In the shared garden you will find 6 showers with hot water that you can use when you return from the beach and 4 toilets. Garden of 3,500 m2 shared with twelve families where tables and chairs are found as well as a wall of tennis and a ping-pong that can be used free of charge, you will find rackets and balls in the house, a small forest with hammocks, basketball baskets and a sack of boxing. If you need a baby cot, high chair or baby bath you can order them in advance and you will have them for free. You can park 2 cars in the property. There is a parking lot 20 meters from the house owned by the municipality of Palamós. This parking is free throughout the year with the exception of the months of June, July, August and September in which you must pay.
