Agréable et bien équipé

Ce petit appartement est très agréable de par sa situation dans la ville (proche des commodités) tout en offrant une jolie vue sur la montagne. Il est également très pratique du fait de son équipement et confortable. Seule petite remarque: des informations supplémentaires seraient à apporter par la copropriété sur l'organisation du sous-sol (garage et casiers à skis) qui se révèle labyrinthique dans les débuts pour celui qui ne connaît pas la résidence.

Excellente location

Location très bien située dans le centre de saint-lary. Accès aux commerces en 2 minutes à pied. La voiture n'est pas nécessaire. L'arrêt de la navette est à 50 mètres de l'entrée de la résidence, elle permet de rejoindre le téléphérique, la télécabine, les thermes et même d'accéder au carrefour market à Bourisp. L'appartement est extrêmement bien équipé, tout ce que vous pouvez avoir besoin est disponible. Le balcon est agréable et bien ensoleillé toute la matinée. L'équipement est récent et moderne, volets roulants électriques, tv écran plat, lecteur Blu-ray, appareil à raclette, aspirateur, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge... Et bien d'autres. Bref une super location qui nous a vraiment enchantée. De plus la propriétaire est agréable et gentille, ce qui facilite grandement le choix de cette location. Nous reviendrons.

TRES BELLE LOCATION

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans un très bel appartement, agréable, confortable, propre, bien décoré et bien équipé. Situé en centre ville à proximité des commerces et téléphérique. Bon contact avec les propriétaires qui sont très arrangeants. Je recommande cet appartement quelque soit la saison.

Appartement très bien situé à proximité du centre

Nous avons bénéficié d'un appartement propre, agréable. La literie est de bonne qualité. Au niveau de l'équipement (appareils, vaisselle...) il ne manque rien. Tous ces éléments nous ont permis de passer un agréable séjour. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette location. De plus, Madame APIOU est une personne arrangeante et conviviale. Si nous devons retourner dans la région, il est évident que nous reprendrons le même appartement.

appartement très agréable

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable à Saint Lary. L'appartement est très confortable : très bonne isolation thermique et sonore, sol très agréable (parquet dans toutes les parties), cuisine très bien équipée (il ne manque rien!), salle de bain moderne très fonctionnelle et très agréable. Le fait que l'ascenseur possède un ascenseur est fort appréciable...surtout avec un enfant en poussette. Nous étions 5 et nous n'avons pas manqué d'espace. L'appartement est ensoleillé toute la matinée. Saint Lary est une station très sympathique où les gens sont très accueillants; De plus, ne skiant pas, j'ai trouvé de nombreuses activités. Appartement à recommander.

super séjour,appartement très bien situé (accès au centre ville à 100-150m par ruelle piétonne, au téléphérique en 5mn à pieds, aux télécabines et au Sensoria en moins de 10mn à pieds, ...), calme, propre et fonctionnel. Bravo pour les nouveaux aménagements de la cuisine et SDB (très apprécié). Casier à ski (ou luge !) en sous sol très pratique. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire et avec l'agence qui s'occupe de la remise des clés. Nous n'avons pas touché la voiture pendant 1 semaine. Le positionnement sur la carte est précis. Nous étions 1 couple avec 1 enfant. Nous conseillons vivement cette location.
