Equipped 25-m2 studio, renovated in 2016. Air conditined
Separate kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, cooker, oven, coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, and kitchen equipment. The water room has a shower, sink, toilet, and a hair dryer. The main room has a 140 cm bed and a sofa bed, as well as a wardrobe for storage. There is an iron and ironing board. Secured private parking. Sunny terrace. Wi-Fi access.
Shared pool from the end of May to September. The studio is adjoining the house of the owners. Very calm in a haven of greenery. Ideally located for visiting the French Riviera. Located 500 metres from supermarkets (organic supermarket and Lidl), a bakery, and a bus stop. 15 minutes away on foot from the old village. 1 kilometre away from the centre of town. 1.5 kilometres from the SNCF train station. 2 kilometres from the sea (10 minutes by bike or car; 30 minutes on foot), 10 kilometres from Nice with its old town and flower market, the Promenade des Anglais, and the Carnival of Nice in February. 10 kilometres from Antibes, with its old town and Marineland. 20 kilometres from Cannes, La Croisette, and its film festival. 25 kilometres from Grasse and its perfumeries, 30 kilometres from Monaco. 15 kilometres from Biot and its master glassmakers. It is 20 minutes by car to the nearest ski stations at the foot of the Southern Alps (altitude of 1,000 metres) and of the picturesque backcountry, and, not to forget: 40 kilometres from Menton and the Italian border, with the market of Ventimiglia on Friday mornings.

The price is for a week (from saturday to saturday), extra night is charged to 60€ per night. Arrival after 4 PM and before 8 PM. Departure before 10 AM.

Lovely retreat

It was our first time in that part of France so we weren't sure what to expect. The communication at the time of booking was excellent. We arrived early ready to leave our cases in the garage and were very pleased when we were let in before the scheduled time. First of all the parasol wasn't working which they must have already known. Little things like light bulbs hadn't been checked, we should have said but didn't want to be a nuisances. The cooker was hit and miss the igniter on the grill and oven didn't work, again they must have known because there was a box of matches there. The advert stated that the swimming pool was shared, it didn't make clear it was shared with the campsite across the road. It wasn't a big issue but could be during busy periods. Also the public toilet is directly under the patio where we sat out to eat. Again during a busy time it would be an issue. Overall the location and pool area were lovely as we're the family. Just minor attention to detail would make a difference. At the end of our stay Natalie very kindly let us stay until our taxi came in the evening. I would certainly recommend staying here despite the little niggles

On a bien apprécié le studio, la piscine et les propriétaires. Les propriétaires nous ont bien accueillis et on espère pouvoir revenir. C'est un endroit agréable sauf pour les moustiques et le wifi qui n'était pas terrible.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Cagnes-sur-Mer

Komplett eingerichtetes kleines Studio, perfekt für 2 Personen, sehr gute Lage, um die Cote d’Azur zu erkunden und Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Beim angrenzenden schönen Pool muss man sich im Klaren sein, dass ihn auch Gäste des auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite befindlichen Campingplatzes mitbenutzen. So kann es schon mal vorkommen, dass die Liegen schnell belegt sind!

Avons loué ce studio pour une semaine en septembre. Le logement était pas mal mais la terrasse etait tres agréable au milieu d'olivier, de chataigners, de lavandes et de bien d'autres plantes, nous étions accompagnés d'un petit écureuil tous les soirs. C'etait très sympa. Piscine très bien aussi, bien que froide.

Appartement très agréable et très calme dans une belle propriété. Aucun vis à vis. La terrasse permet de prendre tous les repas dehors. La climatisation a été très appréciée par les fortes chaleurs. Emplacement très pratique pour découvrir la région. Voiture indispensable.

Lovely studio, gorgeous pool, great value. Basic, and a great Base for the area.

The pool was amazing - it was shared, but felt very private and was kept lovely and clean. The studio was well equipped and a great basic Base for the area. The price is fantastic and i feel we got a great bargain. I would highly recommend a stay here if you were visiting the Nice area.

It was a very nice holiday, we spend two wonderful weeks at the cote dazur. The beach in Cagnes is very nice, the boardwalk is very long. But most of all we were happy about our beautiful studio. It has a nice terrace, a kitchen with everything you need and it was very clean. The garden and the pool were very well cared for,too. The owners were very friendly-we felt like guest not like tourist. Greetings from Germany.
