PUAMANA PREMIER 2 BEDROOM GARDEN UNIT 153-6, 3 BATHROOMS & SLEEPS 9.
Less than 200 FT to the ocean. It is one of the largest two-bedroom units with 1,368 sq ft.
The August 2023 Lahaina Fire spared our unit. Maui County has cleared this area of Puamana for access and confirmed that all utilities, including water, were thoroughly tested by the EPA and are safe for use. Consequently, we can confidently welcome guests back to enjoy a unique, low-rise oceanfront Maui experience amidst beautiful palm tree-filled greenbelts and the sparkling blue Pacific Ocean. Additionally, we are pleased to announce that two grocery stores in Lahaina and their shopping complexes, Safeway and Foodland Farms, remained unscathed by the fire and are just a 10-minute drive away.
Puamana is a private gated community of 32 acres of lush tropical gardens, open spaces & private ocean beach frontage (over 3/4 miles), surfing, a plantation-era clubhouse, and whale watching in winter. Currently there is one pool open as they asses the other two. All buildings are one-story except 2 bedrooms which are 2 stories. New air conditioners in the lower level and both upper bedrooms. Three TV's with one in each bedroom. Master bedroom King bed, Queen & twin in the other bedroom, soft sleeper main level. Blue Ray Player, Stereo, WI-FI. Added 20'X15' deck off the master bedroom. Safe in the master bedroom.
Mother nature constantly changes the sand during storms, so I never know how much will be there when I arrive. Children's playground & swing sets. Best weather on Maui. I have a hairdryer in each bathroom. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, and a barbecue in the storage room on the lanai. There is also an outside shower on the lanai. I Will allow one dog with my approval ONLY and a fee and lodging are increased. Come and enjoy my Hawaii Paradise.

This is a family-owned unit that our parents bought over 52 years ago. Three generations of our family have had the pleasure of enjoying Puamana.

There is nothing like Puamana. It has lush plants, and every building is one story except for the two-bedroom units—3/4 mile of oceanfrontage, gated community.

My unit is the end unit and just 200 feet from the ocean. Can see ocean from both upper bedrooms and new deck.
