Large villa with exceptional Sea views and the feet in the Marine Reserve.

Ideally situated in East / South-East with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, the mountains and the vineyards. Unbelievable location on the cliffs right on the sea with only a few meters to go down to the semi-private beach. This is the closest you can get to the sea! From the large terrace, you can enjoy the sunrise, the views of the Mediterranean Sea and the vineyards. Beautiful landscape with clear waters. You can watch the fish from the terrace...

The bright and beautifully furnished villa is divided in two floors and have 4 bedrooms with double-beds, an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with a washing machine and two separate toilets. We provided bedlinens and towels for the shower, not for the beach.
The living room/dining room has been renovated in Mai 2015 and a new window towards the Sea has been added!!
The villa is located in a private residence with an electrical barrier to enter the property.

La villa a une vue époustouflante sur la cote sauvage, les pieds dans l’eau avec accès privilégié à une petite plage secrète. Très tranquille, Située dans une copropriété fermée, parking garanti et sécurisé. On est à 5 minutes du port et 10 min du petit centre ville charmant Accueil parfait

Fantastic holiday

It's my second year when i'm coming with my family, 3 children and two adults. Every time was 2 wonderful weeks, and we count to come next year too. The vue from the terrace is gorgeous! It's priceless to have the beach almost for your self, to jump in the water and swim before breakfast.The house has a perfect private position with a parking and just 5-7 minutes from the Banyuls centrum. The region is perfect for diving and you can enjoy a large variety of wines. For the gourmets you have a Michelinstar restaurant and a lot of bars and restaurants with great food. You can take a cheap flight to Barcelona and drive 2,5 h to Banyul from the aéroport . The owners are extremely friendly and i'm very grateful i found this house.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La maison est bien équipée et quelle vue ! La plage en accès direct à 2 minutes à peine, les pieds dans la réserve marine. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir & Merci pour votre accueil :-)

"la maison est très agréa...

"la maison est très agréable avec une magnifique vue. l'accès à la plage se fait à pied, il y a plein de petites criques qui permettent la tranquilité. de jolies promenades sont à faire dans le coin, à pied le centre ville n'est pas très loin. le seul regret : la salle de bain qui aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement notamment la cabine de douche."
