Very nice apartment in Costa Adeje, great pools and only 6 minutes to beach

A very nice and spacious studio apartment here on the Mare Verde complex. Its located in a great area with very close access to beach approx 6 mins walk away and lots of night life, but out of ear shot so no noisy late evenings. The complex has several large pools with on site bars and usual facilities Ideally located, very close to new water park, apartment recently decorated with washing machine, large flatscreen tv with numerous UK and other international stations. A spacious and comfortable sofa completes the living room area
The apartment is fully equipped with all white goods and usual kitchen utensils, bedding and sheets.
just bring a beach towel and have a great holiday.

Great location. Clean apartment. Accommodating owner

I took a solo trip to Costa Adeje and this listing was perfect. Centrally located and walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and bars. Apartment was in a gated complex and felt very secure. John was very responsive and helpful in getting me situated for the week. I would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment in a great location!

We were very happy with our apartment! The price was fabulous compared to other options. The location was excellent - there were so many food, shopping, and attraction options nearby, and the beachfront was just minutes away. The pools were really nice and never felt crowded, even on hot days. Our host was wonderful - accommodating, good communication, very friendly, but not intrusive. We'd welcome the chance to stay here again!

Denne ligger i et greit boligkompleks, sikkert og trygt. Topp beliggenhet til strand, restauranter, etc. men boligen er IKKE nyoppusset, og renholdet var ikke bra. Med enkle midler kunne denne vært gjort mye mer presentabel og hyggelig. Huseier svarte umiddelbart på spørsmål, og forholdet til ham var helt topp.

Great location

This was such an easy experience for us, any questions were replied to very quickly before and during the holiday. The apartment is in a good location and the pool would be great for families. Visiting in October was very quiet which is exactly what we wanted : )

Ottimo appartamento

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento sul sito, il proprietario prima del nostro arrivo e stato disponibilissimo per qualsiasi richiesta o dubbio. Una volta arrivati l ' appartemaneto era come quello che si vedevano sul sito, pulito , con tutto il necessario e in un ottima posizione, 5 min dal mare ,2 dal supermercato e in centro città. Ottimo prezzo, lo consigliamo .

John's Studio

Stopped for 10 weeks, had a fantastic holiday. His studio is in a prime location. 2min from the bus stops ,5 mins to a large supermarke and only 5 minutes to the sea.His studio is a little dated but every works fine. I would certainly stop there a again .And hope to in the near future. Can't comment on the complex, i was out and about, not sunbathing or swimming. But it looked very nice. Tony
