Check-in ok , sign. Mario gentile e disponibile nel portale un nuovo ventilatore,cucina poco agevole, non c'è wi.fi bagno vecchio senza una mensola per appoggiare nulla,un porta asciugamani di 30 anni fa' che si smonta molto facilmente, rubinetto difettoso nell'apertura e nella chiusura, doccia interna.... è di gran lunga migliore quella esterna!

Calabria una splendida scoperta

Il nostro soggiorno è stato bellissmo , mare stupendo , la casa è vicinba a tutte le spiagge anche se per raggiungerle serve la macchina . La casa è piccola, ma molto comodo con tanti armadi ed uno spazio esterno con doccia utile per mangiare all'aperto e lavarsi al rientro dalla spiaggia.La prima settimana di Luglio faceva caldo e , non avendo l'aria condizionata e con un solo ventilatore , la notte si sudava un po' .....la zona non prorpio silenziosa per i vicini ed i lavori che abbiamo trovato , non ci hanno sempre permesso di tenere le finestre aperte .....UNICO NEO DEL SOGGIORNO ......che credo sia fonte del caso e del periodo non ancora in piena stagione

Posto molto bello

La casa è situata in un quartiere molto tranquillo che a noi piace molto ,molto comodo ai servizi perché il tragitto di macchina 5 minuti hai tutto quanto sei in piazza Scalea ci siamo trovati benissimo e penso di ritornarci. La proprietà è una persona gentilissima cordialissima e disponibile .

Geen aanrader qua buurt

Goede communicatie met de eigenaar, goedkoop en de honden mochten mee. Voor de rest een luidruchtige,vuile buurt. Word beschreven als een huis maar is een appartement op gelijksvloer zonder iets van privacy. Een super harde matras. We werden verwelkomt met een hoop mieren in de gootsteen,hebben product gekocht om ze tegen te gaan maar na een tijd zaten ze in de badkamer in onze toiletzakken, handdoeken, op onze honden enzo. Weinig tot geen kastruimte in de badkamer of keuken. Een kapotte wcbril. Er was geen aftrekker wat zeer nodig was na het nemen van zowel een buitendouche als de badkamer. Geen stofzuiger wat wel handig is als je honden toelaat voor het haar. Wij zijn 6 dagen vroeger uit verlof gekomen. We hadden het gehad. Mooie natuur maar dan houd het op.

Posto ottimo. Con pochi minuti di macchina ti trovi al l isola di dino posto molto bello che vale la pena visitare. Per il resto casa con tutti i servizi necessari. Il proprietario molto cordiale e disponibile.

La casa è situata in una zona tranquilla .Appartamento molto carino e funzionale. Una comodissima doccia all esterno dove è presente anche un tavolo per pranzare in giardino. Gentilissimo il sig.Mario.Lo consiglio vivamente

Buona sistemazione sulle colline di scalea, anche se l l'appartamento e' un po piccolo e' ben distribuito. Posizione decentrata che rende l'uso dell'auto imprescindibile.
