In the south of the Landes and close to the Atlantic Ocean and the immense beaches of blond sand, this superb recently built Landes villa (2007) will seduce you by its comfort, its architecture, its volumes and its environment.
The villa is built in a park of 6000m2 wooded with hundred-year-old oaks in Azur, a small village which has kept its charm and authenticity. In the park, you will have a swimming pool of great standing (6x12) heated as well as a paddling pool especially adapted for the small ones, the whole is secured for the children.
Next to the swimming pool, you will find a pool cover where you can relax on the deckchairs.
20 mountain bikes are available free of charge for all occupants of the villa.

Family holiday

Very impressed with the property, even though there were 23 of us. There was plenty of room to be as a group plus some quiet spots if you wanted time out.

Perfect house for large group

We had a wonderful stay in this family-friendly vacation house. We were a group of 4 families with young children. The pool was heated, but still a bit chilly. But that’s to be expected for the month of April. The kitchen was very well-equipped for our large group. We loved the outdoor dining space and lounge area. We went for bike rides with the bikes and baby seats offered by the home owners. The kids loved playing at the outdoor playhouse and the little stream behind. The beach was easily accessible, 10-minute drive from the house. The home owners were very friendly, responsive and helpful. They answered all of our questions very quickly. I would highly recommend this house to any large group vacation. Perfect.

Un magnifique endroit...

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La villa est très bien adaptée à un groupe, tant pour les espaces extérieurs ( terrasses, piscine, vélos, petanque...) que pour l'aménagement intérieur : bien entretenu, spacieux et confortable (2 lave-vaisselle, ustensiles bien adaptés à un groupe...) Bon contact avec Philippe, disponible et discret. Les photos sur le site sont très fidèles.

Brilliant Villa Don't Hesitate To Book

We were a group of 10 adults, (5 couples) and 9 children ranging from 2-11 years. The villa was so much more than what the pictures show. It really is beautiful and has everything you need. The villa is large and spacious and had no issues accommodating our large group. There was plenty of space to be together when you wanted without feeling like you were ontop of each other and space to have some time alone when you wanted. The garden and pool areas were especially beautiful. So much room to play games and for the children to enjoy. The pool area more than comfortably accommodated all of us in at the same time and plenty of space around for sunbeds. There was also an outside toilet and shower room by the pool which was convient. It also has a small area that provided shade with some comfy sofas. The kitchen was big enough for families to cook at the same time and has everything you'd need. Plenty of plates, cutlery and glasses to go round. Two large sinks and two dishwashers. Pantry storage area was on the smaller side but we managed as we shopped for what we wanted every 2 to 3 days. Had 1 x large fridge and a second good sized fridge with 3 freezer draws. Rooms were good size. 4 double rooms downstairs with air con and the rest upstairs. All rooms upstairs but 1 has aircon. No rooms in the villa have ensuite facilities but there are plenty of showers to go round. There is a washing machine and drier which was used regularly and some space outside to hang things to dry. The bikes provided free of charge are adult size (13 bikes) but accommodated 2 x 11 year old safely. No helmets provided. Three of the bikes had a child seat. Sufficent parking for 4 cars and one van but could accommodate 1 or 2 more if needed. The area I'd quiet and peaceful. Not much in town. 2 restaurants that we didn't eat at and a bakery that surprisingly only opens at 11:30 but is only a 10 minute drive from multiple supermarkets and a beautiful lake that offers restaurants and bars and a beach area. 15 to 20 minute ride from 2 beautiful beaches and water sports. Phillipe was an amazing host. Replied to messages quickly and efficiently. Always felt he was contactable and helped us when we needed to see a doctor. He gave us some good recommendations for places to go. English is limited but we managed with Google translate and a few members of out party spoke some French. Overall I couldnt recommend this villa enough. Brilliant and will definitely return.

De très bonnes vacances

La maison est spacieuse et très agréable. Elle est très bien équipée pour les groupes (nous étions 19 ) notamment au niveau de la cuisine. La piscine est d'une taille très appréciable avec de la place autour également. Et la maison dispose d'un grand jardin avec plein d'espaces différents. Bref très bonne expérience , A recommander!

Perfekt sted for ferie med storfamilien

Vi hadde en deilig uke med storfamilien, 3 generasjoner i alderen 5-72 år, og alle storkoste seg. Huset og hagen er velegnet for mange gjester og ligger nær aktiviteter for små og store.

Un week-end parfait / a perfect week-en !!

Nous avons passé un week-end inoubliable dans cette superbe maison. Elle est très très bien entretenue et elle faite pour accueillir autant de personnes. Tout y est grand et en quantité suffisante. Par exemple, il y a beaucoup de vaisselles, 2 lave-vaisselles, 2 grands frigo, une salle de bains toutes les 2 chambres, 20 vélo, etc... De ce fait, tout est simple et surtout très reposant (ce qui n'est pas toujours garanti quand on plus de 20 personnes à manager). Bref, rien à redire, vraiment rien. Le we parfait !

Une grande maison très bien conçue pour passer des vacances à plusieurs couples

Nous avons passé les fêtes de Noël à Azur Nous étions 5 couples et 17 au total L’agencement de la maison’, les 10 chambres la très grande piece très conviviale et les vélos à disposition nous ont permis de passer de très bons moments tous ensemble et de profiter de moments plus calmes en bord de mer par exemple Bref un lieu parfait pour des vacances en groupe !!!

Séjour en groupe idyllique

Villa à la hauteur de nos attentes. Aucune mauvaise surprise. Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire qui n'est pas avare de bons conseils culinaires et de bonnes adresses. Villa très propre, chaleureuse et conviviale. 24 vrais couchages. La situation de la villa est propice aux retrouvailles entre amis ou en famille. Nous étions 18 dont 10 adolescents de 13 à 19 ans. Chacun a passé un super séjour, entre la piscine, les balades en vélo et parties de pétanque, sans compter sur la terrasse très accueillantes qui nous a permis prendre le temps de nous poser et de déjeuner tous ensemble. BBQ et plancha à volonté. Tous les commerces sont à quelques kilomètres, les plages également. Énormément d'activités et lieux à visiter dans la région.
