Nice Apartment with view

Nice apartment with a great terrace and view. Comfortable and clean. It is an apartment used by the owners so you will find lots of their things. The terrace could be a bit cleaner. Stephen was very helpful by telephone.Beach is about 17 minutes away

"The word 'jewel' when describing holiday resorts is often overemployed, not here!!!!" Having travelled extensively, both for business & pleasure we've seen some sights, however, having arrived at night nothing could have prepared us for the view from the balcony in the morning, Mount Etna in the distance, snowcapped and gleaming in the morning sun. The little local train running along the single track at the foot of the hill directly below us hugging the shoreline away to the fabulously pretty town of Tropea. The evening brought one of the most amazing sunsets ( over Stromboli ) then it happened again each night! Friendly natives??? The locals are some of the most pleasant individuals it has been my good fortune to meet....anywhere. Our only regret was the trip only lasted 10 days. Can't wait to return for round two. When you do decide to go, please enjoy one of the most splendid places, the climate, scenery, enviroment. Truly a jewel. Ps 80 degrees farenheight in spring. Terence Iland

L'appartement présente beaucoup d'avantages : espace, traversant, confortable ; avec surtout la vue extraordinaire sur toute la baie et la possibilité d'en profiter depuis le balcon, y compris pour prendre ses repas dehors.Le revers de cette situation est sa localisation, un peu loin de tout. NB : équipements : couverts etc. à recompléter

Joppolo che sorpresa

La posizione è tattica per raggiungere Tropea, Capo Vaticano, Zambrone, Pizzo. Tutte queste località raggiungibili in 15/20 minuti di auto. L'appartamento è circondato da una terrazza da dove si vede al tramonto l'Etna e le isole Eolie. Il parcheggio è comodo e l'appartamento è grande e luminoso. Forse si potrebbe migliorare il segnale tv e WiFi perché non sempre prendeva. Padroni di casa sempre disponibili tramite mail essendo loro fuori Italia. Grazie di cuore a Stefano il vicino di casa che si è reso disponibile per tutto ciò di cui potevamo aver bisogno. Stra consiglio questo appartamento!

Herrlicher Panoramablick über das Meer

Eine schöne, helle, großzügig angelegte Wohnung mit vielen Balkonen und herrlicher Aussicht! Zu Fuß ist der Weg zum Strand doch weit (ca.30Minuten), die Straße zum Bahnhof wegen der rasenden Autos nicht ungefährlich. Der familiäre Lebensmittelhändler und die Bar mit Croissants und Eis und Bahntickets sind sehr freundlich und gut. Vermisst haben wir in der Küche große Töpfe bzw. Pfannen und Geschirr aus Porzellan statt Kunststoff. Stefano hat uns sehr freundlich und unkompliziert betreut! Kleinere Mängel wie die abgebrochene Halterung für die Dusche, kaputte Glühbirnen, klemmende Halterungen der Fensterläden oder das bedrohlich lockere Brett des Dunstabzuges sowie das Wasser, das der Kühlschrank verliert, hätten wir gerne gemeldet, damit sie behoben werden können. Insgesamt eine sehr positive, erfreuliche Woche!

Superb family apartment

We arrived on a mini adventure not knowing what to expect with 4 children aged between 7-14. The apartment was spacious and very clean with adequate sleeping arrangements. The view from the balcony overlooks the olive groves and the coastline which was a 10 minute walk away. We hired a car and explored the beaches and restaurants which were fantastic. Our 3 week experience could not be faulted and we are returning next year. Highly recommended.
