Fantastic vacation rental home in Las Americas, Tenerife. It´s in a popular, very well located and looked after complex with communal gardens, heated swimming pool with extensive sunbathing areas as well as a good pool bar, all of this at only a stones throw from the beach.

The complex is in a prime position in the genuine Playa de Las Americas area, this area is all flat and as such is well suited to cater for those with mobility issues. Within just two minutes of the complex you will find an array of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and of course the beach. Walking a further 5 min you will be in the 'Golden Mile' where there is a great selection of high quality restaurants and designer shops.

The property is flat -not a duplex- it is ideally located in the complex overlooking the pool and has as well partial sea views. It´s got a large&sunny balcony -South facing-, spacious lounge, separate bedroom with a king double bed, fully fitted American kitchen, bathroom, LED TV with lots of international channels in Spanish, English, German, French, Italian, etc., microwave, refrigerator, washing machine. Ideal for mature couples, WI-FI available for free.

Perfect apartment

Superb..

Lovely clean apartment in a cracking location, bars, restaurants and sea front within minutes walk. The balcony is a great space with chairs, sunbeds, a lovely view and sun nearly all day. Well equipped kitchen, good shower and a comfy bed. Communication with Elis was 1st class and Suzanne was on hand for any issues, which we never had. Would highly recommend for 2 people and we would definately return. Thanks Elis, we had a lovely stay.

Appartement spacieux, très bien équipé, avec une belle terrasse. Localisation parfaite, à côté de la plage et de très bon restos (BBQ spice tandoori par ex). 2 clubs de.surf sont au rdc. Il ne manquerait qu'une place de parking pour que ce soit idyllique 😊. Parce que les places sont (très) chères !

We really enjoyed our stay here and wanted another week, but it was already taken when we booked, unfortunately. The apartment is ideally situated for everything you need and it has everything you could ask for, from a spacious balcony with a terrific view to a dishwasher and washing machine for those staying longer. If you like a pool it is close by and so is the beach if that is your preference and the fantastic beachfront walkways. Bars and places to eat are in abundance and only a short walk away. The apartment is just like home from home, so the odd night in with a cooked meal or takeaway is always a nice option. As I mentioned a week is not enough, especially as the weather is warm and sunny. Can't wait to go again.

Mijn vriendin en ik zijn afgelopen vrijdag 29-06-18 teruggekomen van een heerlijke week in Playa de las Americas. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in het appartement van Pedro en Elis. We werden erg vriendelijk ontvangen door de schoonmaakster en naar het appartement gebracht. Het is een mooi en ruim appartement en ligt op een leuke locatie, vanaf het grote balkon kijk je zo over het zwembad uit. Je loopt langs het zwembad zo de boulevard op. Het appartement is erg netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien + voor de liefhebber goede wifi aanwezig. Wij zullen dit appartement zeker aanraden en wie weet komen we binnenkort weer een keer terug!

superbes vacances dans un endroit privilégié

nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée. le logement est fonctionnel, le plus est surtout la grande terrasse très bien ensoleillée et l'emplacement au coeur des restaurants, en front de mer et la vue est vraiment celle de la photo. un commerce au bas du logement avec des prix très corrects. la literie est bonne, seul le canapé du salon est inconfortable mais c'est un détail. nous retournerons certainement dans ce logement.

fantastic apartment

Stayed for 10 nights and had a great time, couldn't of wished for a better apartment and location, home from home. Great communication with the owners, and Lester was great with airport transfers, Definitely use this apartment again, shame it's booked for October . Thanks Dave and Kath

Wunderschöner Urlaub !

Diese Wohnung hat alles was man braucht.Die Aussicht war sehr schön. Geschäfte und Bars gleich in der Nähe. In der Poolanlage war es sehr ruhig. Bei der Anreise hat uns Herr Lester schon erwartet und obwohl wir nicht so gut Englisch sprechen, hat alles gepasst. Wir komen sicher wieder.

Fantastic for couples!

My boyfriend and I stayed in this property for a week in April. It was a last minute decision to go to Tenerife and we couldn't have been more pleased with the apartment. From the moment we entered, we noticed how clean and accommodating the property was. It looked even better than the pictures. The kitchen had many utensils and appliances to use if you need. There was an abundance of plates/glasses/cutlery etc. The living room was spacious and comfortable, with a TV (with Sky) and wifi. The bed in the bedroom was large and comfy, with many places to put clothes/items. The balcony (probably the highlight of the stay) was huge. As it is the end apartment, it meant you got twice as much space as other apartments in the complex. I can confirm that the sun shone directly onto the balcony, making it great to sunbathe on and also to eat at the table for dinner. Once again, a great price for a great apartment.
