Welcome to "C's The Day", a luxury home in the prestigious beach community of The Preserve at Grayton Beach. Any richly appointed home begins with great outdoor spaces and this home is no exception.

You have multiple venues where everyone can relax and take in all nature has to offer. Outdoor dining, spaces for relaxation, and a gas grill to complete your outdoor experience. C's The Day is also located as you first enter The Preserve, so beach access only steps away. A private boardwalk is close by for each beach access, one of only three on 30A! Making it easy to transport your beach wagons, strollers, and coolers to the shimmering sands of the Gulf!!

Upon entry, you're welcomed into the spacious open Great Room with multiple seating areas and luxury upgrades like trey ceilings, hardwood floors, recessed lighting, and high-end furnishings. The formal dining area offers seating for six and the breakfast bar, and an additional four so that everyone can enjoy meals together. The Gourmet kitchen spares no expense with marble countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and a center island. Making it easy to make your early morning cup of coffee and culinary creations in the evening.

We have also partnered with Live Well 30A to give our guests discounted beach gear rentals & concierge services!

Great Place in 30A!

Overall, the place was great for our family trip. The location was close to restaurants and the beach. We had an issue with the door code at check in and their after hours call line resolved the issue immediately. Would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding Property!

If you are looking for the perfect property for your next vacation this is it. My wife and I and two other couples were blown away by how beautiful the property is, the cleanliness of the property, the quiet neighborhood and the location. Check in and check out were seamless and Blue Swell was available and kept us informed. We definitely will book it again for a return couples trip!

Great Location, Great House!

We loved the location of this house. Walk to beach was short and a pretty walk on a shaded boardwalk. We rode bikes to Grayton, Seaside and Santa Rosa. The house itself was so comfortable and well stocked. Beds were comfy with plenty of pillows. We will definitely be looking at this place to stay when we come back in 2 years!

Great all around experience

We've come to 30a 3x this year since it is a relatively COVID friendly destination. What everyone LOVED was the private beach access. It was secluded and the walk there was gorgeous. The house was spacious and comfortable as well. The property manager was extremely responsive and my kids already want to go back.

Priddy perfect

Our stay at 69 Barton’s Way was fantastic. The beach house was huge, clean, and very well designed. Nice, secure neighborhood and a canopied boardwalk to a pristine beach. It is a 1/3 mile walk, 8 minutes, but it is a lovely boardwalk. Check in was simple and we were in constant communication with Blue Swell. Enjoy a visit here.

Great spring break getaway.

Had a great time and enjoyed the property. This was a last minute booking so we were really happy with the process, the cleanliness of the home and the proximity to the beach. The information on the page was accurate, the pictures showed a great depiction of the property. We did have some issues with the AC the first few days but the AC company came out quickly and was able to fix the issue before we went to sleep that same day. Had a great time, would definitely stay here again!

Great stay. Quiet location. Easy beach access (7 minute walk with kids). Beach has awesome water features for kids who don’t want to be in the waves. Two pools that aren’t busy. Plenty of space in the house. Huge kitchen. Would recommend noise machines/fans if using bunk area as it is at top of stairs by the washing machine - easy adjustment. Great food nearby, too - Red Fish Taco, Blue Mountain Creamery, and more. This place should be in your plans!

Beautiful Spot near Grayton Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here this week. The beach was just a 5-7 minute walk from the neighborhood, straight across street, through gate, and then easy private boardwalk straight to ocean. We came as family of 5, 3 adults and 2 kids. This house was plenty big with an extra room to spare since we used the bunk beds. Big kitchen, lots of clean towels, full kitchen, and nice upstairs patio with hammock. We could definitely come back! Thank you so much, The Myrick Family

Love this neighborhood

We have stayed in the neighborhood twice but different homes. I liked this one best. Wonderful layout, plenty of room, and clean. The home is located near the front of the neighborhood so it’s a shorter walk to the beach. The few negative things said in other reviews of this home nearly swayed me but I’m glad I ignored them because they didn’t seem accurate. We loved this house and will be coming back next year. My one and only harmless complaint would be that the big beautiful bath was a let down. They do not have an endless hot water tank at this house so by the time the tub was half full the water was only warm. Not a deal breaker though, just a let down. We’ll still come back!

Fun place, needs some upkeep

We stayed for 4 nights at this gorgeous place. There were plenty of amenities (toiletries, towels, etc) and good customer service beforehand. We were prepared for both check-in and -out because of good communication from the company (Blue Swell) via emails. While not directly on the beach, the proximity was close enough to tote wagons containing all our beach items. The only downfall was that the place needs some upkeep. It wasn't a deal-breaker, but this gem needs some deep carpet cleaning (master upstairs), the couch was a bit soiled, and the pillows were flat. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing stay. Thanks for sharing the home with us!

Previous reviews mentioned construction. People showing up at 8am many days to work on balconies. Banging, looking in the windows. We asked the property manager about construction because of prior reviews. They did not tell us the truth, blamed owner. Property needs a refresh. Neighborhood noisy. Construction everywhere. Stay somewhere else.

Lovely house, unresponsive property management

The house was very nice for our stay at Grayton Beach. The housekeeping did a super job and the house was well appointed for our stay. We enjoyed the gated neighborhood and the pool just a minute down the road. Unfortunately I submitted a non-urgent request online with Blue Swell and they didn't respond to my request. The master bedroom porch was in the middle of a repair so boards were missing and the new lumber was sitting out there. I simply needed to know if any workers needed access to the house so I could make plans. This would be a five star review if the property management was responsive.

The Good the Bad and the Ugly

After our arrival Monday afternoon, we found that the wi-Fi, the coffee pot and the kitchen overhead light did not work. In addition, either bears or raccoons had strewn garbage from three trash cans all over the west side of the home. However, after a call to management, all those problems were quickly corrected. The only other issue was that a house was under construction next door with lots of noise created from hammering, etc The beach walk was very nice and we enjoyed our beach walk. Due to rainy weather, we were not able to use the pool.
