An ideal place for relaxing holidays

The appartment is located directly at the coast and offers a spectacular view of the harbour and the old city of Concarneau. It is very clean, completely and nicely furnished and equipped with all necessary cooking utensils for preparing all kinds of meals which can be enjoyed while watching the ships and boats in the sea.

Superb apartment with amazing views

I highly recommend this apartment. It is very comfortable for 2 people with high quality equipment both inside and outside on the terrace. The outside area is very private and there is direct access out to the coastal path from which you can walk to Concarneau old town via the little passenger ferry. The views out to sea from the apartment both inside and out are unbeatable. We would not hesitate to return.

My visit to Concarneau in September was my third trip to Brittany this summer. Whilst all of my other visits were highly enjoyable this trip was perhaps the most relaxing. The accommodation is modern, well equipped and wonderfully positioned with great views of the port and ocean. The town itself is busy and full of charm and character. The port is a hive of activity for both the fishing fleet and keen sailors. The apartment is private and comfortable. The garden and its secure access to the coastal path at the foot of the garden are a real bonus. Gated parking is also a great positive. The owners were very organised in their communication, friendly, informative about my week ahead and flexible in allowing me access to their property much earlier than anticipated on my day of arrival. This was very much appreciated. All told a great holiday experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would very happily revisit.

Das Appartement liegt in absolut bevorzugter Lage. Freier Blick auf die Bucht von Concarneau und die Hafeneinfahrt. Hier ist immer etwas los, es gibt viel zu sehen. Man ist in ein paar Minuten am Bac zur Ville Close, eine Bäckerei und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gut und ansprechend ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr beengt, man kann jedoch auf das bequeme, ausklappbare Sofa umziehen. Paaren, die gerne kochen, fehlt es etwas an Arbeitsfläche in der Küche. Die Dichte an guten und gut erreichbaren Restaurants gleicht das mehr als aus.Wir haben hier zwei wunderbare Wochen verbracht, viel gesehen und erlebt, gut gegessen und die Bretagne lieben gelernt. Die Wohnung ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und ein ebenso perfekter Ort, einfach den Tag und die Aussicht mit den herrlichen Sonnenuntergängen zu genießen.Das Ein- und Auschecken läuft denkbar unkompliziert, der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist super freundlich und kümmernd.An dieser Stelle auch noch einen herzlichen Dank für das nette Begrüßungsgeschenkt :o)

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in dieser schönen Unterkunft verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Zweifamilienhaus in toller Lage – ruhig und mit direktem Blick aufs Wasser. Besonders angenehm: In der zweiten Woche hatten wir das Haus sogar ganz für uns allein.Die kleine Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung ist praktisch ausgestattet: Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Dusche und WC, ein Wohnzimmer mit Kochnische (IKEA-Küche, Waschmaschine, Induktionsherd) sowie eine bequeme ausziehbare Couch und ein Fernseher an der Wand. Durch die zwei großen Balkonfenster hatten wir einen herrlichen Blick aufs Wasser und konnten den ganzen Tag die Segelboote und Fischer beobachten. Direkt vor der Wohnung befindet sich eine Terrasse mit einem Sonnensegel, das fast den ganzen Tag angenehmen Schatten spendet.Besonders schön: Der Garten ist durch eine Hecke zum Küstenwanderweg hin geschützt, sodass man viel Privatsphäre hat. Durch eine kleine Hintertür im Garten erreicht man den Weg direkt. Ein toller Bäcker mit traditionellem, sehr leckerem Angebot ist zu Fuß in etwa zehn Minuten erreichbar.Das Wetter war traumhaft – blauer Himmel und Sonne fast die gesamten 14 Tage. Besonders geschätzt haben wir auch die ausgesprochen freundlichen Hosts und die große Offenheit der Menschen vor Ort – ob im Ort selbst oder in den umliegenden Städtchen.Wir bedanken uns herzlich für den tollen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne mal wieder!

Schönes Appartement, mit super Lage,fast perfekt!Für 5 Sterne fehlen Kleinigkeiten wie Polster auf der Terrasse oder auf den (Plastik) Esszimmer-Stühlen. Ein Sonnenschirm würde helfen, die Terrasse nachmittags oder abends nutzen zu können, da hilft das Segel leider nicht. Alles in allem aber ein sehr schönes Appartement für einen Urlaub in Concarneau

Wie haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Die Bilder im Inserat entsprechen der Realität, das Apartment ist sehr sauber, geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist ein Traum und zur Fähre, die in die Ville Close übersetzt, sind es weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Rolltor läßt sich per Fernbedienung öffnen und schließen und das Gartentor führt direkt auf den Küstenwanderweg GR34. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern Gaëlle und Gilles ist problemlos und sehr nett (englische und französische Sprache). Absolute Empfehlung, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung hat eine hervorragende Lage,grenzt direkt am GR34 Wanderweg an der Ein-/Ausfahrt vom Hafen in Concarneau.Die Vermieter haben sich mit der Wohnung sehr viel Mühe gegeben, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet, für längere Aufenthalte steht eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung.Vom Wohnzimmer mit großem Esstisch hat man bereits einen schönen Ausblick durch die Fenster über die Terrasse auf das Meer.Die Terrasse ist ebenfalls mut einem großen Tisch, Sitzbänke,Liegen, Sessel und Sonnensegel ausgestattet.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und haben uns über die sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit den Vermietern gefreut.

Séjour parfait sauf la météo qui n’était pas au rdv … dommage !

Malgré la météo nous avons fait de belles et longues balades… notamment de voir les éléments déchaînés lors de la tempête Patricia depuis la Torche. Bref une belle expérience dans cette belle région.
