There is beautiful and welcoming country house in Santa Margarita. It is designed for the comfort and welfare of those clients who would like enjoy their privacy. It has an area of 14,000 square meters of which 3,000 of them are for your enjoyment.

There are different kinds of trees such as almond trees and olives trees that give a touch of intimacy. The swimming pool is surrounded by grass and it measures 9x 3, 80 mts. There is a barbecue, a big terrace with furniture and an ideal porch to watching the wonderful sunsets.

The house measures 78 square meters. There is one big bedroom with tow beds (and one single bed). The room is very bright air-conditioned; it has two windows overlooking the courtyard. There is also a bathroom with towels and a hairdryer. A kitchen full equipped. There is also a living room with TV set and extra channels.

The house is fantastic, it had everything we needed and more. Great view and Cataline a great host!

We were welcomed by Catalina in the evening, the pool and garden were lit by lanterns. So beautiful. She had some food ready for us. So nice! Next morning we had a spectacular view over the mountains. I fell in love with the house! Swimming in march, we were lucky. Highly recommended! Thanks so much!

A beautiful stay in Mallorca!

Pros:The house was beautiful with stunning views and a wonderful pool! (It was too cold in April to use it)Cati was communicative and incredibly helpful, and diligent in making our stay extraordinary. Great views from the yardCati put out a wonderful spread of snacks and wine.The house is a 15 minute drive from the east side of the island, but still central enough to feel like the whole island is close at handThe house feels very private. Beds were comfortable and shower was hot! There is a washing machine on site! (No dryer)Cons:There isn't much to do within a few minutes of the house. Having a rental car is a necessity!The shower had a difficult time draining, but we found it was do to the drain strainer rather than the pipesThere appeared to be cameras in several of the rooms,which we hoped would have been disclosed in the listing.We found them easy to ignore.The Wi-Fi was slow, didn't work at all on two nights and only had a one gig limit. Since were international, we relied on it - Cati was diligent in trying to fix the issue.Overall a wonderful trip! Thank you Cati!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal Gäste in der Finca Son Bia. Und wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Catalina war wieder eine perfekte Gastgeberin, dass Haus und das Grundstück nach wie vor sehr schön. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gern weiter. Für Details siehe meine Bewertung im September 2022.

Zweiter Besuch, immer noch begeistert.

Wie schon beim ersten Besuch war alles perfekt. Die Finca ist sauber, hat bequeme Betten, eine wichtige Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, einen großen Pool und eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Für 2 Personen ist die Finca einfach ideal. Okay, man braucht ein Auto, ist dann aber in 10 Minuten am Strand. Dazu noch die liebe Catalina, die per WhatsApp immer erreichbar ist. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir buchen diese Finca schon seit 2006 und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Die Finca ist ideal für 2 Personen, man hat eine fantastische Aussicht in Tal und zum Tramuntanagebirge. Es gibt einen großen Pool und alles ist sehr gepflegt. Cati ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin und kümmert sich sofort. Für uns die perfekte Finca.

Toller Urlaub

Von Anfang bis Ende hatten wir eine ganz wunderbare Urlaubszeit . Mit Catalina hatten wir eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Vermieterin. Zur Begrüßung hatte sie kleine Leckereien bereit gestellt nebst einer Flasche Weißwein. Ihre Finca ist wunderschön , sehr gepflegt und sauber. Man hat hier wirklich Alles , um einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt zu haben. Sehr sauberes Duschbad, ebenso Schlafzimmer und Küche / Wohnbereich. Ausreichend Geschirr und Töpfe sind vorhanden. Wir konnten uns , ohne Schwierigkeiten, komplett selber versorgen. Ein großer Kühlschrank mit ausreichend großem Gefrierfach ermöglicht auch größere Einkäufe .Sehenswürdigkeiten, Spaziergänge in Naturschutzgebiete oder Fahrten mit dem Speedboot raus aufs Mittelmeer zu den Delphinen sind mit einer maximalen Dauer der Autofahrt von 45-60 Minuten sehr gut zu erreichen.Einchecken und auschecken waren völlig unproblematisch. Catalina war zu jeder Zeit für uns erreichbar und immer drauf bedacht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Eine super Gastgeberin , die mit viel Herzblut dabei ist. Ihre Finca ist ein richtiges Schmuckstück. Unser nächster Mallorcaurlaub wird, wenn möglich, wieder bei Catalina gebucht !

Herzlichkeit und Traumfinca

Wenn man sich einen perfekten Urlaub in einer Finca zu zweit vorstellt findet man diese bei Catalina in diesem traumhaften Landhaus bei Santa Margalida. Es erwartet euch eine unglaubliche freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Man spürt das sie vom Herzen einen Willkommen heisst. In diesem Traumhaus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Sogar noch schöner als auf ein Bildern. Genießt es. Hoffentlich bis bald.

