About this property

This LOFT (up to 4 people) is located above our company oil mill with panoramic views on our wineyards. It's a bright,large 50 sm, living and sleeping areas gathered. From the large half-moon window you can admire the landscape of the valley below which turns into a sea of ights after sunset. Completely independent, it has an external deck with umbrella, table, chairs. Barbecue is available for free on request and you can bring your pet (after confirmation).
The apartment has an equipped kitchen with microwave, hob, dishwasher and fridge and washing machine. In the bathroom has bidet and shower. We provide LCD TV with HDMI and satellite channels, free wifi and air conditioning (for a fee).
Our farmhouse is located on the Montecarlo, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. We are close to Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Siena.
Inside our farmhouse you can:

Traumhafte Lage, schönes Haus und tolle Produkte

Tolles Haus in schöner Lage zum Erkunden von Lucca, Florenz, Pisa etc. auch ein Fußmarsch nach Montecarlo rauf ist absolut empfehlenswert. Der Service war toll, einfach Abwicklung über WhatsApp. Alles perfekt.

Perfect!

Really lovely, peaceful stay surrounded by nature. Property had everything we needed, and Simone, Erika and Arianna were really helpful. Although not completely rural setting it is beneficial to able to walk to Montecarlo and easy drive to Lucca and other beautiful hilltop villages.

schönes ruhiges Grundstück, zentral gelegen

Sehr schönes Grundstück ,Blick ins Tal, alles sehr sauber und sehr zentral gelegen. In 10 min. ist man am Bahnhof und mit dem Zug in einer Stunde in Florenz. Nach Pisa und Luca geht es noch schneller. Nach Montecarlo kann man sogar laufen.Sehr schön als Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen. Auch ohne Ausflüge kann man wunderbar entspannen am Pool zwischen Olivenbäumen. In unserem Ferienhäuschen war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr ruhige Lage, sehr sauber, sehr gut zum relaxen und idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte, rustikale Unterkunft. Besitzer sehr zuvorkommend und um jede Kleinigkeit bemüht. Zugehörige Osteria ein paar hundert Meter entfernt ist ebenfalls top - viele sagten uns es ist das beste Lokal im Umkreis. Wein, Olivenöl und Grappa aus eigener Produktion muss man einfach probieren. Montecarlo selbst, noch ein kleines Stück den Hügel hinauf, ist ein sehr hübsches kleines Städtchen. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für die Selbstversorgung entweder in kleinen Läden in Montecarlo oder in 5 Min. mit dem Auto in Supermärkten. Ideal für Ausflüge nach Lucca, Pisa, Florenz und an schöne öffentliche Strände (alles innerhalb 25 - 45 Min. erreichbar).

Beautiful and quiet accommodation in the heart of Tuscany

This accommodation perfectly suited us. A nice garden directly in front of our house to hangout and barbecue, a proper and clean pool to cool down once in a while, a beautiful landscape with wine and olive trees and a stunning view on the valley. The service was friendly and easy. It is a 10min walk to the centre of Montecarlo with a couple of good restaurants, but besides this I recommend going there with a car. I can totally recommend this place. HGB
