Three generations

This home was very clean, and perfect for us. We were 9 people, seniors to little ones. The location was great, the host and his mother were very easy to work with. I would definitely stay there again

Hemos pasado la semana santa en el alojamiento de Luis, somos dos familias, en total 8 adultos, la casa es preciosa, igual que las fotos, es muy grande y cómoda, tiene de todo lo necesario y más, y Luis y sus padres han estado super atentos a cualquier cosa que pudiéramos necesitar, aunque no ha hecho falta nada, porque había de todo. La zona y la ubicación perfecta y super tranquila. Nos gustaría mucho volver. Gracias.

Great location, great space

Location, location, location as they say. House is great for large group /family vacation. 5 big bedrooms! Multiple showers! But the greatest thing is location- a bit away from the main road but about 5 minutes walk from a great stretch of the beach. You can also walk to restaurants and groceries store (15-25 minutes). Tx Luis!

Fantastic family vacation!

My family rented this beautiful house for 6 days in July. There were six adults, a baby, and a toddler. There was lots of room for everyone and a beautiful porch overlooking the lagoon. The spacious backyard was perfect for our dinners. The house was clean and well equipped. Luis was a friendly, helpful host. We hope to return again.

Maison très spacieuse et très bien équipée. Bien située à 5 minutes pieds de la plage côté océan et vue directe sur le lagon. Propriétaire très avenant et toujours dispo. Petit electromenager un peu ancien (cafetière très petite pour le nombre de vacanciers potentiel)

A perfect holiday home! - Ein perfektes Ferienhaus!

We were 6 pax and enjoyed our stay in this spacious house very much. Special highlights are the outdoor areas: the verandah with a great view on Aveiro lagoon (Ria de Aveiro) on one side, the garden with a brick-built grill, dining area and a cosy lounge on the other side. The kitchen is well equipped (as well as the rest of the house). Contacts to the owner were very pleasant and easy-going. The lagoon can be reached within 1 minute, to get to the wilder Atlantic coast it takes a 7 minute walk across the dune. Highly recommended! Wir (6 Pers.) haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem geräumigen Haus sehr genossen. Ganz speziell gefallen haben uns die Aussenbereiche: der Balkon mit einem tollen Blick auf die Meeresbucht auf der einen Seite, der Garten mit einem gemauerten Grill, Ess- und Loungebereich auf der anderen Seite des Hauses. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet (wie auch der Rest des Hauses). Die Kontakte zum Besitzer waren angenehm und entspannt. Die Meeresbucht erreicht man zu Fuss innert 1 Minute, zur wilderen Atlantikküste ist es ein 7 Minuten-Spazierung über die Dünen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Ideal house for large group

We (10 of us) stayed here the end of June as we were attending a wedding. Accommodation was great for our large group, plenty of space inside and outside. Plenty of kitchen equipment although we didn’t cook meals,just breakfast and snacks. The basement area was huge and if we had stayed longer would have made more use of this. The front porch was great for sitting out looking at the lagoon. Luis the owner was very helpful and responded to any enquiries promptly.

Explendida y muy gratificante

Con toda la familia hemos pasado unos días inolvidables en el Pajar de Biarritz y hemos podido disfrutar de una estancia tranquila en una vivienda muy bien preparada, amplia, espaciosa, bien distribuida, con amplias habitaciones y muy bien situada frente a la Ria de Aveiro. Excelente el trato de Luis el propietario y de Isabel, asi como todas las recomendaciones y direcciones que nos facilitó. Gracias a él pudimos degustar buenos pescados, mariscos y carnes en el Restaurante Marisqueria Dunas do Medo, muy cerca de la casa, donde de una suculenta paella para dos pueden compartirla tres comensales. A traves de las Dunas llegas a una playa prácticamente virgen, ventosa y de aguas muy frías donde se practica el Surf. Situada cerca de Oporto, Coimbra y otros pueblos pequeños encantadores, como la propia Costa Nova, de pintorescas casas y magníficos restaurantes donde degustar buenos mariscos y buenos vinos. Recomendada para todos los amantes de la tranquilidad. Gracias Luis, si puedes afronta el mantenimiento del jardin y con ello la perfección está asegurada.

Beautiful house on the beach

We spent one week in this beautiful house with all my family (9 adults and 4 kids). The house is very well located near the beach (3 min walking) and very well equiped. We really enjoyed it and would love to go back! We definitely would recommend it for family reunion (it's kids friendly!)

Hemos pasado una semana en el mes de agosto y solo podemos decir que la ubicacion es excelente, cerca de la playa y la zona tranquila para descansar. Se puede ir andando hasta Costa Nova o Barra. La casa amplia y bien equipada y el propietario muy atento. Muy recomendable sin duda.

Magnífica estancia

Hemos estado alojados en la casa desde el 26 al 31 de mayo, y ha sido una magnífica experiencia. La casa es muy grande, bien decorada y limpia. Hay un salón en la planta baja ideal para los niños, con muchos juegos, y en la parte de atrás de la casa hay también un patio para que jueguen. Tiene unas bonitas vistas a la ría y está al lado de una fantástica playa de dunas naturales. A un minuto en coche se encuentran las típicas casitas pintadas de colores. Está a unos 10 kilómetros del centro de Aveiro, donde puedes disfrutar de un paseo por sus canales. Está muy bien situada si además quieres hacer turismo y conocer Oporto y Coímbra. El dueño es muy agradable y te presta ayuda en todo lo que necesites. . Muchas gracias Luis por todo.
