Sueno del Mar’s prime corner location offers unobstructed views of the Cruz Bay ferry dock all the way over to Pillsbury Sound and the evening lights of St. Thomas. Our condo is newly remodeled and decorated in sleek coastal modern furnishings.
Grande Bay Resort has a beautiful pool situated on a sun deck overlooking the beach. This area also contains a generously sized spa/hot tub. Sueno del Mar’s balcony is located directly over the pool which means added convenience for parents with older children who want to keep an eye on pool activities.
A spacious waterfront gym features 3 treadmills, an exercise bike, an elliptical, free weights, and A PILATES reformer! The view of the beach and harbor while exercising is an added bonus.

You'll be welcomed at the ferry dock by our experienced guide, who will assist you with luggage and jeep rental, and then escort you to the condo for a brief orientation. During your stay she is available to ensure that your vacation is relaxing and carefree. If you should choose to rent a jeep, the condo comes with a reserved covered parking spot with elevator access to your condo.

The oversized outdoor living area is a wrap around balcony with access from the living room and also private access from the master bed room. There is a balcony height table with six chairs for watching the sunset over the harbor and beyond to surrounding islands. The master bedroom side of the balcony has two lounge chairs with ottoman’s and table – perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails while listening to the waves roll on the shore.
You will feel right at home in the living room with all of its conveniences, including a 45” flat screen TV, Cable TV and DVD player. The kitchen has top of the line stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with all of the conveniences of home, such as a coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc along with all the cook ware and utensils you will need. An electric grill is available on the patio for grilling while enjoying the amazing ocean view.
Sueno Del Mar at Grande Bay is fully air conditioned with three bedrooms and two full baths. Accommodations include two King beds, two twins convertible to a King, and a Queen foldout couch for a maximum occupancy of 8 adults. All bedrooms have their own 39 inch TV’s and ceiling fans.
