Absolutely loved the location out in the country, where we woke up to farm animal sounds instead of traffic. Enjoyed having coffee on the sunny patio and lounging by the pool. We felt safe and secure with the big gate!If you are a cyclist be aware there is a 1/4 mile gravel road to get to the pavement, not that it is a huge problem. Everything felt welcoming and comfortable.

Countryside villa

We had 10 wonderful days, with good weather also. Everything was clean, spotless, very nice. Hot water was a bid unstable, not able to get a steady stream of hot water in the shower. The location is a bid close to the highway, and it is actually more noisy than you could expect (no houses or trees to block the sound), so if you seek silence it could be an issue. If you are use to traffic noise, you would probably not notice it. There are dogs barking a night, so again it could be a problem for some - or you could just bring earplugs, its just how it is there. Apart from that it was great, no problems at all and a very nice and friendly owner we met a couple of times. Advice: when you arrive, drive to Campanet and then to the house, so you approach from the north. If you come from the airport, google maps will choose a very long very very narrow road to the house from the south, don't use that! Very recommendable. We would love to visit again another time.

Tolle drei Wochen in einer wunderschönen ruhigen Finca. Die Besitzerin ist sehr zuvorkommend und steht bei Rückfragen sofort zur Verfügung. Alles sehr gepflegt und ordentlich sowohl im Haus als auch die Gartenanlage mit Pool. Ausreichend Handtücher für Badezimmer und Pool vorhanden. Wöchentlich Reinigung des Hauses und vom Pool sowie Bettwäschewechsel. Da das Haus etwas abseits liegt ist ein Auto dringend erforderlich. Für uns war es ein rundum wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) fanden es wunderschön. Der Blick auf das Tramuntana zu Sonnenuntergang war für uns immer etwas ganz Besonderes. Die Kinder liebten vor allem den Pool und die ruhige Umgebung in der sie einfach auch mal laut sein durften. Die Finca hatte alles was man braucht! Wir müssten eigentlich nichts zusätzlich einkaufen weil wirklich alles vorhanden war! Joana & Ihre Tochter waren einfach super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke für die Zeit!!!

Parfait pour le repos sur place et pour rayonner sur Majorque La maison est rustique mais bien équipée. Le contact avec la propriétaire est bon ! Grande réactivité et réponse apportées à nos demandes. Suggestions d’amélioration : -désodorisant installés contre l’humidité , trop forts -des produits basiques seraient utiles pour l’accueil :sel,huile ,lessive..

Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön eingebettet in eine ländliche Gegend und die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf die Berge ist traumhaft. Alle notwendigen Sachen sind vorhanden und Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Klimaanlage erleichtern den Alltag. Die gesamte Unterkunft war hervorragend außergewöhnlich sauber. Es gab ein Problem mit Gerüchen aus den Abflüssen, es wurde uns sofort geholfen. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich, da die nächste Ortschaft schon etwas entfernt ist. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft und der Pool war sehr schön und sauber. Wenn man die Fenster geschlossen hat, hörte man auch nicht mehr das nächtliche Hundegebell und andere Tiergeräusche. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt und die Besitzerin Joana war sehr nett und war sofort zur Stelle, wenn es ein Problem gab. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Nous avons passé une super semaine. La location est dans un cadre magnifique, très fonctionnelle. Il n'y avait pas d'information pour récupérer les clefs ni pour les restituer ou alors nous sommes passé à côté. Juste un soucis d'odeur dans la salle de bains. Pour trouver la maison il faut penser à prendre les coordonnées GPS qui sont envoyés par mail. Je recommande ++++ cette location magnifique

Positiv: Finca war sauber, Bettzeug sauber, viele Handtücher vorrätig. Negativ: Kanalisationsgestank aus den Abflussen, sehr starker Parfümgeruch überall durch einen übertriebenen Einsatz von Duftspender (wahrscheinlich um den Gestank der Kanalisation zu überdecken).

Gute Finca, schöne Lage

Die Finca selbst ist gut für eine 4-köpfige Familie/gruppe dimensioniert, Wohnküche, 2 Schlafzimmer und Toilette sind nicht zu eng. Die Räume profitieren von der hohen Decke. Die Küche ist ausreichend zum Kochen ausgestattet. Der pool ist groß und beleuchtet, was schön ist, wenn man den Abend im pool abklingen will. Unsere Kinder planchten drinn bis spät abend. Zum Parken gibt es viele Möglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück, allerdings wachsen die durch nicht unbedingt vernünftig geplante Bepflanzung zu. Die Lage ist ruhig, abgesehen von belenden Hunden, blehenden Schafen und schreinden Hänen. Wir haben zum Schlafen die Fenster zugemacht und Klimaanlagen eingeschaltet, die es in jedem Zimmer gibt. Der nächstgelegene Ort Campanet ist lediglich 2 km enfernt und bietet einige Restaurants. Ich empfehle mindestens 1 mal den Besuch von Campanet zu fuß zu unternehmen. Der Spaziergang löhnt sich wirklich. Negativ ist uns der, vor allem in dem Bad, starke Gestank der Kanalisation aufgefallen. Dem wurde, anscheinend versucht durch übertriebenen Einsatz von Duftspender herrzuwerden. In jedem Zimmer gab es mehrere davon und sogar in jeder Schublade. Für uns war der starke Parfümgeruch unerträglich. Wir haben alle Duftspender aus der Finca entfernt und haben alle Ausgüße in den Becken verschloßen gehalten, die Tür zum Bad immer verschloßen und Badfenster immer auf. Auch hätte man mehr Mülltüten Spülltabs und Spülmittel vorhalten können. Es waren lediglich 2 Tabs 2 Mülltüten und ganz wenig Spüllmitter vorhanden. So viel kosten die Sachen auch nicht. So mußten wir Spüli nachkaufen für paar mal Geschirrwaschen.

Es una casa muy bonita y una piscina estupenda. No le falta detalle de ningún tipo.Se encuentra en el centro de la isla y bastante alejada del bullicio que era justo lo q buscabamos.Rodeada de naturaleza y caminos rurales. Campanet a tan solo unos minutos andando.Hemos estado encantado de pasar nuestras vacaciones en este alojamiento.
