The “Cuore Verde” farmhouse lies in an uncontaminated nature surrounded by medieval village and historical towns centres. The house is a 17th century rural villa with few apartments hosting from 2 to 5 persons. The villa can be hired entirely to host groups from 8 to 16 people. The villa is integrated in a wonderful natural oasis with a hill that surrounds the scenario. The property is completely fenced in making a total of 18 hectares of land, 2 km from Spello. The villa has been restored and refurbished to a very high standard apartment style property. The furniture is antique
