The villa comprises large covered and uncovered terraces with private pool and barbacoa.Built on two levels with separates entries. The main floor with living dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one bathroom with shower. The lower floor with one bedroom and one shower-room. Air conditionning in the living room and 2 bedrooms.

Parking for 2 cars.

All is beauty in Denia: sandy beaches, rocky coves .... blue and green colors of the Mediterranean Sea. 20 kilometers of coastline yield with different types of beaches. In the center of Denia youcan enjoy long walks in the fishing village with its typical houses and streets.Denia´s Mediterranean cuisine is fresh and delicious.
