In Maratea, in the Ogliastro area, detached house immersed in a pine, carob and oak forest with a beautiful view of the sea.
The house, pleasantly furnished, consists of a large living room with kitchenette and two bedrooms with two spacious bathrooms covered with Moroccan ceramics.
Outside, a pleasant garden with an English lawn with a large space paved in terracotta, equipped with umbrellas, table and deck chairs. There is a barbecue and an outdoor hot water shower. The two bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners.
The suggestive tourist port of Maratea is only 2.4 km away, the beach of Fiumicello and that of Cersuta 2.5 km away, the Nera beach 4.6 km away and that of Acquafredda 5 km away.

A house with a view

The place is a bit out of the way with a beautiful view (which is part of its charm) It is lovely and has all you need to make your stay comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying here to relax and unwind.

The place with charisma

A beautiful and peaceful place, where you look at the sea on one side and the mountains on the other. The house was clean and nicely equipped. Communication with the owner Stefania was flawless, she was very nice. It is necessary to have a car, without it you can't get anywhere on foot. The nearest entrances to the sea are quite close, but private. The pool is part of the cottage next door, it can only be used when the cottage is unoccupied - we were not lucky. The mosquitoes were unpleasant, no repellent bothered them unfortunately. We would recommend going on trips around the area and cruising along the coast. For a day by the sea, a great place is the "Mirto Solarium Bar".

thanks kristina to have chosen my house and for the review. I'm sorry if you have had any problem with mosquitoes but the cottage is inside an oak and carob forest and not in a shopping center and it is undeniable that some insects are present. as far as the swimming pool is concerned, it belongs to the villa on the same property and therefore reserved for the guests of that property.

Abbiamo trascorso tre settimane molto belle a “I Carrubi”. La casa è ben arredata e molto pulita. La posizione è perfetta, immersa nella tranquillità sotto alti pini marittimi, con una splendida vista sul mare vicino. Siamo stati fortunati a poter utilizzare la piscina della casa vicina, dato che non era occupata.La comunicazione tramite WhatsApp con la signora Stefania, la proprietaria, è stata sempre cordiale e rapida, il che ha reso tutto ancora più piacevole. Un ringraziamento particolare va al giardiniere Nicola, che è unico per la sua disponibilità e presenza ogni volta che ne avevamo bisogno. Mille grazie ancora per tutto.Torneremo volentieri alla prossima occasione.

Très bon séjour dans un lieu magnifique

Nous avons trouvé tout ce que nous cherchions dans cette location, calme, confort, vue magnifique sur la mer et environnement verdoyant. En plus, Stefania et son époux ont su se rendre disponibles quand nous en avons eu besoin, encore un grand merci à vous pour votre accueil.

Un angolo di paradiso nel bosco

Il luogo un cui abbiamo soggiornato ha qualcosa di magico per la posizione in cui si trova, essendo letteralmente immerso nel bosco, ma anche per la bellezza del villino e delle sue rifiniture. Camere da letto e bagni ampi e comodi. Zona giorno anch'essa sufficientemente ampia con cucina ben accessoriata e munita di lavastoviglie. Spazio esterno godibile anche grazie alla presenza degli alberi e della loro ombra. Consiglierei di munire la porta finestra della zona giorno di una zanzariera e di potenziare con una luce calda l'illuminazione dell'esterno.

Un'oasi di relax e bellezza

Il villino, immerso nella vegetazione, è, grazie alla sua posizione, ai suoi ampi spazi ed alla cura dei dettagli degli spazi sia esterni che interni, la soluzione ideale per chi voglia godere delle bellezze di Maratea in un contesto rilassante e riservato. Bella residenza nel verde di un piccolo e lussureggiante parco botanico; , silenziosa, accogliente ben attrezzata e funzionale. Soggiorno fantastico in un luogo speciale

Varcare il portone azzurro, salire le scalette in pietra in un bosco mediterraneo, vedere la villa bianca e azzurra ed innamorarsi di questo posto è stato un tutt’uno. La casa è molto ben disegnata; dall’ampio soggiorno con cucina si accede sui due lati alle camere da letto, ciascuna con il proprio bagno, per cui le stanze rimangono indipendenti e ben separate, quindi molto adatte anche a coppie di amici. L’arredamento è curatissimo, anche nei piccoli dettagli. Forme, colori, materiali, tutto è scelto con gusto ed attenzione, contribuendo a creare un’atmosfera elegante e raffinata, ma nello stesso tempo familiare ed accogliente. La cucina è fornitissima, nelle stanze da letto c’è l’aria condizionata molto ben funzionante e silenziosa, insomma i proprietari hanno scelto di mettere a disposizione degli ospiti, con generosità, tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno meraviglioso. Il giardino vista mare, anche questo arredato splendidamente, ci ha regalato momenti meravigliosi con i suoi tramonti. Ritengo una fortuna che i proprietari abbiano deciso di condividere questo che, evidentemente, è un luogo del cuore! Un apprezzamento anche per il simpatico Nicola che ci ha accolto e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni utili. Una perla in una costa spettacolare, grazie!

Casa bellissima, in posizione incantevole e tranquillissima

Soggiorno da incorniciare, in una casa davvero bellissima e in una posizione incantevole, tranquilla, impossibile non rilassarsi la sera in giardino a guardare le stelle e il mare, disturbati solo da un piacevole venticello ed il canto delle cicale. Assolutamente da consigliare!!!

Bel endroit et tranquilité

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Nicola qui est d'une grande gentillesse . La maison est assez spacieuse pour nous famille de 5). Nous avons même eu droit à la piscine de la maison d'à côté car libre! Les enfants et nous avons adoré. Maratéa dispose de belle plage tranquille à cette période. à refaire.

Posizione incantevole, villino molto funzionale, scoiattoli che sfrecciano sugli alberi. Per la quinta stella manca un po' d'ombra alle finestre e l'aria condizionata ma so che sono previste. Molto consigliato
