Located in Messanges, Villa Sobrucq was renovated by an architect in 2022. Its 180m² can accommodate up to 14 people. A stone's throw from the ocean, come and recharge your batteries in this natural space, with family or friends. Nestled at the end of a forest path, you will enjoy the calm among the trees, by the pool.

The villa includes a large cathedral living room with equipped and fitted kitchen with top-of-the-range equipment. Board games for adults and children, books and games for children, everything is planned for your stay.

4 double bedrooms with 160 cm beds including 3 suites with private shower rooms, a bathroom, 3 toilets. Upstairs: dormitory-type mezzanine with 3 beds in 90 and 3 trundle beds in 90.
New bedding in hotel quality.
A travel cot (babybjorn) available.

A large independent suite, like a cabin in the middle of the woods (40m², bed 160), is accessible with its bathroom and separate toilet.

2 large terraces overlooking the pool and the garden with all the necessary relaxation equipment (deckchairs, deck chairs, garden furniture...)

All on a plot of 3000m², ideal for a holiday in the countryside!!

Only 1.5 km from the shops and 3 km from the beach, you can enjoy bike rides (forest path accessible from the house to go to the beach in 10 minutes and cycle paths 800m away).

The villa is also made for young children: games and books for all ages, babybjorn travel cot, high chair... you will have all this on site.

Please note:
We thank you for putting the villa in order before your departure (empty bins, games and dishes put away...)
Pets are not allowed and the interior is strictly non-smoking.
In order to maintain good neighbourly relations, we are counting on you not to play loud music outside, or too late at night.
Access to the dormitory is via a "miller" type ladder. Do not hesitate to ask us for photos before your reservation if you want to make sure that your children will be able to borrow it.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
Sheets and towels: double bed €15 and small bed €12 per stay, towels €6 per person.
Wood for the fireplace and electricity extra in winter (based on your consumption)