Ruhige und schöne Finca

Schöne kleine Finca, genau richtig für 2 Personen. Die Finca hat einen wunderbaren Blick in die Berge und das Umland. Catalina, die Eigentümerin ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Bei Ankunft war der Kühlschrank mit Kleinigkeiten gefüllt, so dass man die ersten Tage gut Überleben konnte. Es waren 4 entspannte Wochen

Den Aufenthalt sehr genossen

Wir haben wunderschöne 11 tage auf der Finca verbracht. Der Empfang von Catalina war herzlich. Die Finca ist mit allen ausgestattet was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt von nötig ist. Sie ist wie beschrieben vom Ortsrand von Santa Margalida gelegen mit herrlichen Blick aufs Gebirge. Wenn möglich immer wieder gerne. 😀

Schöne Auszeit, abseits vom Trubel

Die Finca San Bia liegt etwas ausserhalb von Santa Magalida. Das Zentrum mit zwei Supermärkten ist in ca. 20min zu Fuss erreichbar, trotzdem empfiehlt sich ein Mietauto. :-) Die Strände bei Alcudià und Can Picafort sind ein Besuch wert. Die Finca ist eingezäunt und es hat genügend Platz um die Finca, um ein Auto zu parkieren. Die Umgebung ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool ist super zur Abkühlung :-) Die Finca selber ist mit allem, was es braucht eingerichtet, unter anderem mit: Haartrockner, Waschmaschine, Bialletti, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme etc. Wir habe uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen. Catalina ist eine sehr zuvorkommenden Gastgeberin, die etwas Deutsch und Englisch spricht. Wir wurden mit einigen Leckereien in der Küche/Kühlschrank begrüsst. Was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Vielen Dank :-) Tipp: In Santa Magalida vis-à-vis des BIP BIP Supermarkts gibt es einen Pizza Take-Away. Pizza war sehr lecker. :-)

Eine wunderschöne Zeit

Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf der Finca Son Bia und haben es sehr genossen. Die Finca ist nett eingerichtet, alle nötigen Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr bequem inkl. der Bettwäsche :-) Das Bad hat eine begehbare Dusche, sehr schön! Der Empfang von Catalina sowie der gesamte Kontakt während unseres Aufenthaltes war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Der Außenbereich der Finca ist einfach nur wunderschön, die überdachte Terrasse herrlich, der Pool ausreichend groß und dort zu schwimmen mit diesem unglaublich schönen Blick auf Sta. Margalida und das Tramuntana Gebirge ist einfach wunderbar! Man kann von der Finca aus herrlich spazieren gehen, was wir jeden Morgen genossen haben. Die Landschaft drumherum ist einfach traumhaft! Wir hoffen, irgendwann einmal wiederzukommen. Danke liebe Cati für alles!

Wunderschöne Woche

Wir waren 6 Tage zu zweit in der Finca und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Catalina ist eine sehr nette und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die sich wirklich kümmert, dass alles gut passt. Check-in und Check-out völlig unkompliziert. Sehr ruhige Lage außerhalb von Santa Margalida mit traumhaftem Blick von Terrasse und Pool nach Westen (Sonnenuntergang!) zum Tramuntana-Gebirge. Man ist völlig für sich, es gibt keine Nachbarn. In der Finca ist alles da, was man braucht, allerdings - wem das wichtig ist - keine Geschirrspülmaschine. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und planen definitiv wieder hierher zu kommen.

Gemütliche Finca in ruhiger Lage

Die eine Woche im „Son Bia“ war wunderbar. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Es war sehr ruhig und die Aussicht war atemberaubend. Die Finca ist super ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Catalina ist eine wundervolle Vermieterin. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit und bei unserer Ankunft hatte Sie uns ein kleines Carepaket bereitgestellt. Wir können „Son Bia“ sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Cati.

Tolle Finca für 2

Wir verbrachten 10 schöne Tage in der Finca. Cati war sehr nett. Wir hatten zur Begrüßung Obstteller und etwas zu Essen. Die Finca liegt sehr ruhig am Ortsrand von Santa Margalida. Mal benötigt in jedem Fall einen Mietwagen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war traumhaft. Der Pool war leider im April noch zu kalt im Sommer sicher ideal. Es gibt eine kleine Ostterrasse auf der man auch an kühleren Tagen frühstücken kann. Der Grill ist wirklich toll, wir haben ihn sehr oft genutzt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und fast alles da was man braucht. Die Kaffeemaschine ist etwas langsam und dauert 20 min für 4 Tassen. Es gibt 2 Betten die zusammen stehen. Bei den Matratze spürt man schon die Federn aber wir haben trotzdem gut geschlafen. Ein Fliegengitter wäre im Schlafzimmer hilfreich wegen der Mücken. Wir hatten leider etwas Pech, dass wir in der Zeit in der wir da waren Handwerker auf dem Grundstück hatten. Aber sie waren sehr nett. Der Fernseher konnte nur spanische Sender aber wir haben ihn auch nicht gebraucht. Die große Terrasse ist traumhaft aber auch etwas zugig wenn es mal frischer ist, da das Haus auf einem Hügel liegt. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. Wir würden die Finca wieder buchen und haben uns sehr gut erholt. Es ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten jeglicher Art. Wir sind mit dem Rad von dort täglich zu einer schönen Tour gestartet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Ort im Supermarkt oder im na gelegenen Can Picafort.

schönes Haus im Grünen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Son Bia sehr genossen. Haus und Grundstück sind schön und geräumig, man hat einen herrlichen Ausblick und ist völlig ungestört. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und in gutem Zustand. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir haben 2 Wochen auf "Son Bia" verbracht und einen wunderbaren, erholsamen Urlaub erlebt. Die Ruhe und der Weitblick zusammen mit der wunderbaren Natur sind einfach ein Traum. Ich kann mich allen vorangegangenen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Es gibt einfach nichts zu meckern! Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Nach einem Ausflug zurückzukommen, im Pool zu entspannen, dann ein leckeres Essen zu kochen, welches man auf der wunderschönen Terrasse genießt... was soll man noch mehr sagen. Absolute Empfehlung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und vor allen Dingen die Ruhe, die Landschaft und den Blick. Die Finca ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der nächste größere Supermarkt befindet sich mit dem Auto 10 Minuten entfernt. Wir werden bestimmt mal wieder kommen
