Welcome to "4C's Retreat", a luxury home in the prestigious beach community of The Preserve at Grayton Beach. Any richly appointed home begins with great outdoor spaces and this home is no exception.

You have multiple venues where everyone can relax and take in all nature has to offer. Outdoor dining, spaces for relaxation, and a gas grill to complete your outdoor experience. 4C's Retreat is also located as you first enter The Preserve, so beach access only steps away. A private boardwalk is close by for each beach access, one of only three on 30A! Making it easy to transport your beach wagons, strollers, and coolers to the shimmering sands of the Gulf!!

Upon entry, you're welcomed into the spacious open Great Room with multiple seating areas and luxury upgrades like trey ceilings, hardwood floors, recessed lighting, and high-end furnishings. The formal dining area offers seating for six and the breakfast bar, and an additional four so that everyone can enjoy meals together. The Gourmet kitchen spares no expense with marble countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and a center island. Making it easy to make your early morning cup of coffee and culinary creations in the evening.

A Few Days in Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From booking to check out, Blue Swell communicated frequently and responded in a helpful way to any questions we had. Check-in instructions were clear, as were those as we departed. Bathroom amenities were of high quality. Although we did not use the laundry facilities, it’s a plus to have them available. The house is lovely, and we felt at home right away. The kitchen is as well-equipped as one could wish, and the furnishings throughout the house are attractive, comfortable, and stylish. Nearby is the pool, and the beach is an easy walk away. After a restful 4-day Christmas visit, we reluctantly checked out but are already anticipating a future visit.

The house was perfect and clean. We loved the location to the beach also. Only issue we had was that the neighborhood codes seemed to have switched from the ones we were sent prior to the stay. This included the pool and beach access gates. The gate near us was also closed and did not work at night but the opposite end gate was open the whole time.

The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The walk to the beach was a little longer then we realized but still convenient. We had a few issues with wrong codes and no power in one bedroom however the management company was super quick to resolve both issues. Would definitely recommend this property.

Overall, the place was great for our family trip. The location was close to restaurants and the beach. We had an issue with the door code at check in and their after hours call line resolved the issue immediately. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is a great vacation rental. Our only real complaint was that the A/C was not working when we arrived. The temperatures for our entire stay were extremely high. People came to work on A/C several hours after we arrived and returned again on the next two days. The main floor never cooled well. This property should not have been rented until the HVAC issues are resolved.

We had to improvise a little with the sleeping arrangements. Our boys didn’t quite fit in the cubby style bunk beds. We probably should’ve booked this spot before they hit their growth spurts! Parking was a little tight, but honestly, we'd definitely come back again!

Most of all was good, except for access codes for the beach, the Internet, the neighborhood gate.None of them were updated and it was until the second or third day we got the correct ones Grill gas tank was empty, and none of TV 's were able to connect to the Internet for the whole week.I was constantly in touch with the company but after all we just decided to relax and forget about those issues.

Outstanding Property!

If you are looking for the perfect property for your next vacation this is it. My wife and I and two other couples were blown away by how beautiful the property is, the cleanliness of the property, the quiet neighborhood and the location. Check in and check out were seamless and Blue Swell was available and kept us informed. We definitely will book it again for a return couples trip!

The house is lovely and will be a great place to stay once the a/c is repaired. I contacted the property manager, Blue Swell Vacation Rentals, multiple times about the a/c system not working. They honestly did not care. To make matters worse, I had seen negative reviews recently about the a/c, so I reached out and was told it was functioning properly. We were traveling with a newborn, so I was being very proactive. They also gave us the wrong access codes for basically every gate and the beach. They also seemed not to care. The owners need new representation for their lovely home. Blue Swell did nothing to correct our issue or compensate us for trying to sleep in a house at 77 degrees. They even have extra mobile a/c units in the house, because they know it is a problem.
It was 75 when we arrived.

Great stay!

Excellent location. Spacious, comfortable beds. Easy check in and check out. Temperature control was challenging as it was chilly during our visit and difficult to warm the lower level. But upstairs was very toasty!
