Spello House apartments are in a historic medieval building that for centuries was the entrance control site for the landlord, as is still evidenced by the authentic chain hanging from the walls of the building. Located just outside the Consolare port, a stone's throw away from the recently discovered Villa Romana Sant'Anna and named after it's convenient and spacious parking just 50 meters from the property. Ancient charm built with the typical stones of Mount Subasio, construction has undergone renovation and consolidation work since the earthquake of 1996.

Perfection and the Friendliest Host!

The Spello House was perfect for our family of five! So clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated! Our host, Monica, went above and beyond to welcome us and treated us like family! She stocked the pantry and fridge for us, recommended some amazing places for us to visit and eat at, and set up two excursions for us. She is the best host we have ever had at a rental and Spello House was our favorite place we stayed during our Italian adventures. We hope we get to come back someday!

Romantico terrazzo

L’appartamento,sulla via principale di Spello, è molto bello, curato nei particolari e nell’arredamento stile shabby chic. Padrona di casa molto accogliente e gentile. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato dispensa e frigo già forniti di cibi e bevande e anche una buonissima torta fatta in casa! Una nota di riguardo poi la merita il romantico terrazzino che dà sul corso dove godersi per esempio la colazione. Preparatevi però ad essere soggetto alle decine e decine di turisti che lo immortalano nelle loro foto! Tutto perfetto, da consigliare.

Ottima casa a Spello

La casa è molto comoda, vicinissima al parcheggio ed ha tutti i confort. Monica è stata eccezionale, ci ha fatto trovare il frigo e la credenza pieno di ogni cosa, ha portato libri per i bambini oltre al seggiolone e lettino. È stata piena di attenzioni e ci ha fatto fare una vacanza splendida a Spello. Casa consigliatissima!!!

A wonderful place to stay in Spello.

Patio House is beautifully decorated. It is spacious and clean and has everything you need, including a washing machine. It is well located and parking is close by. The owner, Monica, is very friendly, caring and helpful. This is a fantastic place to stay and we would love to stay there again.

Delightful,well appointed apartment in a small hilltop town full of character with good restaurants

Very helpful, generous, friendly host. The apartment was clean and tidy with regular changes of linen etc. Slightly eccentrically fitted out, but all worked well and made us smile. It is ideally situated in Umbria to explore the region and many interesting sights, villages and walks. The town of Spello is large enough to have several restaurants and bars to choose from, and is worth exploring in it's own right. It attracts other visitors but quietens down in the evening. May be a little livelier at weekends, but not sleep disturbing.

Patio house è la location perfetta per una bellissima vacanza in Umbria. Si trova in una posizione estremamente comoda: Spello è una località stupenda ed è un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare tutta la regione. Inoltre, l'appartamento si trova all'interno delle mura e in una splendida palazzina d'epoca, ma è comunque situato vicino al parcheggio e al supermercato. La struttura è del tutto corrispondente alla descrizione e alle foto del sito: bellissima. Monica, la proprietaria, è estremamente gentile e disponibile. I ragazzi di Genova

Bellissime vacanze

Abbiamo scelto Spello per il suo fascino e per la posizione centrale che consente di raggiungere comodamente le altre meravigliose città dell'Umbria. A rendere ancora più piacevole la nostra vacanza è stato questo bellissimo appartamento. Situato entro la cerchia delle mura (facilmente raggiungibile dal parcheggio a pochi metri) è vicino a negozi, locali e ristoranti oltre che ai principali monumenti. All'interno è ampio, molto luminoso, curatissimo nei dettagli (proprio come mostrano le foto) e completo di tutti i servizi. Questo grazie all'attenzione e al gusto della proprietaria, gentilissima e davvero simpatica. Lo consigliamo vivamente a chiunque voglia trascorrere una vacanza rilassante godendosi al meglio le meraviglie di questa Regione.

UMBRIA HOSPITALITY AND CHARM AT ITS BEST

What a great place to stay while visiting Spello and Umbria. The Altana house was well appointed and spacious with plenty of rustic charm. Monica greeted us and explained everything necessary in order for us to feel quite at home. Everything was very clean and plentiful and well laid out and very well furnished. The Spello house is right inside the medieval walls so it was easy to get to with luggage etc... We were here to see Spello and explore Umbria and the location was perfect for that. Parking was close by and within just minutes we were able to be out on the highway headed out. When we return to Umbria we will look no further for a place to stay. The view from the top balcony was incredible and a great place to dine in.
