brings a cooling breeze through, and the insect screens on all doors and windows work remarkably effectively - we didn't get a fly or mosquito into the house the whole week. It is easy to walk into the village where there are several excellent restaurants. Highly recommended.

Nice confort house

This 4 bedroom house is really confortable with a nice terrasse next to a charming swimming pool. Really well equiped in the kitchen, AC in the bedrooms, high quality matresses and stuff. We have spent 1 week with 6 persons and 2 babies and we made great memories there. I obviously recommand. Sean and Riana are very available and really nice persons.

Great stay in a beautiful villa

Very friendly welcome, the villa is nicely decorated and functional. The pool and outdoor accomodation was good as well. The only slight problem is the low water pressure of the shower. We had a wonderful week !

Perfect family holiday

From the initial booking of our holiday, right through to our meet & great with Riana, the holiday itself and checkout, we cannot fault anything. The information provided before and during our stay was exceptional. Riana, the property manager is a very kind and welcoming lady who went above and beyond for us - even helping us with a doctors appointment for our son during our stay. It was such a relief to have Riana and her husband, Benji on hand to answer any queries and give us helpful information during our stay. The villa was beautiful and the boys loved the pool. We had a wonderful family holiday. Would highly recommend.

Une superbe base pour découvrir la région.

Belle maison spacieuse et très bien équipée. Le lotissement est calme avec peu d'occupants = accès piscine et spa très facile. Dommage, le restaurant n'est pas ouvert, il y en a deux bons dans le village, plus des pizzas au bar du village aussi... Nous avons pu facilement rayonner de Carcassonne à Collioure, avec la piscine en récompense le soir. Un grand merci à Riana pour l'accueil très sympa !

Wonderful villa

We were a family of 5 including 3 teenagers. The villa was beautiful and well equipped. The local bakery was excellent and spar was well stocked. The local restaurant Carrigan was very nice and the owners were very friendly. Great opportunities for teenagers to practice their French. Lovely countryside. We enjoyed swimming in the local river. We didn't get to try the restaurant at the resort as it was closed for most of the week. The pool was lovely and snacks and drinks were available. Overall a wonderful holiday.

It's in a beautiful area. It's beside a village which has every amenity you could need. It is a thriving village in the middle of hundreds of vineyards. The surrounding areas are full of history and many Chateaus and Monasteries . La Grasse is nearby with its famous Monastery and many restaurants.. It has the Mediiterranean on its doorstep, beautiful villages with many attractions . There is lavender everywhere, loads of wildlife and beautiful scenery

What makes this property unique

The views are wonderful. The air is clean and fresh. Many restaurants within a short distance. A three Michellan star restaurant is 7 km drive in Fontjeancousse. The villa is pretty with every amenitie you would need to have a perfect holiday.
