IN THE SHARED GARDEN THERE ARE 6 OUTDOOR SHOWERS WITH HOT WATER AND 4 TOILETS AND 1 COMPLETE BATHROOM IN THE APARTMENT.
Family apartment full of history and charm of 150 m2 with sea views from the living room, dining room and terrace, 11 meters from the fine sandy beach of La Fosca. Living room with two sofa beds 140x190, television, DVD, dining room for 6 people and terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining, sun loungers. The apartment has four bedrooms, 3 doubles and 1 single, a bathroom, kitchen and covered patio with barbecue, a second fridge and views of the shared garden. In the shared garden you will find 6 showers with hot water that you can use when you return from the beach and 4 toilets. Garden of 3,500 m2 shared with twelve houses where tables, chairs, sun loungers, a wall of tennis and a ping-pong table can be used for free, you will find rackets and balls in the house, a small forest with hammocks, basketball baskets and a sack of boxing. If you need a baby cot, high chair or baby bath you can order them in advance and you will have them for free. You can park 2 cars in the property. There is a parking lot 20 meters from the house owned by the municipality of Palamós. This parking is free throughout the year with the exception of the months of June, July, August and September in which you must pay. The apartment is delivered clean and without sheets or towels that you can bring them or rent them: prices: double sheets set: 15 euros, single sheets set: 8 euros, towels set: a medium and a large: 4 euros. You can do the final cleaning or request it with an additional cost of 75 euros.
In the apartment you have 1 split inverter air conditioning with hot and cold air, 3 portable gas heaters and 4 fans that you can use freely.

Our stay was wonderfull. We have been there for 2 weeks in August with 11 persons and had such a good time. Camilla and her stuff is so friendly. If there was a problem, for example the coffee machine did not work, we got a new one only a few minutes later. The showers and toilets outside in the garden are very clean. The view is very a nice and we enjoyed every minute. We will come back again.

Sur la plage de la Fosca durant les championnats d'Optimist de Palamos

Un appartement idéalement situé, dans un cadre plus qu’agréable, au bord de la belle plage de la Fosca, à 15 minutes de la grande plage de Palamos où se déroulait ce championnat, au milieu d’un beau parc accueillant 5 ou 6 appartements. L’appartement allie le charme de l’ancien avec un entretien parfait. Le chauffage fonctionne très bien. Les douches extérieures sont très pratiques au retour de la plage ou de la régate. L’accueil de Camila a été réellement très sympathique, simple et efficace. La région est belle et la plage de la Fosca en est sûrement le centre et point de départ idéal pour de belles randonnées le long de la côte ou des visites vers les villages anciens de l’arrière pays. C’est vraiment une adresse à recommander très chaleureusement. Merci encore pour ce très beau séjour.

Formidable je persiste et je signe

Les années passent et se ressemblent dans ce petit paradis catalan qui est la fosca chez Camilla. Une fois de plus on a été gâté par la gentillesse de camilla qui nous accueille comme tous les ans, la location est parfaite avec la plage a proximité 20 mètres, super pour les enfants. Je mettrai un 9,5/10, pour le 10/10 il faudrait juste une piscine après la plage ce serait top. Mais bon ce lieu restera comme chaque année un petit paradis pour nous. Encore merci et à bientôt.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Camilla nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et elle a fait tout son possible pour rendre le séjour agréable. Un accueil très agréable, une location correspondant à nos attentes : proche de la mer et vue sur mer. Un fonctionnement en propriété commune qui permet aux enfants de jouer dehors en toute sécurité et de rencontrer des copains / copines. Le plus : les douches et WC extérieures qui permettent de se rincer en rentrant de la plage. Je le conseille !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce spacieux appartement. Il est très bien placé, les pieds dans l'eau. La décoration est très soignée. Rien à dire sur la propreté. Très bon accueil. Super location !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine fin octobre. L'appartement est très bien situé (La Fosca) avec une superbe vue sur la mer. La plage est très belle.L'appartement a été rénové récemment. il est très propre et très bien équipé. Camila a préparé un classeur avec plein d'idées de ballades et de visites à faire. We had a really lovely summer week in the apartment. The host Camila was incredibly hospitable and gave us many great tips about the area. The apartment looks like the pictures and is very close to the beach. Our family would like to go there again.

Perfect location with very friendly hosts

This apartment is large and spacious with a large patio area which does have shade. Everything you could need for a perfect stay and views to die for. Meet and greet by the owner was slick and Camila even helped us with our luggage. Little things like dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and even toilet rolls were there for us on arrival. This was our second stay having been in the apartment on the other side of the building, (we preferred this side for the shade). Parking can be an issue but generally you can park on the streets nearby or in the towns car park which is the closest and only costs €3 a day, (streets are free). I would highly recommend anyone who wants to be close to the beach to book this apartment, the beach is blue flag and is quite shallow for most of the bay. Thank you for a lovely break Camila.

Awesome location!

Stayed 4 days in May 2017 and we loved it. Lots of room for a family of 6. House is just like the pictures. Incredible views right from front windows overlooking the bay. House is only a few feet from the beach. Beach was great with clean sand and blue-green clear water. Great for swimming and shell collecting. Nice walks both directions for miles with scenic views and places to sit and enjoy the view. Palamos only a few minutes walk away. Several good bars and restaurants right on the beach. House is comfortable and breeze flows through nicely. Only improvements we'd recommend is a better shower curtain set up so water doesn't get all over the bathroom floor, and maybe an upgraded stove. Minor details that did not affect our overall positive experience. Camila and John were very welcoming and helpful. We'd love to come back again.

Great location for a family

We had 6 adults and 1 toddler (2 years old) and this place could not have been more perfect. The facilities are very child friendly, my daughter loved playing in the forest with all the kids toys and could not get enough of the beach and ocean. We went in mid May and the town was very quite. The beach is better than the local beach in Palamos, more sheltered and softer sand as well as very few crowds (in May). Camilla was great at answering questions and providing local hiking trails and restaurant recommendations. I could not have been happier with our choice to stay here.

Calma y belleza

Vacaciones en este lugar son fantásticas por varias razones: la vista sobre la playa desde los apartamentos del 1r piso que da al mar. Luego el lugar la propiedad es muy limpia y muy bien entretenida. La calma a pesar del hecho de que todos los alquileres sean tomados. Los apartamentos son muy bien equipados y muy agradables de vivir a varios en familia con todas las generaciones. En resumen de vacaciones inolvidables. Esto hace 2 veces que venimos y esperamos volver allá. No puedo olvidar a Camila que es verdaderamente muy agradable gracias a su acogida verdaderamente somos en de excelentes condiciones. Muchas gracias.
