The house of over 250m2 includes 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 shower room, a large kitchen, a dining room and a double living room. Everyone will find a quiet place and everything is arranged to accommodate 12 to 14 people without promiscuity.
On the other side of the house, you have a large secure swimming pool (6 x 11) and a large relaxation area to enjoy the tranquility of the place around a barbecue or lying in the garden.
In addition, a double garage is available for your vehicles. On foot in the village, all shops (supermarket, bakery, press, hairdresser, bank, pharmacy, restaurants, post office ...); in the surroundings, large choice of tourist discoveries (abbey of Fontfroide, city of Carcassonne, African reserve of Sigean ...) and with 30 min of car, the beach (Port New, Gruissan, ...)
