Very nice and large, modern apartment Penthouse feet in the water.

The 2 terraces are privileged places: a terrace with access from the kitchen with a table for 10 people. , breakfast in the open air or dinner with sunset in the background. And the other access to the bedroom with sun loungers and parasol.
Two large bedrooms the main with 1 double bed and the other with 2 large beds. All rooms are equipped with electric shutters. Cable, channel plus, satellite channel (500 German channels, English etc .... wifi quick connection, ipodspeakers, books, games for children etc .....

Fantastic location with a great property to match!

Concarneau is a great holiday location anyway, through in a fantastically positioned penthouse apartment with outstanding views and privacy and you know your holiday will be enjoyable. The apartment has pretty much everything you need feel at home and to relax. Wonderfully quiet at night. The two patios, sliding doors and electric shutters allow you to benefit from a lovely cooling sea breeze when the temperatures rise. Pascal was easy and straightforward to deal with and incredibly helpful particularly on my day of arrival, allowing me early access. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this holiday destination and accommodation.

Les points positifs : l’emplacement à deux minutes de la plage et 15 minutes à pieds du centre, la vue est incroyable et les équipements de l’appartement : lave vaisselle, lave linge et sèche linge sont très pratiques, les espaces sont grands, la literie est correcte, place de garage appréciée. Les points négatifs : l’immeuble est très vieillissant (nombreuses fissures) et « craque » très fort, difficile de s’endormir sereinement, la propreté est à revoir.

Mooi groot appartement

We hadden een heel leuk verblijf in dit zeer ruime appartement. De parkeerbox is prima , alleen zit vlak bij de garagedeur een kolom die behoorlijk in de weg staat. Wij hebben de auto buiten gezet. Twee balkons 4x4 meter, alles is verder ook aanwezig. Top appartement

Schöne geräumige Wohnung mit bestem Ausblick

Das Appartement ist genau so schön wie auf den Bildern - oder noch etwas schöner. Geräumig, top ausgestattet und hat eine grandiose Aussicht. Aich Pascal, der Vermieter, ist nett und zuvorkommend. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen. Aus unserer aller Sicht sehr zufrieden. Weiterempfohlen!

Flop mit herrlicher Aussicht

Diese herrlich gelegene Wohnung ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt vernachlässigt. Kaffeemaschine verdreckt und rostig, Dunstabzugshaube fettstrotzend und in Selbstauflösung begriffen, eine im Herd integrierte Friteuse in indiskutablem Zustand. Die Abflüße im Bad verstopft mit Haarkonglomeraten. Schwarzer Schimmel an der Schiebeleiste der Dusche. Schimmel auch an der Einfassung der Kühlschranktüre. Waschmaschine , Geschirrspüler und Trockner wirken neuwertig und funktionieren einwandfrei. Auf keinen Fall ist diese Wohnung barrierefrei oder rollstuhlgerecht. Toilette befindet sich in einem winzigen ca. 90cm breiten Raum, der keine Manövriermöglichkeiten zulässt. Benutzung ist nur mit einer Assistenzperson unter hohem Kraftaufwand möglich. Dusche mit Rollstuhl nicht befahrbar ( etwa 15cm Stufe). Die beiden hübschen Dachterrassen sind wegen ca. 25cm hohen Absätzen mit einem Rollstuhl ebenfalls nicht zu erreichen.

Extrem tolle Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist groß und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Beide Terrassen haben wir sehr genossen. Unübertroffen ist aber die Aussicht, ob von den Terrassen oder durch die bodentiefen Wohnzimmerfenster. Die Kommunikation und Übergabe war problemlos und mit einem Mix aus Englisch und Französischen gut zu machen. Die Garage ist nichts für große Autos, aber an der Straße ist immer etwas frei gewesen.

Schöne helle Wohnung in traumhafter Lage

Schöne große helle Wohnung mit zwei Terrassen in traumhafter Lage. Der Blick auf die Bucht ist fantastisch, die Altstadt ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Einem Parkplatz haben wir immer direkt vor dem Haus gefunden. Es gibt aner auch einen Platz in der Garage. Die Ausstattung der Küche sowie der gesamten Wohnung ist sehr gut, auch wenn die hochwertige Einrichtung ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist. Es fehlte an nichts. Sollten wir nochmals nach Concarneau kommen, bestimmt wieder in diese tolle Wohnung.

Amazing views!

The apartment is just as shown on the website with walls of windows in the main bedroom,living room (with comfortable seating) and kitchen.There are two terraces with,one with two chairs,the other with a dining table,chairs and barbecue.Unfortunately we didn’t use the outdoor facilities as it rained at some point every day but instead enjoyed the view from the comfort of the living room!Plenty of crockery and cutlery and a dishwasher,two washing machines and the tablets to use them,plus iron and board.Also a hairdryer in the one shower room .Separate toilet which is good as with only one bathroom,at full capacity this would allow use of both simultaneously.Extremely quiet and we only met one other family coming out of the lift.Parking is in a secure basement garage.but plenty of on street parking.About 10/15 minutes walk into Concarneau,or perhaps 20 along the sea front.Pascal was on holiday and had arranged fluent English speaker Jean to greet us.Everything went smoothly.The apartment and owner warrant the reviews.

Séjour très agréable

L'appartement est très bien situé et possède une super vue sur la mer. Tout est fonctionnel, il est très spacieux. 6 couchages dont 4 dans la même chambre. La personne qui nous a reçue était très accueillante et disponible. Nous étions avec notre voiture électrique et il y a une borne à moins de 10 minutes à pieds. Je recommande fortement. Excellent séjour.

Sehr netter Besitzer, gute Kommunikation, checkhin etwas eilig. Wertig eingerichtet, viel Platz, gute Betten. 65-zoll Fernseher mit Satellitenprogrammen. Küchenmöbel und -geräte in die Jahre gekommen, gesammelte Utensilien. Sauberkeit eher französischer Standard.

excellent séjour malgré les grèves et un temps très médiocre. Grand intérieur cossu. Appartement très bien situé face à la mer au dernier étage avec ascenseur. Pascal Morvézen est très agréable, serviable et laisse toute liberté pour faciliter le séjour. location à recommander sans hésiter.
