Fantastic villa for family vacation.

We - a family of 13 - had a wonderful stay in this villa and especially enjoyed the large pool and the outside patio with room for everyone. The house is large and old, but is very functional - including a well equipped kitchen. Wonderful area with lot of things to do and see. Only minus were a bit of industrial noise in the mornings from the surrounding fruit plantations - so it will be a good idea to bring some earplugs, if you are sensitive to this. Highly reccomended for a family vacation!

GASQ L’Hôte des lieux. OBJET :GROUPE de vacanciers ( 9 adultes de + de 65 ans) avec 4 voitures familiales. Destinataires : ABRITEL et Mme P. CASQ, Les raisons du retard de cet envoie, résultent du fait que c’est une contestation de tous le groupe et que chacun y a apporté sa contribution, étant dispersé dans la France, cela a pris du temps, et depuis 15 jours je ne dispose plus d’internet, ligne coupée par un technicien FREE venu installer la fibre chez ma voisine et s’étant permis de prendre ma ligne en mon absence !!!!. Nous tenons à vous faire part de nos observations concernant notre séjour. Nous avons été très bien reçus par Mme COSSOUL qui nous a donné toutes les explications, cette personne est une dame charmante. Pour le stationnement des voitures, l’une des deux portes du portail était fermé à l’aide d’un cadenas, ce qui nous a causé beaucoup de désagrément pour entrer et sortir nos voitures car nous nous déplacions tous les jours, dans la première cour nous ne pouvions garer nos 4 voitures. Malgré notre réclamation auprès de Mme GASQ, rien n’a pu être amélioré. Nous pensons que cette situation est inadmissible. Concernant votre publicité sur ABRITEL elle est mensongère au sujet des 8 salles de bain (6 salles de bain et 2W

Tout a été conforme à la description du logement. La propriétaire est très réactive sur nos questions. Le séjour était idéal, la maison, sa piscine et son jardin sont parfaits! Je recommande!

Que du bonheur

Le paradis sur terre, ce mas catalan, encore bien plus beau que sur les photos. Le bâtiment du domaine tout entier est splendide, très hispanisant, on se croirait dans l'hacienda de Zorro ! Situation idéale entre Corbières, Pyrénnées et Espagne. L'embrarras du choix pour les escapades. Bref, que du bonheur.

vacances paisibles en famille

C'est la deuxième fois que nous louons ce mas pour une quinzaine. Ce n'est pas un hasard si nous sommes revenus dans cette région et plus particulièrement dans cet endroit. Chaque jour, nous avons pu petit déjeuner, déjeuner et diner à l'ombre des platanes, ce qui est appréciable pour des normands en mal de soleil ! Une piscine quasi olympique, des chambres spatieuses avec salles de bain, beaucoup d'espace tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur de la maison. Une cuisine bien équipée . Endroit très reposant avec de nombreuses possibilités de visites touristiques. La mer à quelques minutes en voiture et l'Espagne pas très loin non plus. Sans oublier la charmante personne qui s'occupe de vous accueillir et qui fait tout pour rendre votre séjour agréable (entretien de la piscine notamment). Pour être complet et objectif, les seuls points négatifs sont le salon de jardin un peu usagé, la terrasse pas très plane et parfois, effectivement, le bruit de quelques engins agricoles qui peut gêner ceux qui dorment dans la chambre du bout ! Cela nous est arrivé une fois. Je recommande bien évidemment cette location aux (grandes) familles avec enfants.

Voici une maison totalement adaptée aux grandes familles désireuses de se détendre et de s'amuser : nous y avons apprécié les vastes espaces extérieurs et intérieurs. Les jeux, jouets, livres... laissés à disposition ont fait la joie des plus jeunes. Quant à la très grande piscine, elle a fait l'unanimité entre les générations ! Si après cela, vous êtes encore tentés par les escapades dans les environs, la région ne manque pas d'attraits. Bref, un lieu à recommander tout particulièrement !

UNE VRAIE MAISON DE FAMILLE

Nous avons passé un séjour délicieux dans cette agréable maison de famille. Demeure de caractère, immense jardin avec des arbres magnifiques, une vraie piscine dans laquelle on peut nager sans se cogner aux murs. La vaste pièce du bas (avec cheminée) et la grande cuisine sont idéales quand on est nombreux, la literie de bonne qualité, les 5 salles de douche bien pratiques. Le patio avec ses amandes (succulentes...) et son olivier est ravissant. Cette maison a vraiment du charme et du cachet : nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous.

belle Propriété, le rapport qualité-prix est moyen

Bon descriptif. La propriété est magnifique. Malheureusement la maison manque d'entretien (peintures et tapisseries très défraichies, parfois odeurs de souris da l'arrière maison, certains app. ménagers sont trop vetustes, certains lits sont inconfortables) et le jardin gagnerait à être entretenu avec un peu d'amour et de soucis du détail (pas d'arrosage, peu de fleurs, pergola risque de s'écrouler). Les exploitations agricoles alentour sont quelque peu bruyantes. Cela dérange le matin. La piscine est merveilleuse et très appreciée. Les jeux pour enfants sont nombreux et variés. Grande bibliothèque! Somme toute nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.
