Gorgeous 3-bed Playa Guiones, remote work-friendly home w/ pool near everything

Luxury home in private community with high teak ceilings and open floor plan is surrounded by jungle. Two story home features upstairs living area and large, fully-stocked kitchen complete with modern large and small appliances. Eating areas include two eat-in counters as well as dining room table and chairs inside, as well as a large teak dining table and seating outside. A front porch with comfortable seating and a screened-in back porch will find you nestled in jungle flora (palm trees and plants, tropical flowers, bananas) and fauna (beautiful birds, howler monkeys and iguanas). Downstairs you’ll find 3 en-suite bedrooms with incredibly comfortable beds. The property has a large, gorgeous pool complete with waterfall and spa jets, and ample comfortable seating. We are a very short walk (<10 minutes) to Playa Guiones, a pristine 3.5 mile white sand beach with consistently great surf. Close by you’ll find a great selection of excellent restaurants and shops. You’ll find yoga (including kids classes), surfboard rentals and lessons, and horseback riding, all just a short walk from the house. Entrances to Nosara’s extensive trail system is just steps away. Monkey tours, kayaking trips, sport fishing, turtle hatching tours, zip-lining, and many other activities are a short car (or hired van) ride away. Local day camps have programs available for little ones (if you can get them away from the pool!), and for the very little ones, cribs and other supplies can be rented. Health care services are accessible close by as well.

We have 2 internet services; a solar power system with battery backup; and a 200 gallon water system. [With respect to these utilities: Our dual internet service providers keep the internet working if one of them goes out—a not infrequent occurrence. Nosara loses electric power frequently; our solar system and back up battery keeps most of the house running, including our internet which would otherwise go down during these outages, however long or brief they may be. The internet also has its own separate back up battery. Further, water is also sometimes turned off, so our back up water tank keeps water running during these water outages.]

We have AC throughout the house, and a DVD player and full screen monitor (no cable or satellite, bring your chromecast or Netflix login info).

You will find your house carefully cleaned by our property manager's wonderful cleaning staff before your arrival and after your visit. Should you wish to add cleaning during your stay, please make arrangements with our property manager.
